I've been a loyal AutoZone customer for many years, and for good reason. They have a wide selection of auto parts and accessories at competitive prices, and their staff is always knowledgeable and helpful.One of the things I appreciate most about AutoZone is their commitment to customer service. The employees are always willing to go the extra mile to help me find the right parts for my car or answer any questions I have. They're also very knowledgeable about automotive repairs, and they're always happy to offer advice and assistance.

went to the Ewa Beach Autozone and was greeted and helped by Christopher(Cory P). He helped us get the things we needed for Oil change. He was very friendly and Attentiveness and even walked us to our car. WOW That is what you call great customer service. Expected of how Autozone Employees should service customers. Good Job Cory P!

Store manager Dexter figured out the mystery that Dodge could not. I have a 2010 Dodge challenger right rear cv axle broke Dodge said discontinued but dexter seen that the oem part number for the charger works also.

So i had a rough morning and my car wouldn't start, friend recommended autozone. Afraid previous experience at another car place, but Jenny helped me made me feel comfortable and got me the correct battery and even installed it too, at no additional cost! What made it a very pleasant experience she truly had the best customer service, Thank you Jenny! Autozone gained a customer for life!

This store is FANTASTIC. We have a commercial account with this store to help maintain our large fleet of cars. The manager, Jenny, has gone above and beyond to help us in every aspect. Her customer care and communication is world class! We can always count on her to provide outstanding service with Aloha! We have commercial accounts at other locations but the service does not compare to hers and we now solely purchase from here. Shout out to Jenny P !! The prime example of outstanding customer service. I know absolutely nothing about cars & had no idea what was going on with my car but she had no problem helping me figure out the source of the problem and had so much patience answering all of my questions! The only thing I didn t like about her was she would not take a tip !! She really set the bar for everybody !! Thanks Jenny !!!

Over the last 3 years my husband and I have had nothing but amazing service from Auto zone. Staff all know what they are talking about, nice and extremely helpful. We had a headlight go out in one of our cars and had to change it. We no longer had access to our tools or really anything to help us with this change. We were able to check out tools and the technicians helped us change the light bulb. It was amazing and best service.

Yesterday I probably had the worst experience I ve ever had in this store. I walked in hoping to charge a brand new battery that had died from sitting in a vehicle we were working on. & to buy a few things as I usually do.DEX the assistant manager called me to the register. Immediately I could tell he didn t want to help me but rather the exact opposite! Told me battery would take 8 hours to charge. Immediate suspicion.Next I went about gathering the items I need, a rim key, and a couple bottles of cleaner. He grabs my rim key and replaces it with a returned key ( same one OPEN PACKAGING ). Unbelievable. Making customers buy returned items. I let it slide.OH ! Forgot ! I need a battery for my car key. DEX opens up the car key says there is absolutely no way he can tell which battery because there wasn t one in there to begin with. After further inspection I see clearly in the key it says 3V 1632. Gets worst.I call later to check on the battery. Dex answers and has me on hold for atleast 10 minutes. Comes back with Battery won t take a charge, it s no good. LONG STORY SHORT I PICK UP THE BATTERY ANYWAY (EVEN THOUGH THEY EXPECTED ME TO JUST BUY A NEW ONE) AND CHARGED IT MYSELF! THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!Still have the autozone bad battery sticker on it. HAHAHA! I m just baffled, I spend a lot of money here and refer people I know to this store. I live less than 5 minutes away but will now be supporting my nearest oreilys.

Talk about top notch customer service, The gang is very friendly, more like family! They test batteries for free, alternators and starters too! Check engine light on, they do free scans! My number 1 go to for sure! Thank you Ewa Beach Autozone, for providing the community with all your hard work and going the extra mile!

I always go to Ewa Beach Autozone because they are so friendly and customer service is on point. Parts are always the right part and no hassle on returns. The manager their Jenny has the best information and knows her parts better than most mechanics. I recommend everyone to Ewa Beach Autozone to expirience the friendly expirience I've grown to love.

Had a slow start on a 4-runner. Came in to get battery tested. Was helped by Dex. Battery tested bad and bought a replacement. Dex installed the battery for me. He was quick and very helpful. I always recommend and come to this Auto-Zone for the customer service and knowledge of the personnel working here. 10/10

Highly Recommended!!Last month, I visited home (roads/places look diff after 10+ years), I wanted to say, THANK YOU to Manager, Shanel (sp) who took the time to assist by diagnosing my sister's 2004 Camry. A team member then helped by changing the car battery & provided a price list of parts that was needed.You went over and beyond! Much Mahalo's AutoZone-Ewa Beach for your friendly service. I greatly appreciate it!! :)

I wish I could give 10/5 stars! We came in for a new car battery because ours died out. We tried starting the car to leave after jumping it, but it wouldn't start and the old battery wouldn't budge. I went back in the ask the manager Bev if they do installation. She said yes and helped us to install our new battery. When everything was done, she didn't want to charge us and didn't even want to take my tip to buy her lunch . I insisted because she really helped us out so much when we needed it. You rock Bev! These guys are awesome!

Yesterday we had a miscommunication with a return so we were asked to come back today to speak with the store manager about it. I walked in and spoke with Devon this morning and he fixed it within 5 minutes. Everybody that we dealt with, yesterday and today, was so kind and truly showed the aloha spirit! I'm very glad that this is the auto zone closest to me!

Justin helped me find my front headlight bulb very quickly. He made sure it was the right one by checking my car. Lastly, he actually replaced it for me! Thank you again Justin!!
