The staff is friendly and caring willing to help make the say and repairs a pleasant experience. The value of a loaner when needed is a lost service in many places. Making an appointment that fits best for me has always been a welcomed service by me. Thank You staff and repairmen you do very good work.

My car was misfiring when I would put it in drive and it was definitely not safe to drive for long. I had a friend recommend this shop so I gave them a call and right away, even though they were booked they still took my car and got it fixed asap! Got my car back sooner than I expected and I loved the fact that at every point of from diagnosis to repair, Pearl City Auto Works kept me updated. Customer Service was fantastic and I highly recommend if you need work done to come to this shop. Mahalo!!!

Staff was outstanding and professional. I required a safety inspection and they were able to fit me in their busy schedule. I would highly recommend them to anyone for service. Keep up the great work.

Staff was very friendly throughout the entire process from booking an appointment to following up and patiently explaining what work was going to be done on my vehicle. They also provided a very thorough inspection of my vehicle and let me know exactly what I need to get fixed for the future. Super happy with my experience and will definitely be coming here from now on.

PCAW was able to fix my rear shock on my 4Runner in an hour or two. There customer service was exceptional and everyone was very polite. They followed through and got in contact with the insurance company responsible for the damage in a timely manner. There prices were fair, therefor I was not surprised when I saw the invoice. Pearl City Auto Works is THE best place on the island for car maintenance/repair. They feel like friends and are always so helpful and accommodating! We have been on island for 3 years and have been bringing our vehicles here the whole time. I m so sad to leave them and cannot recommend them enough. Their pricing is transparent and completely reasonable, the service is fast and high quality, and customer service can t be beat. 10/10, 5 Stars!

First time working with them and they did a great job on working on and keeping me in the loop of the progress with my vehicle. Only thing that sucked was there were multiple issues with part ordering so it took an extended amount of time to repair my vehicle. It wasn t their fault however it was the dealership ordering. Shay was very helpful and great to talk to.*Update*Vehicle wasn t working quite like it should have but the team here was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process of getting my car working right. This place is great!

I ve used PCAW for my brakes, replacement of a side passenger mirror, and most recently for an oil change. At the time of my brake service, they said I did not need both front and back repaired, and I was so grateful for their support and advice, as I was expecting a costly fix for all four! The day I brought it in for the actual work, I did not have a ride home, which is reasonably close, but having asthma, it was not doable for me. The owner, Erin, was so kind to offer me a ride! I was very grateful, as I m sure she had a busy schedule. I was so appreciative of her thoughtfulness and humble customer service.On my second visit, they were able to order my passenger mirror. However, when the part came in, it did not include the mirror portion. PCAW were so apologetic that I would have to wait for the mirror, they offered a loaner for the couple days. Again, this was their excellent customer service!My latest visit yesterday, was for an oil change and a safety check. The safety check was a no charge!! All went well and it was another day of cordial interaction with the staff and satisfaction that my car is being taken care of!I referred PSAW to my neighbors and they too were very impressed with their services!!Services: Brake service & repair, Oil change

I was really pleased with the front desk. The staff was able to fit me in a tight schedule for a battery change and got a reasonable quote. Excellent customer service, even received a courtesy safety check voucher. I will definitely come back for regular service.

Such a great experience the customer service, the ease of getting my car worked, the time it took. I highly recommend this place for any maintenance needs! The courtesy inspection was my favorite part so I know what to do next! The inspection was very thorough made it easy to understand. I will only be coming here for all my car needs!

Outstanding customer service! I came to Pearl City Auto Works for help with a check engine light, although I knew there were other issues with my car. PCAW did a courtesy inspection, which helped me to prioritize repairs. Their estimates clearly list costs for parts and labor, and their prices are very fair. Erin and Shay communicate clearly every step of the way, and their responsiveness, friendliness, helpfulness, and follow-through is so appreciated. I'm grateful that I was provided with a free loaner car while my repairs were being done. My safety check is due next month, and they gave me a coupon for a free safety check. Polite staff, great service! I've had my annual safety inspection done here twice now and both times it was very fast and painless. Also replaced my fuel pump and fuel level sensor a year or so ago. They do good work, quickly and at good prices.

