The team at Eddie s auto repair are consistent and professional. Service is always thorough and prices are always fair. Garrick keeps me informed all along the way so that there are never surprises. My entire family has relied on Eddie s over the years with our vehicles, and we ve never been steered wrong! So fortunate to know such an honest team! Cant recommend enough.

After taking my daughters car to perform routine maintenance to another shop, to our surprise the car came back with a ton of issues!!! I cannot emphasize the quality workmanship of Eddies Auto shop. They took the time to evaluate and inspect the car thoroughly and provided justification for all the work they recommended. What is more impressive is that Eddie chooses to use genuine parts as oppose to cheaper options as it has proven to be more reliable. Despite all of this his prices are still much lower than going to a dealership. Again, I will never take my car to anyone else these guys are worth the wait!!!! Eddie's is a local, down home, honest business. Very fair prices, top notch service and likeable people. 100% satisfied. My go to place for all my automotive needs and concerns. OUTSTANDING SERVICEGarrett and Brad are by far, the most hardworking, honest and all around stand up guys in the industry.Fair price and premium quality work.I came to see them about an electrical issue I was having with my pos truck. (Referred by Scotty's Alignment) it took a long while which was understandable but they never gave up like other mechanic shops I know.They worked and worked around the clock to find the source of the problem and kept in constant contact with me.Overall, I am happy and grateful for their hard work.THANK YOU!I seriously recommend them over anyone and everyone else, even dealer mechanics.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

Brad and Garrick are the best! I originally found them based on their glowing Yelp reviews. It's a busy shop but they always take the time to explaine things and provide that personal service. Their prices are very reasonable and they'll never tell you that your vehicle needs unnecessary work.What you get at Eddies is honesty, integrity and quality work at a fair price! Garret and Brad did and excellent job of replacing AC system and also fixed a problem with the brakes that one of the major auto shops couldn't figure out. I have recently taken my other vehicle to them and they did and excellent job with steering problem too. Tested vehicle for two weeks after repair -Works great! AC nice and cold, and brakes work perfectly! Would recommend them to my VA and American Legion friends!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Air conditioning, Oil change

Garrick has been great!! Since we found him last year, we've been bringing out vehicles for more than a year. No gimmicks or frills (I just don't have time for nonsense!!) and I appreciate his candidness - he is not cheap but he is thorough and honest. Can beat that in this industry. I have an aging vehicle (my second one) and the truck wouldn't start. I told my son to call and see if he can take the truck - we suspected it was the starter (it was!). The service was very professional and at a very reasonable price. The first time I took my car in, I asked if they could do an inspection because I already had a lot of miles on my car. My old battery had made a mess so I asked them if they could clean it for me. They not only cleaned the battery acid but the entire engine as well!The next time I took my car in, when I explained that I also had a Doctor s appointment later that day, they let me bring my car in early so they could have it ready for me on time.I appreciate the excellent service and quality work that they do for their customers.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Garrick and Brad always provide first rate professional service. They can be trusted as they will not make or recommend unnecessary repairs. Repair rates are good and you will not overpay for your repairs. I ve used their professional service for over 14 years now and I ve never been disappointed with the repairs made on my three cars. Garrick always explained the work they ve done and if you want, they ll give you back the parts that was replaced. I trust Garrick and Brad repairing my cars and know that when I get my car back I m happy and satisfied including the repair bill. We re VERY satisfied with the repairs and maintenance on our vehicles. They use genuine parts from the dealership without the dealership price. They put so much pride in their workmanship and we trust their knowledge to keep our vehicle running in good condition. You know they love, what they do. Garrick the manager was able to diagnostic my engine problem over the phone. When I brought in the car he did a diagnostic check and it proved he was right. Although he was super busy he repaired the problem . A ignition coil that needed replacement . I was in and out within two hours. I plan to service my car with him after the holidays. This is my trusted go to place. It should be named Honest Eddie's Auto Repair!The 2 brother repair team Garrick & Brad are super nice, honest, up front guys. More importantly, excellant mechanics, who really care about their customers & our cars.Very friendly, professional, thorough, knowledgeable, & more. All that you would hope for in someone who is taking care of something that takes care of you on a daily basis.The cherry on top is that they give you top quality work & customer service at a wallet friendly, honest price!They are also patiently determined. There are many shops that won't take older vehicles. My "baby" is a 94 SR5 (manual trans) 4Runner. Not so easy to find OE parts for it. My 1st visit, last year, Garrick worked really hard hunting for a speedometer/odometer (& another related part) to replace my broken one. He managed to find a nice brand new one. I still remember his face when he gave me the news! It was priceless & gave me much joy!Depite staying mostly home using delivery & doing curbside pick ups w/my honey's car this past pandemic year, (being a double at risk person) Car Registration & Safety Check forced me out. This last repair was for a bad idlerarm the tire mechanic @ Costco warned me about. The next appointment I am about to make is to replace the axle & shocks.Following that, will be to address a small oil leak before it can become something worse. That one will need time as Garrick will need to fabricate new hoses for what are now obsolete ones.I have total faith in, & appreciation for him. His determination to do a really great job in caring for my baby has been such a blessing & has quelled so much of my anxiety for the health of my car , & our safety when driving it.Even though telling everyone about how awesome these brothers are could make them even busier & possibly harder for me to get an appointment, LOL. It has to be said. They deserve the the lauds & accolades. I am a forever fan & patron!** Just a note... This review is from a month ago. I know I posted it, but just noticed today (as I took my 4Runner in for the next job, Axel & Shocks) that the review wasn't showing in my profile/reviews page. Eddie s Auto Repair is a reputable business. I was looking for a trustworthy car service and read all the great reviews on Yelp about this place and I can say these guys are trustworthy. Garrick and his brother Brad are a great team that gets the work your car needs and does it well. Garrick is easy to work with, flexible and patient with all my questions about my Kia Sportage. Very generous too as he repaired my left signal blinker and waived the labor. Been coming here for over a year now.I ve also had my Son bring his 2005 Honda CRV to Eddie s and they have kept it running well. Eddie s has really kept this 2005 CRV running with all the maintenance repairs needed for an old car. Suspension issues with bushings, AC repair that runs great and was done just in time for the summer heat wave. Changed serpentine belt and repaired the tensioners that were worn down. Most recently an electrical wiring of the license light in the back bumper that was missing after some body work was done. It needed to be replaced so my son could get his safety check. They don t take short cuts and I trust their integrity to get the job done right. Very generous too as they only charged for parts for replacing the wiring for the back light and safety check. My boss found Eddies Auto Repair on the internet. He Raved about the repair that was done to his truck. My Honda van was in need of repair, so I was anxious to try them out! In the past, I ve only gone to the car dealership for services . I had my car repaired at Eddie sAuto Repair and I m so happy with the result!!!! They checked out my power steering fluid leak. They explained what the problem was. Gave me options on what services were available and the cost ! Most importantly I feel I can trust that they are looking out for my best interest! Been with them over 15 years and will continue to be with them. Anyone who asks me about a mechanic, I will always recommend speaking with Garrick and Brad. Being a female we have a unique way of describing what we hear or feel with our vehicle, like a sound or how it drives etc .. it amazes me how instantaneously Garrick would figure out what it is and get it fixed, so thank you for not ever making me feel like I don't know what I'm talking about. This is my 2nd time going to Ed s Garage and like the 1st time service was really great and satisfying. Garrick provided me information on a tow company (as my CRV had starter issue) they work with and the next morning I was at the garage with my CRV towed. Garrick greet me and went over on the problem. He called me several hours later to let me know my CRV is ready for pick up. Sigh of relief I would recommend them to family and friends. I found out the next day my neighbor also takes his vehicles to Ed s garage..what a small world.Service: Engine repair

