I take it all back! These guys are awesome. I had posted a very negative review here following a frustrating visit, but you can see the manager Lance responded to my review immediately and offered to do what he could to make things right. Yes, the wait was longer than expected but it s not their fault that a brand new fuel filter failed. I took my truck back in and Lance topped off my power steering fluid to alleviate a weird noise it was making, and just this morning Lance left me a voicemail checking to see if everything was okay with my truck. Amazing follow-up and customer service you just don t see much anymore. I m a fan!

This FastLube in Hilo is the best and very convenient for anyone's vehicle. Technicians are on quick timelines on every required tasks. I love it there and definitely be back to change my vehicle's oil!Tried car wash but it was unsuccessful - got stuck on track in the middle of being washed for BMW car was in trouble for being on a track from the entrance. My vehicle is still dirty on hood and sides are clean.

I feel taken care of every time I come in. Service by Dustin was friendly, explained and done quickly. For lack of name tags the big bald guy is always warm and welcoming like "the aunty at a diner serving pancakes"

I received excellent service multiple times. I don't normally leave reviews, but they took really good care of our vehicles, and when we brought a forerunner from the mainland down, one of the bolts wouldn't come out of the back of the license plate for safety check and they took the time to help me change the plates on the rear. Sounds simple, but if I would had to do that myself, it would've taken some time as I don't have an impact driver like a shop does. Big mahalos

The VERY BEST customer service. We had a check engine light come on after an oil change. When we brought it back, they quickly found the issue and fixed it right away. This is where I will always come for service. Thank you all!

Best price I could find for a fully synthetic oil change. It was very busy when I pulled in. I was told to line up behind 2 cars waiting at one of the bays, a couple of minutes later they had me back out of that line, shuffled a bunch of cars around, and then pulled a later car into the bay I had been waiting on. Finally lined me up behind a different bay where I watched cars that came after me get serviced. Oil change itself went alright though it took 2 guys several minutes to replace my air filter. When they gave me my sticker with my next service date it said I was due again in 3000 miles. I questioned that, one of the reasons I pay extra for synthetic oil is you can go 5-10K miles between oil changes. They told me they go by manufacturers' guidelines. Whatever, seemed like they were trying to get me to change my oil more frequently than it needs to be.

I love this place, you can just show up to get an oil change, no appt needed ! Staff are always friendly and helpful and it's FAST! They also have a car wash with complementary vacuums so it's great to get an oil change and then clean out my car too. The vacuums are STRONG too.

We were taken in right away, the mechanics spent the time to check everything thoroughly, it gives you a good feeling work was completely briefly after we got there, top notch!

The staff are at organized, efficient, friendly and get things done quickly! I was getting my car inspected required for registration. I love it! I will be back for an oil change and tires!Whoever hires chooses well

Great repair shop, excellent car wash, service team are polite and professional! The lobby is roomy and comfortable, free wifi, free Keurig coffee, cell charging stations, and very clean bathrooms! 5 out of 5 stars

For an expensive $150 oil change for a small SUV, you would think that the costumer service would be great. While watching the technician attempting to reattach the plastic engine cover he dropped the screw in the engine compartment. After his attempt to find it and could not, he just shut the hood. The problem came when he was asked if he found the screw that he dropped, he replied it was the dipstick and yes he did. My wife was concerned, so I said that I would pop the hood and check myself after they re done and said it loud enough for the technician to hear. He then got someone else to grab a pan of spare bolts/screws and fasten the cover. During this time the technician stay out of view until we left. One small lie lost a six year costumer with 4 vehicles.

it was my first time utilizing this company for my lube & oil service. I truly appreciate the professionalism that was expressed each second my car was being serviced. I was also impressed with how fast and clean each staff was while they worked on my vehicle. I will definitely be returning.

Very nice people to work with and no wait time for an oil change! Couple things they didn t get my 5 star rating because: overflowed fluids or spilled so there was burning smell and could not top off the break fluid in the small reservoir.

As usual the staff were friendly. I ve been getting my oil changed at this location for 4 years now and almost always are attentive, quick, and thorough. Yesterday I would say was an anomaly. They were distracted by their conversations and music and I was overlooked once I entered the bay. I sat there for 10 minutes before one of the employees even asked me to open the hood. Again, they are usually on it and I ll be back in 5k miles.

Hilo Lex Brodies staff are awesome. They are thorough and make sure I know about the other services my car needs. I really appreciate them as I drive a long way daily and need my car to work.

Always a pleasant experience. The boys are always friendly and informant and get the job done quickly. I used to get my oil changes at Goodyear but twice I ve gotten my vehicle back with oil fingerprints on my hood and all over my door. Plus the fact that I can get my oil changed in less than an hour instead of leaving my vehicle at a shop for half the day is awesome!Service: Oil change

They run a pretty tight ship. Waited about 15-20 minutes to get in but they got my oil change and tire rotation done in less than an hour.

I showed up at 7:50 AM on Saturday morning and they opened promptly at 8:00 AM. I asked for an oil change and the guys went straight to work. The job was completed in just over 25 minutes and I was on my way!Mahalo!!

Service is great. I definitely don't feel invisible but oil changes have gotten way too damn expensive. What happened to the $15 or $22 oil change? It's gone up 500% in 10 years. Crazy!

Wait time to get serviced was less than 15 minutes. Service was quick and all the workers were super friendly & professional. Love the whole drive thru and stay in your car concept.

Extremely professional clean and insightful company. Lance who helped me was extremely helpful and courteous helping me with my vehicle let me know exactly what we re the issues I was having and how exactly to have them fixed. Prices for services are fair and everyone there works together as a team to make sure everyone s vehicles are safe out on the road and all the customers needs are met. Amazing Aloha spirit and work!

Came here for an oil change and they hooked me up. Everyone was friendly, and one of the technicians listened to several of my 10 year olds dad jokes . He listened and laughed. The service was outstanding, my oil was changed quickly and efficiently, tires were aired to proper pressure and my taillight was fixed. Professional Oil change and car wash for under 100$ in Hilo. I feel very confident about the service I received. Thank you for a great experience. Even offered us complimentary water. Way to be great.

Terrible customer service.I went in for safety check and they told me that my tint on my back window was covering my third break light which is on the bottom of my back window so they couldn t do my safety check. They also told me to remove my stickers that are on the sides of my back passenger windows which are small stickers not blocking my view when I drive. I went to another shop and got my safety check done with no problems. My car is legal and has legal tint and no problems with my stickers. I feel that the workers were lying to me because I read the policy for safety check and my car should ve been serviced. I also been going to lex Brodies lube for the past 3 years because usually it s quick and easy for me and never had a problem with my safety check. My tint is legal and my stickers are as well. I m not sure why I was turned away but it shows the workers are incompetent and unprofessional. Every-time I ve went there it was a hit or miss. Some workers are nice but majority of the workers have an attitude and terrible customer service. If you want to go to a lex Brodies just go to the one by Blane s. Take your service else where.

They didn t have the best price for the tires I was looking for but they are always helpful and the included services are a plus.
