I had a exceptional experience. It was quick and painless. They had the exact car I wanted. I was in my new (used) car within an hour. I also called the auto shop that was recommended for my safety check and the auto shop was prompt, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I love my car, Thankyou, John Lane

Went to this establishment for a trade in at agreed time, salesperson was 10 mins late for appointment. Went to see the car had funds ready to go. After an hour left empty handed and no follow up from salesmen even though they said they would get back to me on trade in price. Bad work ethic and practice to ghost customers.

We bought our used vehicle here because this place helped us out to get approved when others wouldn't even let us see a car for sale. They have treated us with such respect and kindness that you don't get everywhere especially these days when people treat you like you don't matter; but here at this dealership they make it their goal to ensure that you do matter. We've had to take the car in for repairs because get real people it is still a used car so we were well aware that things could go out especially when the vehicle is 9 years old but yet it had AWESOME mileage hence why we also chose the Jeep Cherokee that we did. Any time we've had to take it in for repair work we have not been unhappy with the work or the pricing. Like I mentioned previously Lane Auto Group takes care of you like family. So if you expect all around superb service before and after the sale of the vehicle then this is the spot for you.

These guys are amazing! I have been having a rough few years in the vehicle department from one car to the next always with issues one right after another. I wanted to find a reliable and safe vehicle that I could use for my family. After finding the Lane Auto group web listing on google. I figured I would try and see if they might be able to get me into something safer then the ride I drove there in. I was not expecting how fast and willing they were to help me. They asked a few questions and I gave them the answers I had on hand, and they said they could make it happen!We discussed the plan I had and what I was willing to pay, I told them that I had been looking at a few cars from the year range of 2008-2013 and that I was looking at a few Chevy sparks some Kia souls and a few older trucks. They said they could get me into a 2018 Kia Soul at the aforementioned plan and that it would be a quick and painless process. I said I would come back in a week with the down payment! They worked with me on my time and got it done and now I feel like a weight has been lifted from my shoulder. they weren't even willing to help my credit wasnt the worst but it also wasnt the greatest plus I had a previous repo from an ex who destroyed my car about 4 years ago.....since then I paid off a 75000 dollar loan with a car loan cash only and built my credit a little better and was told they could not help even though I spoke with the owner a couple weeks back and ran all this info by him via phone and he said dont worry just come in with a minimum 2 grand and well work with you. so yeah....lame but it's cool. God Bless y'all anyways .
