Super friendly... Super busy... but that just shows you how good they are. I have never had problems with them doing my safety checks, oil change and alignment. Highly Recommend. They are also Nationwide so if you have points and warranties with them... you can take them anywhere.

I d like to send a shout out to brother Zion & Sista Ashley for outstanding service provided.Knowing that this location was short staffed Ashley went out of her way to make sure my tire rotation was taken cared of.Brotha Zion delivered outstanding front of the house service being proficient with me as a customer as well as reaching out to others waiting on their vehicles or checking in vehicles. The staff you have conducted themselves professionally and in a timely manner. But most of all communicated each and every step of the way.It s never easy to be in any service industry. Call outs can hurt an operation, this is why knowing you have people like this behind you, make a company.Thank you again for an amazing experience.Mahalo,Coach E

Tremendous care! I made a huge mistake and Ashley made me feel right at home when I was on a tight schedule. Customer service was unmatched and very welcomed on my tight deadline. Also happy with the pricing.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I waited in line for 45 minutes, no one acknowledged me, or mentioned that they would be with me soon once i made it up to the front desk. Everyone was in the back. I also called several times as I was put on hold for over 15 minutes each time, so then just decided to go into the shop to then wait in line for 45 minutes.I understand and I am empathetic that people have off days & it was busy, but being put on hold for longer than 5 minutes EVERY TIME is very unprofessional. Please, hire people to assist with those already working there. They all seemed understaffed and unhappy.

Great experience! I took my vehicle in to check out the thermostat. I had previously been to an oil change location for the same issue (JL) I had the worst experience with that facility. I called Firestone and immediately was told I can bring my vehicle down. I met Ashley - she took all of my information and made sure the issue I was having was addressed. The manager Robert was very accommodating and also explained the process and informed me the previous facility had installed the wrong part! The job was completed - I picked up my vehicle the next day right before closing and Zion completed the transaction. He also did a run through of the service completed. They turned my very frustrating day to a more pleasant day. Thank you !

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was told they could patch my flat. I left them my car for 7 hours and they were unable to get to my 30 minute fix. They also gave me an hour notice before closing that they were unable to do it, so I was unable to go anywhere else. Essentially, I spent a whole day without my car and spent gas money for no service. Hope the manager contacts me for some sort of reimbursement, but I m not counting on it.

Will never go here again. Brought truck in because brakes were very stiff and were hissing. A simple google search points you towards the brake booster. Paid $176 for brake diagnosis which they said they couldn t figure out the problem from that. $440 later they remove the master cylinder and inspect it. They said it s fine. Then they tell me the problem doesn t point them to the master cylinder but to the brake booster. They could not figure out the problem and suggested I go to another mechanic that previous worked on my truck or to the Ford dealership. Lady that wears glasses and works at the desk gave me a lot of attitude. HUGE WASTE of $700.

Got the $34 oil change deal. Amazing info & helpers from checking in to suggestions to tech crew & cost.My car was shaking due to oil light was on & very low oil. They got the job done. They gave me heads up about my dirty brake oil needs to be changed. MAHALO everyone for keeping my car safe & everyone else on the road. I made another appointment to change my brake oil & get my safety check.AIEA'S FIRESTONE COMPLETE AUTO CARE, CARES ABOUT KEEPING EVERYONE SAFE.

Had a bad tire so I needed new tires on short notice, so after finding out they had the tires I need I came in and after just a short wait they were working on my car! I was expecting to be waiting forever but I was in and out in a short time. The ladies and the counter were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be going back in the future.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced. When I walked into the store the manager did not acknowledge me being there just continued working on the computer. The lady finally spoke to me and printed my ticket. I ve worked for Firestone as a Service Manager myself and I know this is not how they conduct business. Also, my appointment was at 8 am so currently it s 850 and no one has even looked at my vehicle. I requested my keys 10 minutes ago so I could just leave and get it looked at somewhere else and I ve still yet to receive them. I will not continue doing business at this location. This location is definitely giving the Bridgestone/Firestone brand a bad name. I wish I could give this store a negative star ratingService: Tires

My Experience at Firestone in aiea was the best experience I ve Had. It was a last minute appointment for my tire change and I asked if I could squeeze in an oil change and ASHLEY fit me right in! The service was fast! I recommend you to come in and ask for Ashley :) she is very easy to work with and her customer service was so satisfying. Thank you so much Ashley!! I will be a returning customer for sure for future repairs.Services: Tires, Oil change

Came in for a car inspection and was out within 15 minutes. The only place I could find open and willing to do my inspection on a Sunday without an appointment.

