I never write reviews or get excited about getting my truck detailed until now. I can not express how awesome these guys are!!! Best detailing job ever!!! Guys are totally cool and explained what and why they did to my truck as I waited. My truck looks brand new!!! Only wish I knew more people but I highly recommend these guys! Owners are awesome. Koa and his crew are personable and professional. Excellent customer service. They give free estimates and they thoroughly explain services and options based on recommendations for your vehicle. No pressure to purchase any extras. They really go the extra mile!They are conveniently located in Hilo and offer shuttle and car pick up/drop off, making the process so easy. Reasonably priced for quality work. The owner, Koa, went above and beyond in every way he could to make sure I was completely satisfied and cared for. He was honest, friendly and did and incredible job on 2 of my vehicles. Made an appointment weeks ahead for interior detail. When I got there on the day of the appointment they were closed. So I called the number from link in the confirmation text and the guy had no idea what I was talking about. He told me nothing was set up for the day. What a waste of my time..