Trusting your mechanic with yours and your family s safety is Priceless!!! Mahalo Eddie s Auto Was driving home from work and my engine just all of a sudden drove differently. I called Garrick & explained how I felt my car was shaking when accelerating and that it happened while driving. He right away asked if I could bring the car over, because I shouldn t be driving if it wasn t safe to. Did a diagnostic and found the problem right away. Luckily it was an easy fix for him and I drove away within an hour!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Well, at Eddie's, you find both.A family owned business started by their father, the Tengan brothers carry on their dad's legacy of great service and quality work. I've been taking my truck here for many years and have never had an issue with their work.Need your auto fixed right, go to Eddie's. They'll take care of you.

These guys are amazing. They treat you like family. They are honest about pricing and scope of work before they do anything. They work with you. I have never felt like they were there just to make money by adding on items to build up your bill. Worked performed as agreed upon, no unnecessary add-on work. If any other work needs to be done, they will let you know but no pressure. In my case there was other work that needed, I was glad he pointed out this, because leaking of power steering pump was not clearly apparent. But replacing A/C compressor (brought in car for this work) this was discovered. And the drivers side cooling fan was broken. Was made aware of these 2 problems, I work on cars so I can take care of these 2 items. Appreciate the info they passed on to me. Recommend these guys 100%. Also, their labor hourly rates are posted in the office. So you won't get surprised when you get the bill.Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Very Professional! Fast and reliable. Prices are very affordable. Explains in detail whats wrong and what he will do to fix it. Anytime anything goes wrong with my older and very high miles 2000 Honda Accord he is there to take it in. Fixes the problem and makes me and my wife feel very safe with driving this car. Staff is great and he is our mechanic to go to from now on.

Always a positive experience when getting work done on my Tacoma at Eddies. Great explanation of what needs to be done and priority it needs to be completed. We took our car to two other mechanics, who both had it two days and both charged a pile of coin. Neither really fixed the problem we were chasing. Eddie's had it for 5 hours, charged a very good price, and nailed it! Garrick was our technician. We'll be bringing it back to him if anything needs fixing in the future!

I had my car towed to Eddie s the other day because it wouldn t start, but I failed to get the information from the company. Before I even knew where are my car and my keys were, Garrick and their shop had already figured out what was wrong and had a plan to fix it. Fixed it same day at that!