Great quality service, I have been here twice and trust them. Only problem is, takes too long for oil change. Long wait for a part (oil filter) and not enough initiative to have a sense of urgency since people might be making plans based on time estimates, including picking up kids.

Horrible service when i called for a safety check appointment i asked if there was any appointments after 3 which i have doen before no problem. This year however the girl on the phone sounded disgusted that i couldnt come in any earlier due to work. So i tried my best to come in early. Still had to wait an hour did not leave the store at all. Girl at the register didnt bother to contact me or anything. Then when i asked about my car they said they tried calling when i showed them my phone log i got nothing they got upset at me. They then failed my safety inspection bc of a broken center light. There was a guy who came in and started yelling at me saying its my fault for not answering when i was literally in the store for an hour just for a failed safety check. There was no apology no nothing. I was very disappointed in how rude the employees were. Ended up going to Oil cgangers instead and repaid safety check fee to not have to deal with firestone again. Never again coming here for anything they were rude and mean. And on top of that the quote to change a break light was double in what i paid at oil changers. They were way more cooperative and able to help me out wish i could give 0 stars bc overall i was very unhappy with the service i recieved.

Master cylinder fails after 18months, 10k miles. Two points of contact, no one inform regarding their 12months/12k miles. Pure scam. Will never use their services ever again.

Appointments don't mean anything to them. I had two appointments, one for an alignment and one for a tire rotation. The alignment was their first time slot of the day. I arrived on time and they said it would be at least a couple hours because another vehicle was already on the alignment rack. Why would you schedule two at the same time, or put someone ahead of me when I have an appointment. I showed up later for the tire rotation and they said it would be a couple hours at least again because they'd have to fit me in. Why did I even bother to get an appointment if you're not going to be ready to service my vehicle at that time? On a positive note, they have friendly and attentive customer service. Avoid.

The company I work for takes the fleet vans there and I take my personal car there as well. Never a bad experience. It's a bit of a drive for me, but I trust them to do the job right.

Dishonest. Son took car in for alignment (lifetime), Firestone said they couldn't align because driver inner tie rod had "play." Had son bring car home for me to double check said tie rod, absolutely no "play" whatsoever. Called Firestone back to let them know my findings, said to bring it back the next day and they'll show me the "play" When I got there they wouldn't let me in the service area to show me, only for them come back and tell me it is actually the steering linkage that has "play." They wouldn't address my concern on them denying my son the alignment the previous day because of the "play" in the driver's side inner tie rod. I believe they weren't honest and therefore requested a refund on my lifetime alignment with them. Unfortunately, Google doesn't have anything lower than a one star.Service: Wheel alignment

This location is ok, they lack attention to detail and take forever to get the work done. I planned for it and spent time at Pearlridge eating and stuff and received a phonecall that they had more work to do and wouldn't be much longer so I went up there to wait for them to wrap it up. Well, when my car was finished I had to go up and inquire about it after I had sat for an additional hour and half with a busy 18month old. They laughed it off but it was totally inconsiderate of my time. If it wasn't for the convenient location I wouldn't go back tbh. Plus side is they do good work and other than that I haven't had any issues there. They're just slow.

