I would like to thank the whole Sanborn Collision team for doing such a great job on the repair for my car. Having been driving the car for a few weeks now since getting it back I honestly feel like it's better than it was before. The body looks flawless and the Adaptive Cruise Control function works perfectly. The customer service is outstanding. So kind and always a pleasure to speak with every time. Great experience overall. Was given an estimate within a day. The nice lady making appointments was a pleasure to work with as was Mr. Sanborn, whom looked at my vehicle and gave me the estimate. Service took a little longer to schedule, but that is due to high volume of repairs. Great professional service and work. Highly recommended for auto body work and welding. Will use them again if I need work done.

Bears Automotive recommended Sanborn to fix some minor collision damage done to my BMW. The shop is great to work with and did a fantastic job.They work well with insurance (State Farm) and rental car (Enterprise). Also, very nice people! Car looks great. Awesome Service, Fast repairs.Great group of people to work with. Made everything simple enough that I was able to do everything needed to get repairs done and claim files. Would definitely go there again and refer others to!
