Best fried chicken and potato wedges. Try anything with hurricane sauce. The staff are very welcoming and make everyone feel like family. Oh....you can get gas there too. (Cheaper than Waimea).

One of tge cheaper places to get fuel the island kona side you were painting 5.35 a gallon this side on Hilo it was 4.99 a gal. Have fun getting back on the highway .

Friendly service and good place for a quick meal. I arrived at the gas station at noon. They had delicious chicken fried and teriyaki with steam rice in lunch box. It was nice to grab a quick lunch and continue our journey in big island.

Very friendly and helpful staff on the gas side.Chicken and wedges were the perfect comfort food for a friend after a day of sun and a night of Mai Tais; were quite good for those of us who were in better shape than our friend.

For being so isolated, it really has a little bit of everything. Gas is cheaper here than most places on the island. Everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful. It's more like visiting a friend than buying gas and some potato wedges (which is re super ono).

Auntie Annie and Gaylyn are the best!!! Auntie is so helpful every time I go there and Gaylyn is so up beat and happy it just makes my day, especially when they work together.Thank you Auntie and GaylynAlan DeanKohala Whackers
