I called this company to help me and my daughter cause my front tire blew, I didn't have any tools or jack I told the guy who answered. He sent out some to where me and my daughter was stuck to assist he didn't have the tool to drop my tire from under my car the patch and swap it with the blown tire, he left at 5pm said he come back with a tire. Me and my daughter waited until 9 pm for him called and no answer or call back.When I spoke to the guy in the phone he said leave a review well here is your review. You suck... To leave a woman and child waiting for you to come back at night is beyond me.

Quick response, honest dudes, and friendly service! Got a flat while on the freeway and thankfully made it to a gas station. All nearby tire shops were closed for the day, but found On Time Emergency Mobile Tire Shop. Within minutes got a call back from William and he made sure they had the right tire in stock before heading our way. Got to our location, removed the damaged tire, took the time to correct a problem they found, put the new tire on, and had us on our way. Remedied our bad Friday night situation and made it as painless as possible. Highly recommend and will definitely call on them in the future! Thanks again guys - you rock!

On Time Mobile is truly the best! Super convenient and easy to use, they are super knowledgeable and have a great variety of tires and services to provide. They helped me find my tire size over the phone and had my tires in stock. I also knocked my right side mirror off and they were able to fix it right away for a great price! They also having towing services available and can even help if you ve locked yourself out of your car. BEST customer service on the island 10/10 would recommendServices: Car lockouts, Car towing

Excellent service for tire repair on Oahu. I am in Pearl City and woke up with a completely flat tire. I tried using my car generator, but the tire would not hold air. I then noticed that the tire had no seal with the rim. My tire repair was not an emergency, but I had some things I wanted to do today.I was immediately impressed when the owner/dispatcher answered my call. They immediately stated their fees and let me know they wanted to give me the most accurate price. I explained in detail what was wrong with my tire. The owner then gave me a ball park price quote based on my honest explanation. The owner told me that he had to contact the technician and they would get back to me shortly.I did not wait long for the tech to call. I gave him my address and he was at my house in twenty minutes. We both looked at the tire and he agreed that I explained my issue correctly and they would stand by the quote unless they found something unusual after the tire was removed.The tech let me watch him work and removed the tire. The tire actually had two punctures! After fixing the first puncture with a plug, the tech moved to the second puncture. It was a finish nail, but he noticed the damage was superficial and did not cause a hole. I was not charge for that removal.The whole repair took less than twenty minutes and I was able to get back on the road. The tech let me know that the tire had some uneven wear and for safety I should look into getting a new tire. I let him know that I was already thinking of new tires, but needed to wait until the middle of the month (self-employed and have to wait for people to pay my invoices). The tech said I should be good until then. He never tried to sell me tires or offer me services UNTIL I ASKED ABOUT THEM.Turns out they have a full mobile tire service and stock new and used tires. And - word on the street is that their used tires are pretty dang good, like 80% of tread life still on them.I am very happy with my experience and will be using them for my new tires and any time I have any other issues they can assist me with. I would recommend them to my friends, neighbors and family.Service: Tire change

So thankful for William and the great team behind this helpful business! They were the kindest and smartest people that want to genuinely help. All of the other places I called offering similar services were rude, unhelpful, or slow (or all three). Once I called On Time Emergency, I had no more stress and I was immediately taken care of. I would recommend these guys to anybody. Thank you so much, and I am so grateful that I don t have to worry about a popped tire anymore!

On time is one of the most reputable car care centers I ve had the pleasure to work with on my auto needs. Not only does this company service your car in emergency situations, the ability to dispose of discarded vehicles that I owned over the years was truly a surprise. Prompt, efficient, and outstanding customer service are attributes that have been ingrained into the company s business model. I ll will definitely be back. Mahalos

I have done business with Will for years, he and his staff have always jumped in to help me when I was having car issues and provided timely help. Had engine problems, tire problems, battery problems, and finally needed a new car. He has helped me with every scenario and if he couldn t, he always had a friend to connect me with. He is knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward. He won t try to get you for what you re worth and truly practices treating people how he would want to be treated, I m my experience with his staff they also follow the same morale. If you re looking for a life long go-to , he s your guy!!

They made the experience stress free. I made a call and spoke with Will. He was able to assist me with my flat tire. Although my tire was out of stock, he was able to provide a donut tire in the meantime so I could at least get home. He called in a partner, Chris, and he was able to replace my tire. Great guys and such a life saver.

I had a flat at the Walmart parking lot and chose to call them for roadside assistance. The guy was very courteous over the phone and assured he will be at my location at a timely manner.
