First Adam is great and honest guy~ we had 2023 benz sprinter need him install PA system. Ask for few place ,no one could done it, but adam done it less than 2 hours.. and job done awesome ~~highly recommended ^^

Had no trouble with instillation and serve at the time of my appointment, but holy hell. The refund process took months - still dealing with a transaction from November. They couldn t refund my card automatically, so they opted for a check. Never got that follow up call. Finally get a check, and the bank can t disperse the funds. Show up at the shop, place is closed. Such an inconvenience. Very disappointed.

Mark is a cool guy. Good customer service,and he sticks to his word. Excellent job. I reccomend anyone wants their car alarm be done, mark is the guy.

Complete stereo installation. Paid for everything and had to wait a additional month for the parts to come in. They left the amp lying floor behind the front seat complexly exposed and not screwed down. Promised to tune the system and put in a couple of presets. They did none of that and sent me out the door without even explaining to me how to adjust the system So I called them back to give them a opportunity to rectify my concerns. I was not happy with solution to put Velcro under the amp. Told me that my personal preferences would not be happy with the tunes he would install so why should he waste his time. Advance Audio used to be my go to place but they are hardly open

My truck radio stopped working. I was about to replace it with a new one when Mark said he could trouble shoot first. After more than an hour, he found a bad relay. I purchased a new relay which Adam installed...the radio now works fine. They only charged me for one hour labor. This shows not only how reasonable their charge was, but how honest they were about the diagnosis (they could have still recommended a new radio, but didn't). Integrity, service and knowledge are trade marks here...wouldn't go anywhere else!

We just picked up one of our Toyota"s after having anti-theft installed and dropped off another for the same, plus a new stereo.These guys know electronics. If you need car alarms, anti-theft equipment, stereos, etc. installed, this is the place to go on the Big Island. You can tell they run a very honest operation. They are not slick salesmen trying to sell you stuff you don't need or dazzle you with their knowledge. Very professional, yet chill. Everyone we've worked with is super nice. We had heard good things about them when asking around. Glad we went with them. Definitely worth the drive to Hilo.

These guys are great! They don't over sell, or over charge. I came in 30 minutes late to my appointment and they had me out of there in less than an hour.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. I work at a competing shop and they still treated me with with respect and talked with me for a bit when I needed a part for a build that I didn't have. Plus they didn't forget who I am and I haven't seen one of the guys since college.

I installed a stereo myself and ran into some issues that I couldn't figure out. I ran my car down to Kevin to see if he could help and he dropped what he was doing and fixed without any hesitation. Great service!

They are not open, our appointment was past Friday, they are all locked up. Been vCalling for 2 weeks voice mail is full, they do not answer thier e mails. I am so frustrated

Horrible business! I know several people who went in for car audio systems and the guys messed up their wiring! Then they act like it wasn't their fault. With inflated, horrible prices to begin with, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!UPDATE: Went to install a sub-woofer (already had the wires ran) and I found that these guys tried to sabotage me in order to make money. My RCA's were snipped off and tucked behind my deck, along with the remote wire for my amp. Obviously an attempt to get me to come back and have them install a sub-woofer. THESE ARE DIFFERENT OWNERS THAN THE ORIGINAL CD WIZARD! SCAMMERS!

High end equipment and car wraps available too For less than a gallon of paint you can have your vehicle wrapped in the color of your choice !
