Called Christmas night and left a message that my alternator was out. Louie's called first thing the next morning when the shop opened and got me in right away. I was on my way by 11:30 that morning with my car repaired. Thank you Louies! I highly recommend this shop.

Had to get my safety check done, made an appointment and was seen that same day! It was my only day off so I was glad to get an appointment so soon. The Louie's staffer Julius was professional and helpful! Will be back for servicing!

Saved my day. As a visitor to the Big Island, I am very grateful and highly impressed by Louie and his staff member Julian. Fixed my car's tire 10 minutes after I made the call. You won't get this kind of customer service anywhere else. Mahalo guys!!!
