Needed an Oil Change. Got there at a little after 7:00 AM and there was not much people there. There were about three workers so we were told it would take an hour. All of them were friendly and pleasant. The lady provided some recommendations for food so We went across the street to eat and then to the farmers market at Pearl Ridge. It was getting close to an hour and When we looked over it appeared they finished the oil change in less than an hour. However, I walked over and needed to wait about 15 minutes for someone to collect payment. Which my husband was getting impatient. However in that time I was able to check in on yelp and get a coupon for the Jiffy Lube Oil Change. So remember to check in as soon as you get there. Costed about $91.00 with the coupon applied. I plan to be coming back. This is the closet one to Ewa Beach.

I made it before closing time and Jiffy s team took me in. Amazing customer service! The dude (I believe his name is Dom) informed me about the type of oil my car needs. Super friendly and chill.I would also like to thank the other guy working (forgot his name but he was working with Dom). My phone died and he loaned me his charger. I promised to give him an amazing review. You guys are the best and I m definitely coming back for future car appointments :)

This place was incredible and the staff is so friendly! After some miscommunication with the town Jiffy Lube, they sent me over here and these guys fixed up my water pump in under three hours. They were very excellent and I couldn t recommend Jiffy Lube Pearl Kai enough.

No appointment needed. Got my tires rotated and oil changed twice here. Quick, quality service from Dom and the lady who answered the phone was kind and helpful when on the phone and upon arrival. Very willing to help me get the best service and deals. Definitely going back here again. Mahalo!

I came in to get an oil change the sistah that checked was very nice and funny. I went somewhere to eat and not even 10 minutes my car was done already. I will definitely refer this jiffylube to my fellow friends and coworkers. No, the service I required was met to my standard and expectation. I used to doing lots of things in less amount of possible. Good Year told me it'll be all day for an oil change.... I said "ok thank you for your time" When I arrived here I was met with a lady who signed me in! I was then escorted to a waiting area after details were given where I waited. Before long I was called and notified Mr Young, Your car is ready. After payment I received a Receipt and was escorted to my car. If there service doesn't speak for itself, I am not sure anything else could. Since my service, I've brought my other car here also just yesterday...

My most unbelievably experience I have had in a long time especially when she asked me if I wanted to stay in the car or wait in the air condition waiting room !! I asked her approximately how long it would take if I stayed in the car,15-20 minutes.So I went inside to drink ice cold water and coffee.And in no time my car was finished..Rogelyn you made me happy for the rest of the day.

Buyer beware. I went by there on OCT 10, 2023 with an indication to change oil. A low oil pressure light came on right before pulling into the garage. After their service, the staff allowed me to drive off in an unsafe car. The car broke down after leaving their garage on the H1. Is this how they take care of their customers? They made sure to charge me before I left. I won't be back.

Oil change performed, 0-20 synthetic.This is the fastest oil change have ever had done. When I mean fast, I mean I only had the chance to go to the restroom before I was informed of completion.Friendly service, attention to detail, good price for 0-20 synthetic. Wow this location is awesome!!!! The team members are so informative & the vibe here is so welcoming!!!! Definitely love that I saw some woman working & taking care of business.Will 100% be coming back to service all my vehicles.4/11/24Again this location is Bomb Diggity. I needed a oil top off my window regulator went out, they ordered it & it was done in a timely matter. Their customer service was on point. I want to give big Mahalo's to Nel and the entire team who assisted me with my oil change service today. Really stellar service with smiles and kindness that made me feel welcome. Fabulous and friendly service! I was in and out for my oil change in under 30 minutes. The staff also reminded me about available coupons that could be used for my service and didn't try to upsell me on unneeded things. This was a much better experience than my previous oil change on island (at a different location that wasn't a Jiffy Lube). I will definitely return!Service: Oil change

The lady intake person was supper friendly, I was feeling uncomfortable about going to a place that man work at but was happy she came out, even better she made me feel great that I went there she knows her job and the guy that did the oil change was nice even the young guy who went for my keys. I wasConfused about the price I saw $69 fs oil my bill was $134.

I got my coolant system flushed and refilled and my truck literally overheated the next day. Not sure what happened but I doubt I'd go back to them to get any work done to my truck. Instead of only paying $135 for the coolant system, I now have to pay over $300.

Every employee I came across were very friendly. I recently just moved back from out of state and I really do miss the aloha/friendliness I received today at Jiffy Lube. I ve been coming here since I got my first car which is a bit over 20years. They are always quick and makes sure you leave there in tip top shape.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

My owner's manual attaches the reponsibility of rotating the tires to "every other oil change." Jiffy Lube does it all: no hassle, friendly staff, great service.

Absolutely loved the staff! NEL was super helpful and knowledgeable, and made you feel like family! Also there was another worker, I feel bad I didn't get his name, bt he had on one of those brighter blue collard polo type shirts and he too was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Honeslty, I live on the other side of the island and I will ALWAYS make the drive to this specific location/ branch!!. They are AWESOME!! And I tell everyone about them!!!!!

I was quite pleased with the repair service I got. My only complaint is that there was no longer anyone there certified to provide annual safety inspections, as I've been going to the same store for seven years to have mine done. I was told the managers are trying to find someone to fill that position, and I hope they succeed.

All were incredible i have not had service like this ia 30 years. While other oil change places refused to take my jmd vehicle to look up a cross reference oil filter that would fit...they took the time to look it up and make me a permanent client, they are the best

The whole staff were super nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were quick and went above and beyond in servicing my vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised with a vacuumed car, especially after going to the beach last night! Highly recommend!

First timer at Jiffy Lube and it was a great first experience! I usually go to Firestone which I always dreaded. I knew once I got a new car I would find a new place to receives services. I am very happy that I went to this Jiffy Lube location. The entire staff was very nice and attentive. Clarence worked on my car and he went above and beyond to make sure I was out there driving safely on the roads! Talk about the fastest, nicest and most professional place to go to! I would highly recommend and will continue to service my car at this Waimalu location!12/27/2023. Went to this location multiple times following my initial visit and they never disappoint. Always the best customer service and quick! Oil change and tire rotation in 30 minutes is exactly what I need in my busy life! Today Nel helped me and she was very welcoming and more than willing to help from beginning to end. Definitely will continue going to the Pearl Kai location for my oil change needs.Services: Tires, Oil change
