My review is based on the incredible service I received on January 13, 2018. I wasn t akamai on how to do a google review back then, but I am now. Before flying in from Maui for only few days in order to have my car towed and junked from my house in central Oahu, I looked online and took a chance with this towing company. Darrin called me back right away and we scheduled the towing for January 13, 2018. When that morning came, all of Hawaii thought a missile was about to obliterate us. I called Darrin soon after getting the alert and he said....he was not only still planning to come, but would be there at the scheduled time! Talk about customer service! He could have cancelled, but didn t. That s some serious integrity! Of course by the time he came as scheduled, the alert was cleared up as a false alarm and the towing and junking of my car was done quick and easy. I would give more stars if could. Very grateful for this company.Service: Car towing

I called and Darrin picked up I told him my situation and he scheduled a pick-up next day. He has good communication in when he was on his way and was on time. I felt so bad because I was helping my brother tow his junk car and he wasn't home with the key. As Darrin a cool unks just said nah no need I still can take emm without it. I got a fair price for what the shape of the car was in and honestly was the best experience. I would recommend him 100%Services: Special vehicle towing, Long distance hauling

I am glad I called Darin at Integrity Towing.This bruddah s customer service is da best!He was willing and able to accommodate us with a free tow and disposal of our car which had to be removed from our apartment parking stall.Give Darin a call you won t be disappointed.He s related to Lippy Espinda, so his island roots run deep!Mahalo Darin, you relieved a lot of stress for my daughter.Service: Special vehicle towing

Darin was great over the phone with details and setting up a next day tow of my junk van that was sitting outside for more than 2 years. He offered $50 for the van, but I couldn't accept the money due to the fact that this small business and great service had the Aloha spirit! Mahalo to the Driver Justice, was earlier then expected...professional, humble, and quick to do his job. If I got friends and family needing help with towing...I'm definitely recommending Darin and his team. MAHALO gentlemen!!!Service: Car towing

To have a business name like Integrity Towing, one needs to be completely aware of top customer service & exemplifying the aloha spirit. Darin, owner and the one who removed our junk car from our residence, is a Winner! He was nice, punctual & very accountable. He certainly runs his tow business right! Great job, Darin!

Darren was quick with keeping me informed on his services. He showed up just as he promised, right on time. There was no shibai only great courteous service and even emailed me my receipt. We contacted this company after our car needed to be towed post a car accident. We needed to get rid of the car in 2 days because construction on our street would start soon. All of our communications via text with Darin were replied to promptly. "No parking" signs said we needed to have the car moved by 8am. Darin was so accommodating when we told him our situation, that he changed our original time for pick up from 8am to 730am. That relieved stress from the time crunch. On top of all that I couldn't get off from work so I had to meet him on my lunch break. Darin was there at 730 on the dot! He has a bodybuilder build which may seem intimidating, but he was a genuinely nice guy. Very charismatic and friendly. I cant express my gratitude for the grief he saved me from simply by running a good business. The price to take the car was very affordable. I would recommend this company to anyone. Super fast response. I called and they answered right away and wasnt put on hold like the other companies I called. Even said they will come within the hour. The other company (VIP Towing) had me on hold for 30mins and then told me that they couldn't come until late in the day and couldn't even give me a set time just a "we'll be there between 12-5pm. No thanks. Thank you Integrity Towing for be so quick and fast!

Needed a car towed so checked alot of tow co. On yelp and only Integrity towing had 5 star and all positive ratings.so of course this was a no brainer.scheduled an appointment and sure enough like he was right on time, easy to talk to,professional and told me how to do the paperwork. Thank you Integrity towing . Will call you if your service is needed again

My vehicle was parked on private road in Salt Lake and this tow company towed without land owner being present to show if hes the actual owner of property. My vehicle was removed and the person who wasnt even a homeowner on property, was the one who really called and met with tow company in person. My registration safety and insurance exp in March and with the Coronavirus shutdown I couldnt get it updated. So he towed it anyway and charged me $300 from 8am to 11am same day tow $50 everyday after. Then he gave me attitude and said "you know what I going crush the car you no come pay the fees. No heart, no good spirited people, just a company out to take your money. My cars means so much to me cause it's the first car my son learned how to drive in

HANDS DOWN BEST TOWING COMPANY!!!!!!! Look no further Integrity towing is by far the most affordable tow truck with awesome customer service. Darin with Integrity towing treats you with ALOHA and is very fair and honest with pricing.......CALL HIM NOW IF IN NEED!!!

Price for towing too high quote $250 plus tax then rudely said he could not do it not living up to its name got a tow from someone else $140 so sad

MY DAD JUST CALLED THIS PLACE ASKING ABOUT CASH FOR JUNKS AND TOWING AWAY A JUNK CAR AND THEY SAID THAT THEY DON'T DO THAT AND I LOOKED THEM UP FOR MY DAD TO CALL AND THEY SAID THAT WE HAD TO PAY FOR TOWING AWAY OUR JUNK CAR AND THEY DON'T GIVE CASH FOR IT..........THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING ON WHAT THEY GIVE!!!!!!!!!
