The guys at Island Wide Motors made buying my new to me van so easy. I went in, told the salesperson, Dayne, what I was looking for and what my budget was and he showed me all the cars that would fit that. It felt like I was just talking story with a friend, which made the pressure of buying a car not so intimidating. I ended up getting a Toyota Sienna, in immaculate condition! Duke made the financing process soooo easy and was super helpful helping us choose a credit union. They have so many nice trucks too! If I wasn t looking for a third row, I would have definitely gotten a truck. I would absolutely recommend Island Wide Motors to all my friends and family!!

We had a great experience with Dayne. He had a fun personality and was straightforward with us. He didn t push us to buy anything too far outside our budget. We ended up finding a consignment car on their lot we wanted to buy. Unfortunately we went through a whole process before they realized an issue with the owner would prevent us from purchasing the vehicle. We wish they had more info about the car before running our credit. But it was an innocent mistake and we had a great experience overall.

Stanton and Duke the finance guy were solid. Got my Tacoma here, exactly what I wanted. Told them my price range, they didn t try and push anything on me to make a sale. They even held the truck for me until I got my finances in check when other guys were asking about it. Great people over there. The dog in office is great too. Highly recommend these guys and their services over any other dealer in Hilo.

Excellent customer service. Matt was very patient with us as we didn't find a small truck that we were looking for. We switched and started looking for medium size SUV then Matt mentioned what about a minivan.. He showed us the perfect minivan. 2016 Toyota Sierra with low mileage...We love it. The paperwork was made simple by Matt...no long wait. Highly recommend this dealership..

Looking for a truck for my mom. After 3 visits at other dealers and a few credit points lower lol. We went to check these guys out and see what they had. Met David in then parking lot. Super cool guy. Told him the situation and he pointed out a Ram 1500 sport that he just got in that day. Truck had everything and more. Have us the crazy deal of the day. Could not pass it up. Worked with Stanton. Super fast! Picked the truck on monday and worked with Dane. Another super cool bradah. Got everything finalized. Then we seen a honda fit. Perfect for my mother in law. Stanton hooked it up again! Duke gave us another crazy deal. Also worked with the manager in services super knowledgeable bradah that used to work at Nissan. Forgot his name. Awesome knowledge on the interior features! He did the break down for us. Next day we took that car home. Stanton stood out for us. You da man! Mahalo for the patients with us... Any body looking for deals with aloha. Check this team out first!

Hands Down! The best Deals and Service! Went to multiple dealerships and no one would help me as they kept saying I don t qualify or they don t have nothing in my price range! But I m glad I found Duke and Dave from Island Wide Motors! I got an awesome deal on a vehicle and I am so so happy! Duke was friendly and made me feel like family, and not like I was a burden. Duke and Dave helped my son with getting his first car. Duke helped us with financing and got us a really good loan and affordable payments. My son was turned down by other big name dealerships because he had no credit. Duke was able to help us and we are forever thankful. Dave made the whole process go smoothly and helped get my son into an amazing ride. I'm definitely going to refer my family and friends what great friendly and efficient service. I can t even begin to explain what duke from island wide motors did for my kids and I. Having a past repo made it almost impossible to get a good car from anywhere! After almost giving up hope I found island wide motors. Immediately I was greeted by there friendly staff and went right into dukes office and started the process. EVERYTHING he said he followed through with and made sure I got the best deal for a car way above my expectations. I thank you so so much for helping me and I will definitely be letting EVERYONE know to go check out island wide motors!!!

Over priced cars! You don t think it s over priced cause your taking out a loan and not paying what it s worth, do your homework on your cars you buy! They smoke inside and outside, don t greet costumers, swear loudly and also a dog in office. I d you wanna trade in a car I suggest you go to ponos. These guys take 10% on what your cars actually worth and we ll sell it for a fortune.

Island Wide Motors is the place to go for used auto We purchased a black Kia Soul at a good price and along with the car a 1 year extended warranty came with it Dave the owner/salesperson is very patient in working with you because of him we drove our Honda CR-V all the way from Kona to sell at his dealership and we negotiated on a price which both parties were happy We would recommend people from Kona to drive to Hilo for their trusting and flexible service..
