We could not be more pleased with our recent transaction at Aiona Car Sales. Our salesperson, Dean was very helpful & kind (not an ounce of pushiness!). They gave us a more than fair value for our rough around the edges Tacoma trade in - Got us into a truck that better suited our growing teenage boys! We are now loyal customers for life. Also, it should be noted that the finance manager, Jun was great to work with as well. Very personable and took the time to explain that we could purchase an extension on the warranty later on and he'd help us with that when the current one is up. Definitely recommend Aiona Car Sales for your next vehicle purchase!! M halo nui from the Cruz Ohana!

So great! We looked one day, then came back to make our purchase so we got to meet both Ryan and Cyerra there. Both were so nice, friendly, honest, and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting both.My husband looked into financing ahead of time through Capital One, but Jun was able to find him a better rate there.We are thrilled with the car, extended warranty, and everything about this experience. I would give more stars than 5 if we could!

Typical used car lot. The staff is friendly nice and helpful. Mark was especially helpful. They were very willing to work with us on pricing. Overall very happy with our purchase experience from Aiona Car Sales.

We spoke with Chris S. and he was amazing! He made us feel so welcome as he walked us through the process of purchasing a car or if leasing would be a better option for us. Also because we live on Oahu he let us know we could have the car shipped and he would help with that too! Best car dealership in Hilo! Over there they treat you like family, literally! Just returned from Guam and needed a vehicle ASAP. Credit was in sad shape, but Jun, and Dean hooked us up in a beautiful 4WD. No hassle transaction, very efficient and super friendly. I came there with zero dollars, paid zero down, and left with $100 dollars in my pocket..lol.. can't beat that! Mahalo to Aiona Car Sales..Mo betta than the rest! They really care and take care of everyone, especially, *local boy & girl' :)

Made a phone call to book. Check in and getting vehicle only took about 15 to 20 minutes. Nice people and received better rates than the bigger companies. Giving 4 stars due to still having the vehicle and not having the return experience yet.. if return is as quick as my pickup than its worth a 5 star review.

The folks there are incredibly nice and accommodating. I was there to use the charger for the Tesla, helped with some troubleshooting thing that came up, and they didn t have to but were genuinely happy to help. Many thanks to the staff there!

I have worked with Aiona Rentals for several large groups of educators that I brought to Hawaii Island. I have always found them to be very courteous and professional. I have rented both 15 passenger vans and smaller vehicles. The vehicles were always clean and functioned well.What I like best about Aiona is the small community business feel of the place. You are treated like a valued customer and not just a number.

- Car Rental Related -Highly recommended for visitors and the kama'aina! Great prices and very accommodating in times of emergency. Their staff is absolutely exceptional and show their overwhelming care and concern for their customers. One associate had the impression I had no ride to the airport and was willing to drop me off with urgency... Wow! This is my second transaction with Aiona Car Sales and will definitely not be my last. I have used the same car during my visits which makes it even a greater experience! Please see Jasmine and allow her and the staff to begin your vacation on the beautiful island of Hawaii with a WOW experience!

Sales person Sierra is great. She really tries to listen and then works to find what you want. The Aiona family has been in business for a long time and works with Aloha. If you are looking for a used car, check them out.

Started with a simple call my husband spoke to Mark at Aiona Car Sales. As of today we are leaving the lot with a Ford Fusion courtesy of Aiona Car Sales!! Very good service all the way around. Truly family orienated no doubt. We are leaving very happy customers. Thank you Mark and Pat for helping us get into our new wheels!!

I was on an extended rental contract with Aiona. The car I received for this period was extremely reliable and had AC!! Whenever I had to go into the office to sign a new monthly contract I was in and out under 15 minutes. Jasmine was always smiling and personable!!From the friendliness and professionalism of staff to vehicle cleanliness...5 starsThe drop off service was also quick and courteous. Jasmine even offered me a ride to the airport!!If you are ever in Hilo and need a car, call Aiona car rental! They are a company with a family feel and they provide exceptional service!

Best service! Many of my family members have cars from Aiona! When my daughter got her car fixed at Aiona service & they found out just how bad the shape of her car was, Leslie hooked her up & found her a safe reliable car that very same day

Great place to get a nice vehicle ! Back in 03 I bought a slightly used 00 Dodge Ram 2500 pick up 4wd from Pat Jr at an awesome price ! Totally financed and off the lot with approved credit in no time

horrible vehicle selection. the service is not, well, they have not been trained in how to offer good service.I came by to look at a SUV. when I opened the vehicle I found an old avocado that had roaches climbing all over it.

They Don't LIE !!! We were in a jam big time ! AND right away AIONA got us out of our car jam and i won a 100.00 dollars baby playing their key game! we are blessed too have a place with a heart and help our local people no fear we get AIONA HERE ! AND EVEN MORE THEY HAVE THEIR OWN CAR MAINTENANCE STORE ! Who can ask for more .....
