They made my car look brand new after it was vandalized and I mean brand new. The paint looks perfect. they completely cleaned the inside of the vehicle even tho that wasn t part of the vandalism, sent me texts twice every week, and the customer service was great. :)

Parts took two weeks to come in from when I was given an estimate. They called me as soon as the parts came in to schedule an appointment to drop off my car. Enterprise picked me up and gave me a rental car, everything went smoothly. I left my car with them for 2 days and they were able to replace the bumper and tail-light. They even cleaned the outside and inside. Also gave me post-care instructions. Very satisfied.

While they were nice enough to get our vehicle in for minor body work for a quick turnaround time; there were definitely some issues along the way. First, we kept getting notifications from our vehicle while it was at Central that the battery was at a critically low point. After about the 4th email, we called Central to find out if maybe a light was left on in our car while work was being done and was told that they would charge our battery free of charge before we picked it up. Unfortunately when we picked the car up, the radio no longer turned on due to the battery drain. While this is minor, the bigger issue at hand is the fact that the body work Central performed was done haphazardly as you'll see pictured. They completely misplaced the letters of our vehicle on the trunk despite the fact that they took TONS of pictures when we dropped our vehicle off. It is evident that the lettering should NOT be placed on the bottom edge of the trunk. When asked to rectify it we were told we'd have to wait for additional parts to place the letters in the correct place. We were turning the car in to the dealership that day so we couldn't waste anymore time getting additional work done on something that was supposed to be done correctly the first time. SO disappointing.

Be careful for extortion! Customer service and payment issue. My car was done from the body shop from 2022 through insurance. I got the final bill and I was explained why I owed X amount of money, because USAA gave me the money to give to them. I paid what they asked. Almost a whole year later I get a call saying I owe more money, and all I asked for was documentation why I owed that money, (anyone would want to know why money is owed before they pay) but instead of explaining to me how, Jody goes back and forth with me for an hour before getting to the point of how it's shown I owe. And still didn't bother to try and break down everything to show how I owe that exact amount. I have to go on my own and see how part of it makes no sense. She belittled me, called my commanding officer after the fact that we agreed I would come in to go over the documentation on a specific date and threatened to send me to collections before explaining how money was owed. And every time I asked her specific questions she kept changing her story, how was I supposed to believe I owed X amount if she can't keep her stories straight. I still don't understand how I had to pay that much, and will be taking matters into my own hands to make sure this gets corrected. Be careful with who you deal with, if you need help understanding payment that's needed because it doesn't seem right, request for anyone that's not Jody, she will unreasonably extort you, because all she cares about is the money.Service: Body & Trim

Have brought our vehicles here a few times for minor repairs and paint work. They have never disappointed us with there work our customer service. Very easy to work with and they keep you informed of the status of your vehicle. I will continue to come here in the future for any repairs we might need.

I would not return.Had a claim through GEICO. Booking process was straightforward and the actual panels painted look good (I'm not pro though, just looking at them from a distance), but they scratched the back, bent the metal inside fuel door which is rusting now, forgot to put in some grommets, and had a small water leak. I had Toyota look into the leak and they found missing clips too.They offered to fix the scratch and I'm sure they would probably offer to fix the fuel door but I don't trust them and would rather take it somewhere else.

I don t know Why is BMW dealership of Honolulu can recommend the Central Body&Paint my car was staying at them Garage for Two months to get fixed finally I got a call from them and they said: Sergey your car is fixed and ready for pick up I came there and I was shocked the hood cover did not fit snugly, the headlights were not set evenly, there were huge gaps everywhere .., I said that I did not agree with such work and left the car for another day for rework. The next day I came to pick up my car and Yes, they fixed everything and put it right. Arriving home, I found that the touch lock on the driver's door handle does not work. I call them again and arrive at the central body, as it turned out, they forgot to connect this sensor. fixed within an hour. One week later, my car informed me that the windshield washer reservoir was low. I start pouring fluid and it pours out at the bottom of the car. I m calling again, I m coming again, they fixed it again ... .. today exactly a week has passed and again my car notifies me that the windshield washer fluid has run out ... I m trying to understand ... why it ended so quickly ... I fill it up again and the liquid drips down again ... tomorrow I ll go there again this is the last straw of my patience and I decided to write a review for them I will never return to this service again this is terrible

