It has been over 48 hours since I called and left a message and have had no response. I know they are always busy and that is more the reason they need to get a full time reliable office manager or at least a receptionist that can relay messages to the mechanics'. I know from personal experience that the mechanics are excellent and favor the customer and that is why I didn't give them a 1 Star. Acutely, the mechanics or someone should check all the phone messages at the end of each day and get back to the customer, even if that employee has to stay over an extra half hour.

Simple, fast, and good price! I was able to make a next-day appointment, and they were done with my routine maintenance in just a couple hours. The guys were very friendly, and as a young woman on my own, I felt totally comfortable. They even gave me a ride to a nearby Starbucks where I could wait. Thank you Ethan and team!

Seany B's Auto have treated my whole family very well for years! I'll never go anywhere else. They're honest, knowledgeable, and hardworking. They get things done quick, do quality work, and are easy to communicate with. We couldn't ask for better, and recommend them to everyone we know.

I always appreciate the way these guys take care of my car. They do state inspections on walk in basis and have no problem fitting you in same day if it is a smaller job and you can leave your car for the day. I have had simple things done like my state inspections; as well as more involved work where the engine had to be partially lifted out - all with plenty of communication so that I don't get any surprises when it's time to pick up and pay up. Thanks to everyone at Seany B's for keeping me on the road and legal!

Best auto shop on island, always super friendly and honest. Would give these guys 10 stars if I could. Just recently my wife's power steering belt went out on her way into town and even though they were super busy they help her out that day. Can't say enough nice things about this shop. Excellent Place For A Safety Inspection. I Did Not Have To Make An Appointment. I Just Drove In Which Was Very Convenient. I Was Getting A Safety Inspection For My Brother. They Were Very Professional And Were Able To Fit Me Into Their Busy Work Day. Many Other Places Require A Appointment. Aloha!!

Seany B's goes above and beyond! Our car threw it's power steering belt and on the way to the shop it totally died 3 blocks away. Kevin from the shop drove down and installed a new belt right in the middle of the road at 4:30pm the day before Thanksgiving! These guys are the best. Thanks again!

We have been using Seanny B s auto service for a number of years now and we cannot give them a higher recommendation! They are very affordable, they follow through on their work, and they really care about getting the job done right! Even more important, they are honest! It s not fancy, but if you re looking for a good value for the money, and getting the job done right, check them out. They service all of our vehicles and they are good family people. Sean and his crew have helped our family with car repairs and upgrades (lifts and other customizations) for many years. They go above and beyond to get the job done right and the prices are reasonable too. They have been there to help track down even the most stubborn suspension issues when others couldn't figure it out. They always make time to get safety checks done nice and quick too! Sean and Jen are good people. Honest with assessment. 5 stars to this established automotive shop. Definitely going back to them again. They do all repairs except body work. Fast reliable and efficient. They are what makes Hilo a great place to live.

Moved to Hawaii and after getting a rebuilt 'beater' truck, this is where I got my safety check done. Had 2 fixes done by a friend but I felt a professional and knowledgeable vibe from Sean himself during the safety check and wanted future fixes to be done by his shop. Took same truck into his shop recently and him n his crew did some brake work along with about 4 other wheel area fixes and I am incredibly impressed and satisfied with the work, time it took to complete, and the cost was very reasonable for what was done. My truck runs like a dream now. I'm no longer afraid to drive it, I feel comfortable and safe. My co-worker swears by him and his shop, and now I do too! He's honest about the work, even if it's something he or his shop doesn't do. Check em out!

I've been going to Seany B's for years. Every time, they have been fair, quick, and friendly. They go the extra step in customer service. That means a lot, especially when you're a woman uneducated in car mechanics who has had the opposite experience too often, being taken advantage of. I highly recommend them!

Amazing service! Great price. They fixed my fuel pump in under 2hrs. Car runs great, took it up saddle road as a test drive, the car worked great!

My car stopped driving suddenly and we discovered we needed to replace the crankshaft sensors. Not only did this place let us buy our own parts (Most "name brand" auto places won't allow and it becomes quite expensive), they squeezed us in the day of, even though they were extremely busy! Everyone was super friendly and even offered us drinks. They even went above and beyond when they discovered one of the parts we bought was incorrect they didn't charge is extra, they just called O'Reilly (where we got the parts originally), got us our money back for the part we didn't need, and went and got the correct part for us! They didn't even charge us extra! The total price was $108 which was really impressive for their quality service and quick timing. I was extremely impressed and would recommend this place to everyone. Hands down, never going to any other mechanic!

Brought my car in on a Friday afternoon not expecting an opening for days, someone immediately jacked it up and took a look. Ended up replacing my serpentine belt on the spot and let me watch and ask lots of questions. Spent an hour on it, charged for less. Super cool people.

My daughter is a student at UHH & Jen and the Seany B's crew have taken care of her every time. I live on Kaua'i so knowing that she's in good hands gives me peace of mind. I've never felt taken advantage of & Jen has always done her best to get our car issues addressed as soon as possible. So grateful for the Seany B's team who puts this worried mama's mind at ease.

I have never met him, but he always takes care of my son's Vehicle's from his Toyota pick up to his Honda Accord. Definitely need to meet this guy and thank him for always taking care of my big guy Po'okela
