I ve had three vehicles in to Brian s shop and they always done a good job and had them done quickly. They are always busy, and I ve had non- emergency work scheduled out 2-3 weeks, but when I had a brake problem they got our car right in. I believe they would not do any unnecessary work. Brian has explained exactly what was wrong and how he fixed it.

Awesome service!!! The guys are great at explaining issues with my car that I actually understand. (I really know nothing about cars)I had to wait for two weeks to get an appointment, but it was worth the wait. They are good therefore they are busy. I brought one of my cars for a regular service. Then I brought my other car that I had taken to another shop (not gonna mention the name, but it was a franchise kinda place) they said the nuts and bolts were loose on my oil pan and tightened them and then charged me $156. The fallowing week I still had a oil leak. I brought it here and they took my car apart to actually find where the leak was coming from. I have an appointment scheduled to fix the problem but it s 3 weeks out. This is my only go to place now for all my automotive needs. Thank you guys for being awesome and providing me the service I expect.

My wife and I have done business at C.A.R.S.S. for about 7 years. Chase and Brian have always resolved every automotive problem we have had. They take care of all of our maintenance needs at a very reasonable price. If you are looking for an honest and trustworthy mechanic look no farther than here.

I had a family member highly recommended this place to me. At first I was skeptical do to some pass bad experience with other mechanics. I am glad to say I decided to take my vehicle to them. Brian and his crew were very professional and did an amazing job on my vehicle. Brian went out of his way and beyond. I highly recommend this place. Awesome shop, awesome people. I have had really bad luck with auto shops in the Hilo area. These other shops had been misdiagnosing the problems with my Jeep, doing the job wrong, and damaging my Jeep (cracked my rim, and scratched my paint).At CARRS I've been talking with Bryan. Great guy. Always keeps me in the loop, honest, and fare.I wish I found these guys earlier. I literally would have saved thousands of dollars.Can't say enough good things about this shop. Super happy with the work they have done on my vehicle. Six .

The guys at CARSS are great! I highly recommend checking them out. We've had a few different mechanics over the years. These guys are my favorite. They do quality work at an affordable price.

Excellent service, great bunch of guys. Brought them a car in Dire need of of a great many repairs. They knocked it out in no time.. I have nothing but good things to say.. worry free.My go to from now on Highly recommend 5stars

I always get my truck serviced with CARSS. Always excellent service, and really nice workers. I came in early one time and they saw me right away. Very reliable.
