Clint in Service is a great guy and the others in the Service and Parts dept ard great too that's the only redeeming thing about Tony Honda Hilo. Hence the 4 review.Prices for service have gone up since Tony Honda took overI can't believe they are still charging $5000 for "Covid" fee on the new cars SHAME ON YOU capitalizing on the pandemic

I took my Accord to be diagnosed after the fuel was leaking out of the car. Glen was great. He helped me figure out what the problem was, what the repair cost would be, and how long it would take. While waiting, the sales staff also were very courteous. They brought water outside for all their customers who were waiting. Very professional and courteous staff.

Fast service at the time. Nice office with abtv showing the game and vending machines with snacks! Who in the hell could have anything bad to say!
