Pretty good and fast service. We had a nail in the tire and were losing air fast as we left the food land. A quick Internet search was leading me to Goodyear which was 45 mins away, so started driving and stumbled on this Auto Shop sign next to Aloha Shrimp. Googled more and found they do work on tires too so quickly turned around. It's a small sign which you won't notice unless you are looking for it. The lady at the service desk was pretty nice and helpful. We didn't have to wait long for getting our tire fixed. The mechanic got us back on the road in 15 mins.

These guys are awesome! I took my car in for a brake job and they fixed my spoiler without me asking them to or charging me. Who does that?! These folks do! They've got a customer for life. It's things like this that make me want to support local businesses. No big chain store would ever do that. Not to mention the price I paid for the brake job was the cheapest I could find on Oahu.

Happened to be driving by in our rental when our air pressure light went on and they were so kind to check the tire pressure for us to make sure we were safe to continue on. Thank you for being so kind!

Great and fast service. My calls were answered very fast and they had the answers to my questions ready to go. Diagnosed my car and told what needed to be fixed pronto and what needed to be fixed in the future. They kept me updated on what was going on and made sure to get my okay before they did any work. Got all my work done in a day and all with kindness and smiles on their face. The receptionist is the kindest!

My wife took our car here for a minor repair. They fixed the issue, but also locked our struts and replaced one of the power steering parts with a garden hose. Sus af. We had to get new struts and replace the stolen part.

I've heard great things about this place and I've used the air hose for my tires on occasion. They're always very friendly.What troubles me is when I needed them to look at my brakes, I'm told they charge a "$100 diagnosis fee" just for checking my brakes? When I asked if that fee would be applied to any work if I choose to have them do it, they say no. It's just an added $100 fee for diagnosis... is this a new practice? I don't believe it's industry standard. Too pricey for me...despite convenience. I'll have to choose somewhere else. Aloha

Went in prepared to pay $400+ for new brakes. They called and told me it was just needing a major clean and a small adjustment! Only costed $50 and I really appreciated the honesty, knowing they easily could have still replaced the brakes and charged me a lot.Service: Brake service & repairService: Brake service & repair

The Organic mechanic came recommended by my father in law, and after my experience at the shop, I definitely recommend going to see them for you car troubles. In my opinion, the people there were fast, reliable, and honest. I should disclose that I did need to return the car after it was fixed, but the continuing problem was due to faulty parts from the pricey dealership, purchased beforehand. People at the shop we're gracious and professional and the mechanic we worked with seemed knowledgeable, reliable, and personable. The yard and office looked organized and my 80 yr old dad and I were treated respectfully. I'm very happy they are located on my side of the island, and right next to my favorite food trucks in Punaluu! An overall 5 star experience.

My tire went flat needed a plug & my spare was flat as well. They were so busy, but they took the time to help me from the kindness of their heart. They checked for leaks in doughnut & filled tire for me. They never charged me even though they were so busy. Good honest customer service is a must & good indicator of trustworthiness. I highly recommend this shop!

Front desk attendant "J" is awesome - Professional, attentive, kind and straightforward. They saw my car on time and were informative and careful. What a wonderful experience I had.Started from the front desk receptionist, she wasAmazing,friendly,,and kind. To my safety check guy, He made me feel So welcomed. and was so kind and had lots of patience. Been going to mililani for yrs to do safety checks,1st time here. Although I've brought dear old Betsy here for servicing for different things, this last time it turned into one hum dinger! I am so greatful for the help and dedication I receive from the front office all the way to my mechanic Aaron. God bless you all

They are very efficient and work fast. The longest I went without my car was 1 day and thats because I had a list of things for them to work on and now my car is running smoothly. They are friendly and try to work with your time and budget looking for cheap deals (and sometimes they even give some discounts on some of their service). For the most part they were the cheaper deal and the nearest convenience on major problems I needed fixed.

Been taking both my family cars here for 4 years and have always found them to be honest and a good value. However, last week took car in for a massive coolant leak-they said was radiator and recommended a new one so I approved.. then they realize the leak the car was brought in for was still pouring out fluid. Too expensive and potentially too big of a problem for us to ok them to further diagnose it, knowing mostly at this point engine is probably blown. Apologized for the new radiator we paid for in a car that we can t drive but wouldn t come off price. $750 out the window. Won t be taking our cars there anymore..no accountability for a mechanics missed call. Will be going to the other shop in Punaluu from now on..Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Bryan provided outstanding service. He offered helpful advice when diagnosing an issue with my engine's performance, he serviced the valves on my 2016 Honda Civic Si and configured my engine's timing to the manufacturer's specifications. The engine has performed reliably for the past 6 months as it did when I purchased the car in 2017. I'd recommend him if you're experiencing motor problems with your vehicle.

A little hard to find off the road and parking is a bit confusing but otherwise was great. Definitely plan to use them again. The people we're super nice and they were generally fast about getting things done.

This place will rob you blind and smile while doing it. Was told the diagnostic fee could be used towards repairs. We needed some time to get money together and when we came back to complete the repair they said we waited too long and diag. fee would not be applied to repair. After repair was done, problem wasn t fully fixed so they just kept adding more repairs with no consideration for work and money already done. They also said our brake booster was weak and needed replaced. We got a more reliable quote and was told a booster is either good or bad, never weak . This place has zero integrity and assumes you will just go there because there s not many options on the north shore.

Horrible customer service, incompetent repairs ! They replaced my daughter's radiator ( 1 week and $ 700 ) It immediately overheated again and this time they had it 2 weeks and charged $ 800. The owner was argumentative, not nice, and acted like a spoiled pouting 3 year old.Avoid these guys !

I hit a pot hole coming down into kahana bay omw to town. I was already riding on the spare donut and when I hit the pothole that little pos spare tire didn't have a chance, it blew and the rim was bent beyond all recognition. Pouring rain, no spare tire, no tools to even change one out if I could find one, and no cell service in kahana left me feeling hopeless. I decided to hop on the bus and check out the organic mechanic to see if they could help me with a spare, or tools, or something. When I got there I relayed my story and the guys there set me up with a brand new floor jack and a four way, with which, I was able to do what I needed to do to get back on the road. These guys are super cool and helpful and are definitely recommended as the north shore go to for your mechanic needs.