Thank you for excellent customer service the entire time our car has been there. From the moment I dropped it off, the shuttle driver, the updates, phone calls & timeliness of the repairs has gone beyond my expectations. Jena, Amanda & Bobbie and the entire team at Central Body and Paint were professional and excellent at their job. I would definitely recommend their business for repairs.Service: Body & Trim

The work was done in a reasonable amount if time. The paint job and body work was excellent. The office staff, estimator and driver were all very nice, professional and courteous. ( The driver of the shop drove me home after dropping off my car and also followed me home with my car that was repaired. I was really happy with this service.) I would strongly recommend this company for any future paint and body work to anyone else.

Central Body & Paint exceeded my expectations!!! My brand new Jeep was damaged during shipping to Oahu and after doing some research, they were highly recommended. The ladies in the administrative office are amazing! They were very professional, welcoming, and kept meinformed with the status of my vehicle. Jr did the surveying of my vehicle and he was very thorough and made me feel at ease with their services. I am blessed that my husband is here and we have two cars, but if you don t have a secondary vehicle, Central Body & Paint has car rental services while your vehicle is being repaired. I was notified promptly when my vehicle repairs were completed and I am BEYOND satisfied with the results! You would never know that my Jeep was damaged, the color match with the new panels are PERFECT. My Jeep was given back to me in better condition than I dropped it off!!!! I am so glad that I had my Jeep repaired at Central Body & Paint, I highly recommend their services!

I think they may overbook themselves. They did good work, but a 12 day job turned into a 60 day job. When I called for an update, no need time frame was given, just told more parts needed to be ordered. I understand they can't see everything so they get 3 stars. Taking 60 days was a bit excessive and they should have done a better job of communicating. Friendly service up front.

Central Body did an excellent job on my vehicle.They very efficient & kept me updated throughout the week with updates of my vehicle.Very friendly ladies in the office and such excellent customer service.I was very pleased when I picked up my vehicle, looking like brand new.I definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.Service: Painting

Beyond happy with my experience here! As a customer of Geico I was able to take my car in for the estimate, schedule my rental car, and schedule to bring my car in for repair. I even had to reschedule for a week later at short notice and they were able to fit me in. Upon dropping off my vehicle our rental car was there and ready to go. All the ladies in the office are super nice and helpful as well. They did a flawless job on the repair and I would recommend them to anyone!!

Second time having a vehicle repaired. based on the quality of work I'd give five stars. They are really thorough and both repairs were seamless with the existing paint. The communication and status of the repair work was lacking though with me having to call and check on how things were going and when changes happened to the extent of the work or how long it would take there was no attempt made to let me know about it until I called and asked specifically for that information.

Great experience at this shop. From the initial inspection until final pickup the process was seamless. Having Enterprise Rent A Car on site was a plus as well. I would definitely recommend them to friends.

Central did a great job on my brand new car that was rear ended. Quality work done in good time. They provided me with a rental car on site. I couldn't attach photos but the paint work looked soo good.

Friendly people but they lack attention to detail and timeliness in completing estimates. It took a week to get in, 2 weeks and several calls to get an inaccurate estimate. It s been two more weeks waiting for them to provide an accurate quote.... needles to say I went with another shop who gave me a detailed and accurate estimate and scheduled the repair in 2 days.

2014 BMW 428i hit in back left just forward of wheel well with suspension damage. They did a PHENOMENAL job with the body work, matched the paint perfectly and it drives like new. Highly, highly recommend. Bobbie Soares kept me updated on the progress every other day or so and she was extremely nice and helpful. Would rate 6 stars if I could.

Rory and the team at Central Auto Body are the experts on the island. We've had our Porsche Boxster repaired there twice (oops) and the professionalism and quality of service are unbeatable. Highly recommend this place!

Only does work on manufacturer oem parts, no aftermarket or fiberglass parts permitted to be worked on no matter how simple the work.
