It s been a while since I had really good customer service and Matthew absolutely blew me away. I was going in to get some brake pads, and he helped me with everything I needed, gave me some tips on switching my pads out, and even threw on a discount for me being a triple A member. Highly recommend going here. Give that guy a raise.

We came in for a battery and windshield wipers. Both workers behind the desk were friendly and helpful. Jared was wonderful answering all of our questions. He must have seen us struggling to get the wipers on in the lot, he came out and did it for us. A great experience, thanks Jared!

Ordered online for next day pick up. Got a call the next morning saying my order was ready. Went down to pick up and was in and out in 5 minutes. Very organized in keeping the order separate and easy for the worker to find, not like another parts store I ordered from and could not find my order and waited 15 minutes until they finally found my order. Will definitely order from Napa again.

This store is a pearl city back by the Ford dealer. Easy to get to, good parking area, has what I needed or if they didn't they can look it up to see if the next closes Napa store has it in stock, really knowledgeable counter personnel.

They were great at this location! Very friendly and helpful in trying to find you what you need even if they weren't familiar with that particular item. Also lots of space inside so your child doesn't knock everything over while you shop their everything you need auto parts stock. Pretty easy location to find too.

I needed a new battery for my key, and I had no idea how to replace it myself. I forgot to ask for the guys name, but he replaced my battery for me less than 3 minutes! And he walked me outside to make sure it was working too. Such friendly staff. Now I know where to go for all of my questions and car needs. Thank you guys so much

Looking for specific brake parts on Oahu. Found them here at Aeia Napa store. Patrick was very helpful and friendly. We appreciate he even informed us of a AAA discount.Great job NAPA and Patrick. Thanks

Our review on Napa auto parts In Waimalu Near cutterford in Aiea. It's a nice store with lots of customer service, And a good assortment of parts.I own Is a 2015 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck and I like to support local business yeah it's a local business and Napa is a local business. Best customer service on the island! If you ever have chance to do business with them then you will see what I mean. Get the parts you need from anyone of the professional sales associates down at NAPA Auto in Aiea.

Always good service and friendly faces at this napa. Very knowledgeable about cars and different parts. Thier computer system is very good and able to identify specific parts and provide pictures to assure it's the correct replacement required for the job.

Becca was the rudest and very disrespectful her customer service was the lowest of the low the way she talks to the customers she should be FIRED how could a company have such poor supervisor and she yelled at me in which was not the way you treat customers she will always get a 1 with the type of attitude and the way she runs her store

The people at the aiea Napa are very professional at what they do, they really step up their customer satisfaction. They are very friendly, and extremely helpful in all expectations. I would recommend them highly above dealership service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went here with my car with a fractured brake line. Not that hard of a fix, nor did I need a diagnostic because I already knew what was wrong. They were 'nice enough' to not charge me the diagnosis fee, but in the same breath told me my car would be too expensive for them to fix b/c it is a foreign car and the parts would be too expensive to be shipped. As well as tell me my CV axil was broken (even tho I had no symptoms of a broken axel). And said my car was unfit to drive and tried to send me over to the dealer.So, I talked to some local friends and they sent me to a RELIABLE auto shop, whom, without question and respectfully, looked at my car, bought the parts and fixed the break line. As well as assure me my CV axel is perfectly fine. This reliable auto shop charged me under 200$ with great service(as well as a military discount) while this napa place quoted the fix would be at least 1000$ + and showed absolutely no respect to not only my military service but to me being a woman. With that said I will not recommend this auto shop to anyone unless you feel like being ripped off and disrespected.

NAPA came through on having all my parts that I needed after noticing other problems on my truck that we where running into. It was a long frustrating day but relying on napa having my parts for my truck saved the day