One stars because the first lady I talked to was very nice throughout my entire experience. But a negative review because this is the second time in 2 1/2 years that I ve come to this location and I will not be coming back. I was 99% sure I had a leak, especially due to the fact that I had to put air in my tire three times within a week. The first lady I talked to had to get someone else to help me. The second lady I talk to talk to me as if I didn t know what I was talking about, and continue to question me like I didn t have a leak. And kept telling me that my gauge was going off because I overfilled my tire on accident after it first went down.Whether this is true or not, I knew that she was wrong about why I was there Bc your tire doesn t just go down from 50 to 32 overnight. She continued to say IF there was something wrong with it then they could check IF there happens to be something wrong with it then they would charge me as a flat (?) for a patch?? LolAnyway they didn t end up getting to my car by the end of the day, which is OK. But they also couldn t even air up my tire when it was parked right in the front. But today I took my car to discount tire, asked them to fill it for me,I also asked him to check for a leak, because I have had to fill up my tire a few times in the last week, he did it within five minutes. And sure enough there was a leak.Patched it, for free. I wouldn t recommend this firestone to anyone given my last two experiences. And also the fact that they think that their customers don t know what they re talking aboutService: Tires

Set online appointment for an oil change. Said they d call if appointment was not available or if appointment needed to be changed. No call so I went at 6pm. Online says open until 7, pulled up and was told they were closing and that online appointments don t show up in their system. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and it may not be all the shops fault but it s a Firestone issue the front receptionist tells me. Wasted gas and sat in traffic for a long time at 6pm as some may know. Fairly frustrated but shops on island are busy regardless of how they treat customers. Is what it is and should have called but Firestone shouldn t allow people to schedule online if their system doesn t work.

Terrible customer service. The girl at the front didnt look like she wanted to be there, Dropped my truck off 1200 for 4 new tires and alignment, said it will be done before closing. Didnt call me till 1 hour to closing trying to tell me they not gonna have time to finish till next morning. Got there closing time 6pm, to pick up my truck, havent even started it, on top of that the closing person didnt even open the door for me made me talk through a crack in the door. Not even apologizing or atleast explaining. Never again. If you want good service, Waipahu has the best crew.

Terrible customer service. Went for a re-inspection 3 times and was told each time that they dedicate someone from 9am to 3pm to inspections. Get there and they say it will be hours since I didn t schedule an appointment which they never said was needed. Talk to manager and he states that is how they do it you wait hours for inspection. They said they wouldn t get to it until 5pm which is past their allotted time for inspection. What type of business are you running Firestone!! This is ridiculous. Get better!

Got a diagnosis of ignition coil bad for #3 cylinder and was recommended all coils and spark plugs replaced as all coils tend to go bad, & picked 3 coils replaced and all spark plugs.Asked service rep if I got the coils myself would I get the same cost parts. Representative said no it would be almost exactly the same cost. Napa brought the parts and the price was $119.99 vs $91.7.I really don t see how the person did not lie if I weren t happy with the speed and that the job seems done well I d rate this at least 3* or lower lies are a bad thing IMHO.

Took my car in for their vehicle inspection, and it took them over two hours to do it, even though I came in on an appointment basis and not as a walk-in. I was sitting in the waiting room and saw that they finished with my car and parked it in the back of the parking lot and did nothing with it for over 30 minutes, at which point I asked for an update and THEN they realized they were done and rang me up. I saw people come in after me but leave before me - should that really happen when I came in on an appointment, was sitting in the lobby, and they were done with my car long before they finally rang me up?They then quoted me for $1400 work of work, which included quotes for parts that were all over twice as much as those parts would be available online, even considering shipping and handling. Sure -- I get that they guarantee the work and parts, but that just seems excessive. I asked the clerk about the high parts prices and she said it's because the quote for the parts include the install service - but isn't that why I would be paying for parts AND labor??Worse yet, they recommended I replace my rear brake shoes and brake drums, saying they were out of tolerance. However, I checked the brake shoes and drums myself and I still have plenty of wear still available on my brake shoes and my brake drums had over 1.5 mm of wear still available before needing replacement. I would consider that margin acceptable, especially since the drums are made of hardened steel and it wasn't like my shoes were grinding the drums down since the shoes still had plenty of pad left, too. Because of this, I wonder if they even really inspected the back brakes or instead just threw in the recommendation to replace them in order to try and get $500+ from me for work I didn't need. Will definitely not be going back. Be cautious.

Created appointment and was told via email the store would contact me if it could not fulfill the appointment. Upon going to the store I was told that they would call to confirm the appointment which contradicts the email. Also the tech does not understand that wheel is the proper term for what the tire goes on. Was told they don t understand what a wheel is and they stated it s called a rim. Unfortunately customer service seems to be a reoccurring issue at this store.
