WHY WAIT 4 MONTHS FOR GLASS!?!?!?When Ambrosios has it in stock! 2021-2022 Bronco windshield everyone else giving us crazzzzzy time frames. Glass cracked on Sunday came directly to them and had the new glass installed Wednesday. Best service, best price, best People. Thank you Jason, Misty, and Team for taking car of us!

It's one of the greatest glass shops I've ever dealt with. Fast friendly service from a family owned, island based business. I've seen them work miracles with chip repair and help folks dealing with rust issues get service and advice when they needed it. They accept cash, credit, and insurance.They do all sorts of glass, from flat glass to the tiny quarter panel glass.

Safelite is not an option on Big Island anymore, so a friend recommended Ambrosio s Auto Glass. They took my insurance too. So glad I called them. Jason and Misty are a great team! Quick, friendly and reliable, and they came right to my house. Was happy to support a small local business as well. Highly recommended!

Ambrosio s Auto Glass has the best staff! So professional and friendly. A rock hit my windshield as I was driving. I called them up, got an appointment scheduled within a week. They dealt with my insurance company and got my new windshield installed. Best service in town!

So awesome answered my call and my questions I had! Scheduled an appointment and got a call with their eta and they showed to my home to change my windshield. So neat/ clean, very fast, very friendly and professional!!!! Left my suv clean I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for glass work.

Misty found the windshield for my mini when no one else could get it. The installation was done at my home at the date and time that was arranged. The team were professional and tidy. Very happy with the results, the price and service.

Ambrosio's is amazing. They changed my windshield on my 2022 tahoe and had it calibrated at chevy. I was suppose to go with a different company at first but that company refused to changed my windshield because my tahoe has a 3" leveling kit on it. Ambrosio's saved the day. I dropped it off in the morning and got it back in the afternoon. They are friendly and good customer service. I will be using them for the future.

A homeless guy broke my windshield back in June 2023.Insurance won't cover.Ive been looking for a place that can fix that I can afford.Ask a mechanic and they gave me Ambrosios Auto Glass number called them up and less than a week after they fixed it.But it's very affordable.Highly recommend them.

I called around many of auto glass repair. Let me tell you it was a hassle and hard to find. Most auto glass repair shops wanted me to take my car in. Ambrosia Mobile auto glass is mobile which is plus. Along with the fast ordering and good communication with how long my glass was going to take to get and scheduled. These guys are great! Misty communicated with me through the entire process, calling or texting every step of the way - working with my insurance, sourcing the glass, shipping delays, etc. So friendly and on top of things. I didn't know how we would replace the window on our Honda Odyssey van's side sliding door. I went thru days of calling places that never returned my calls. I even drove up to shops that took my info & never called back. Misty was different. She was not only highly responsive but Ambrosio's worked with Geico so that we only paid a deductible even though the glass had to be shipped in from the mainland.The actual replacement only took a little bit more than an hour. Somehow got a 6 crack Saturday morning that by the end of the next day grew almost three times as big. Called around to several people and Ambrosios was the only place that not only answered on a Saturday but was able to get us scheduled in the very same week. He came by today and replaced my entire front windshield within one hour. We did not go through insurance and paid out of pocket and even then, I d say it was very fair pricing. Super happy we went with them, happy with the service we received and the quality of the work! My window looks great!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Our 24-year-old daughter moved to Hawaii in December and we visited her in June 2023. A pallet fell off a truck a week or so ago before our visit, breaking her windshield. She made an appointment to replace it, and the appointment happened to fall on one of the days we were visiting her from California. We thus drove over to Hilo from Kona with our daughter, and the wonderful owner greeted us with open arms and kindness. She offered to personally drive us into Hilo for farmer s market while the windshield was replaced, as we would have had nothing to do and no where to go. She took us to the Farmer s Markets in her own family car, telling us she would call and pick us up when the work was complete. She then called us in 90 or so minutes and picked us up at the market. We also got great recommendations on places to visit on that side of the island. And, her husband gave our daughter s truck a once over safely inspection too. The windshield was replaced perfectly. She was so nice and treated us like she genuinely cared about us - like family. Our daughter told us that was the Aloha spirit. What a gift and thank you .Service: Auto windshield repair

This is a great family owned business, high functioning husband wife team. I really appreciate the quick effective communication and fast efficient service. Very professional service with aloha!I ve used other companies in the past, i used to sell used cars.Multiple calls regarding different problems with cars, spoke with Misty and Jason on separate occasions. I highly, (if not, only) recommend, Jason (Owner of Ambrosio Glass) for any Auto Glass repair and/or installation! When I needed my windshield repaired, I knew instantly, who to call. Jason answered my call, got my information, and made my appointment date, time, and location according to my convenience! I was even more impressed when my insurance company knew who he was! Great shop, Great guy! Quick, and clean! And he even worked to get my safety done after my glass was fixed. Otherwise, would've had to wait somewhere else and go by their schedule. Super friendly and extremely professional. Sending all my friends that need glass fixed over here to Jason!
