7/15/2021 My fiance dropped off his truck so they could check where his oil was leaking from. The problem was quickly fixed and Ms.Virginia called during the afternoon to let him know it was ready to pick up. This place is our go-to for repairs as well as safety checks as they are professional, knowledgeable, and provide excellent service.Efficient and friendly place to get a safety check. I've gotten my safety check there for the past four years.

Mike was extremely professional and helped me greatly. They are a very fair business and will help make sure everything is good to go. If you have problems they do everything they can to make sure you have a great experience.

They have a sign in the officeIf you want fast and cheap poor serviceIf you want quality work then expect to pay.(Not verbatim but I wish I took a pic of it) I read it everytime walk in the office.It's family owned and they are great folks. If you want it done right the first time it's best to drop off the car and let them do their thing. On some occasion if he can't not fix it or if it's going to cost you and arm or leg he will call you and be straight forward about.

Tires with an Aloha spirit. I called all over looking for tires, Hawaiian tire has the set I needed for my van at a good price. They set me up with an appointment the next day and promptly took care of me when I arrived. The staff was very polite and friendly. I'll recommend them to my friends.

I went to the Aiea shop and although they didn't fix my tire, they were fair, honest and upfront about it. They took the time to explain the problem, shared their technical expertise, and were very professional. And nice! I appreciated the quality customer service and felt like I can trust their business practices.

Virginia helped us to find tires that we could afford and booking us in as soon as possible since we were running on a spare. The tires, service and cost was awesome. We will be returning for other maintenance jobs. They do have a waiting room and bathroom for customers. Also, shops around that will keep you entertained and fed. Not to mention an area were you can go towards the back to view Fort Island.

Family run, they have always given me a fair price and good service. They have the proper equipment to ensure rims don't get scratched, and can handle large rims from what I've been told.

Most trustworthy machanic in town. After years of bouncing around from repair shop to repair shop my nephew turned me on to Pina who is most reliable and never tries to talk me into unnecessary repairs. He's accomodating and jobs are reasonably priced.

Wow first time hre at Hawaiian tire & Auto but wow thy so nice like thy know how to greet the customer and thy will ask u nice and thy will takecare of everything and i feel bad thy just pao eat but he said good timing thy just come frm lunch or break and thy gona take care of it right away like thy dont wast time u just nver had this kind of tire shop that can do this kind of customer service u would just like ok no need to wory anything whn u step in side this Hawaiian Tire & Auto thanks guys apriciate u guys. Great place to go for your automotive needs. The staff listened to my concerns about the new tires and being careful with my aftermarket rims. They noted everything down.
