Best auto repair service I've experienced in a long time. Office staff did an awesome job, set up towing, kept me informed throughout the process. Vehicle went in on a Friday and completely repaired and washed for pickup the following Friday, awesome company! They had to replace tire rod, headlight, fog light, side panel, bumper front, adjust driver door, alignment and wow, looks like accident never happened!! We will definitely make this our go to shop for sure. Kudos on a job well done!! It took four months for them to fix a 1 day job. I received multiple confirmation calls for the parts and agreed every time. Then they canceled the order. I asked them why and they gave me a bad excuse. They finally ordered the parts after that. When they actually did the job it was quick and looks fantastic. The actual repair team is fantastic. Come down to see Jolynn and the girls in the office they always do an outstanding job on helping me get my car fixed and back on the road. I love the customer service and always have the best experience when dealing with Dad's auto body shop. The quality of work is Top-notch, also the color match on my vehicle was outstanding. The turnaround time of getting my car back was very quick. I would never go anywhere else.Thanks guys.

I expected to be able to ask questions about the work performed and when I did I was laughed at and then referred to discuss my questions with Geico. The staff are great. The owner didn't like questions and the work was ok, not great.

I brought my jeep in some time ago to get the air conditioning looked at when it stopped running as it should and stayed on full blast only. I also mentioned I recharged the AC every two weeks and the shop commented on how expensive that must be for me. When they called with the quote to repair the AC, I told them I couldn t afford it but thanked them for looking at it and said I d come to pay for the diagnostic and live with the AC. I don t know what miracle they did to it, but the AC hasn t leaked since. Not once. When I looked to see what they d done they hadn t charged me for anything. Just the diagnostic and one more recharge. This shop is full of caring, kind, and professional people. I am so grateful for whatever it was they did that fixed the leak. It has saved me so much money! 10/10 would recommend. Now I just need to get my Corolla bumper fixed by them!Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

Awesome service. Fast and easy drop off, they arranged rental agency to pick me up. Good communication with text updates to tell me what's going on. Easy pick up after done with a clean car and shined wheels. Awesome!

Great customer service to go along with great workmanship. Just had my Expedition fender, hood and bumber replaced and painted. I cant even tell the difference. Very happy customer.

DADS is awesome! Did body work on our car via Geico. They work closely with Geico so the whole experience was easy! The day I dropped off the car DADS had coordinated with Enterprise to drop me off a rental car. DADS kept me in the loop the whole time they had the car. They painted the door and replaced the window and even got the window tinted. It was just like how I dropped it off minus the damage. Mahalo Nui Loa DADS!

I took my car here for an estimate after having damage to the front bumper. The girl who talked to me was very rude and showed me part of the headlight which she said she doubted happened with the same incident..I told her I hit a stray dog which she also doubted until I showed her dog fur on the bumper. She was not professional and didn't treat me nice which the least you should expect. I called my insurance co. and told them I would not spend my money there and went somewhere else.

This shop is the "BEST"! Great office staff, (Chelsea & Chauncy) body repairs to my damaged toyota tacoma was professionally done. I am very pleased and highly recommend this shop.