10/10 The staff and technicians are always kind and friendly. The team is great at answering any questions or concerns you may have. They are honest about the services needed on your vehicle and pricing/how long it will take to fix. I highly recommend this place.

Starter on my 2012 Tundra bit the dust on the weekend. Called a few shops on Monday and everyone was booked weeks out. Luckily Shay was able to fit me into their already tight schedule. Got the truck towed there at noon, Keoki completed the job and I picked it up on Tuesday morning. Fair pricing and great customer service. I even got a free safety inspection coupon that I will use in May.

Thank you so much for always taking of me and my cars! I took my car in during one of their busiest times of year, but, they diagnosed my car and was able to replace the part by the end of the day. They also gave my car a courtesy inspection and changed my oil, which it needed!! They have always been fair and do their best to work with the budget you have. Thank you again!!!

This family owned shop took good care of my 2014 Dodge Charger. They were quick and informative and I was back on the road quickly. I will definitely use them again for my future car maintenance and repairs.

First time customer here and I was so impressed with this shop. First off my service advisor Shay was so nice and professional. She made sure to get all information of what was going on and recommended I get a complete vehicle inspection to make sure all was ok with my ride. They kept me up to date with the progress of my vehicle and gave me a thorough report at the end. Turns out all was good and I did not need any further mechanical repairs at this time. These days it can be hard to find an honest mechanic shop. They could have literally told me anything was wrong and made money but instead they were honest and told me everything looked great and if I suspect anything in the future to just stop by and they will take a look. The only bad thing is it took me two years of living on island to find them. I ll definitely be using them from here on out for any future needs. I went Ahead and scheduled my oil change and tire rotation as well, and to top it off they gave me a Starbucks gift card for being a new customer. WoW! you guys are awesome, So happy I found this place!

Amazing service! Had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment with them due to availability but it was well worth the wait. The entire process was seamless and I was regularly updated on the status of my vehicle. Good service but communication could have improved. No invoice or cell about cost prior to work. Not a big deal, but I expected at least a call or text that told me an estimate. Only received a voicemail that my car was done. My phone sometimes doesn't show callers, so I missed it. Which is why I put text on my preferred communication method. Otherwise, great to work with, they did a good job.Edit: I went back here for another issue with my breaks and honestly, it was great working with them. I didn't have any of the communication issues, so maybe it was just a fluke. Either way, they were great to work with and they did great work troubleshooting and fixing the problem. I'll definitely be back. Changed to 5 stars.

You guys do really good job and I which I dint go to the dealership you guys have the equipment, same as the dealership! Staff are very sincere and takes your problem Seriously. Even though their schedule was booked, they made the time for me to drop off my vehicle so they could take a look at the problem that I was having. Brought my beater car in that I knew needs a lot of work, and they sent a breakdown of everything that s wrong with pictures and an explanation of why it s important to have each thing running correctly and be fixed. For someone who isn t very smart about cars this was extremely helpful and helped me understand everything going on with my car.The transparency is wonderful. Thank y all so much!

From when I made my first phone call to let them know about my (Engine light being on) they made an appointment for me - I felt so reassured they had my best interest at heart for my car !!! What a pleasant experience at PCAW (Pearl City Auto Works). I had 2 electrical problems with my vehicle which required a partial disassembly of the dash. PCAW correctly identified the cause of the electrical problem and corrected the problem and reassembled the dash to its original condition using great care as my vehicle was a 2000 Ranger and the clips etc. required extra care to prevent breaking. A special thank you goes to Shay for her assistance in scheduling my appointments and keeping me informed as to the arrival of parts needed and the status of the repairs to my truck. I will definitely be a return customer.
