I love this place. Prompt, professional service. Knowledgeable, experienced staff. The owner helped me with options for replacing my system without trying to upsell me. Prices are better than anything I found online, and installation is free when you buy from them. He also installed a backup camera for no charge. Highly recommend.

Purchased a sub and had it installed in a little over an hour. Definitely will be back for future upgrades. Reasonable prices, cool staff, and quick installation. 5 stars

I have a 2021 vw with a terrible stock audio system I called the guys over here they did a complete change out and WOW! sounds amazing perfectly tuned professionally installed. Thank you again guys.

Heard about this place on The Champ and had to check them out. This place is the bomb! Steve and all the guys their went above and beyond to fix my car. Had a Viper alarm installed by another shop and it never worked right. The other shop would not take care of me but these guys did and quick! My granddaughter just chilled while we waited. Fast, friendly people, huge inventory and reasonable prices. Don't go anywhere else. Much Mahalo s guys!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I bought a system here a 6 months ago. Recently my speakers were stolen and needed a quote for insurance purposes. The owner said he doesn t do quotes. I asked if I could take a picture and he stated he usually doesn t allow pictures but he said I could. When I went home I realized I took a picture of the incorrect picture. I went in the next day and told him I took a picture of the wrong speaker and I could take a picture of the correct one. Well once I accidentally took a picture of another wrong speaker. This upset the owner and he stated I know what you re doing accusing me of shady business. I informed him that I m not familiar with speakers and he accused of being familiar and stated that I knew I took a picture of the wrong speaker. I once again stated I m not familiar and deleted the wrong pictures. He then stated me no more pictures that I could just buy a new speaker and wait for the insurance reimbursement. I informed there s a chance my insurance might not reimburse without a quote or a picture. He then stated that is not my problem and told me to leave to which I politely left even though he was unhelpful. Once again terrible customer service.

awesome customer service! they go above and beyond..canvassed different places for prices and they have the best prices..I had an issue with the apple play on my stereo and they just replaced it with a higher model since the one i bought from them a few months ago was out of stock. Thank you!

Recommend this place if you don t want to spend a fortune on getting a new audio or back up camera. Before going here I did a couple research and compared prices with other places and this place had good price and customer service. Also they were quick to get me in without no appointment. Definitely will do business with them again. Really helpful and straight to the point.

Went to this shop recently to get an alarm installed. I ended up getting the viper 5706v and the guy who helped me (Joe) threw in a db3 for free. He was very knowledgeable of the products he sells and answered all questions I had. Would definitely go back to this shop again and I highly recommend it.

I bought and aftermarket android stereo from Amazon to this shop and they installed it for me at a great price and works wonders ...Bigg THANKS to the STAFF & INSTALLERS..Great job will be back to complete my whole car speakers systems...Bigg Rob LyauFromPlywood Hawaii.

most audio places charge 50 or 60% more then you can get online. These guys have great deals though. There not as greedy as most places and instalation is the right price if you bring your own equipment. Bought 3 subs 1 amp and 6x9's from them so far. Will always go to them. Solid shop.

If I could I would give these guys 1000 stars. They did a awesome and professional job in rewiring 2 amps and a cap in my car, because when I tried to do it myself I became frustrated and made a big confusing mess . They helped me alot and saved me a headache. They were fast and finished my car in 4 hours. I'm happy and satisfied and it was worth paying for. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to get a sound system installation or car alarm, I bet they do a awesome job with car alarms too. Thanks Car stereo Express

So yesterday i went to put on a new radio to my car, but they riped me of, because they damaged my speakers so i could buy one from them, plus they blame me say that there radio was cheap and they leaved the air bag light's on . If i were you l would not come here. l will never ever recommend this placehere and I'm really mad with the owner.

Super fast and simple, just what I needed. Didn't know what to expect at first, not gonna lie was worried but I'm glad I decided to trust them. Got my car back around an hour since I left the store. Reasonable price... Owner and Installer Willy is awesome! Love my new sounds. Thanks guys!!!

Amazing! Very professional and helpful! Cheap but great quality! Full installation is usually done within hour and a half. They will not try to cheat you out of your money. Very satisfied customer. I come here every time I need something.

These guys are the real deal! They just did my Silverado full sounds system and let me tell you I went in knowing I wanted the high quality speakers for my doors and amplifier so he hooked me up with Rockford power series and then they helped me install my 4 8 inch subwoofers in my custom box underneath my seat. The quality of their work won t disappoint and also they have the best customer service which I appreciate. Thank you again car stereo express I ll be looking to do business with you guys in the near future.

These guys are a one stop shop for your audio needs. Had my imported car from Japan get a alarm and stereo set up for alot cheaper then anyone else.Customer service and installation was top of the line.Im a hard person to convince and I left a happy and satisfied customer

I have had great experiences with these guys. They installed my 5 channel amplifier, speakers, sound processor and subwoofer with no issues. All the wires were hidden and the installation was very professional. If I have any questions or any problems, they are very quick to help me out. Thanks guys!

4 stars because the owner is honest and candid about his products. will direct you towards a cheaper model if it works better than shinier more expensive equipment...flat out.Doesn't get 5 stars because he doesn't honor his own 1 year warranty, you will need to go through the manufacturer for the warranty, which can be a huge pain off island...His installers are precise, they did not cut, scrape, or crack any of the trim or molding... some of his installers have been with the store for 10 years +, maybe the most experienced installers on the island.High sticker pricing, dont fall for the neon stickers...but the owner loves to negotiate... this is a plus.

I needed a CD-Receiver replacement for my wife's 2005 Mini Cooper. The new unit was installed SAME DAY in a little over 2 hours. All the necessary parts were in stock. OUTSTANDING!

Best experience at a stereo shop! Steve the owner beat all the other stereo shops prices by hundreds of dollars and did a great job installing my double din dvd player with reverse camera. If your looking for a great shop to buy car stereo stuffs this the place you gotta go! AWESOME JOB AND GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!

They mark up the prices of their products usually between $30-50 and try to tell you they are on sale, even if you try to show them the MSRP on the manufacturer's website they will tell you the website is wrong. But they are knowledgeable on the products they sell

Been going here for years. If they can help you they will and pretty quickly. Some people say they are expensive BUT a lot of the prices are installed. If you were to figure in the parts and stuff, and subtract the installation pains, it's WORTH it!

Had a great experience buying my husband a new sound system. I was worried that I was gonna get taken advantage of but they sold me what he needed instead of some over priced system he didn't need! Would definitely recommend them!

First of all they cracked my dash in mutliple spots. Then super glued it horribly to cover it up. And acted like it was normal. Left the wire scraps and "extra screws" from my dashboard on the floor, didnt clean or wipe down anything. And when i confronted them about my missing floor mat. And claimed i didnt have one. Sure enough they come out with it. Very unprofessional. Went back the next day. Replaced my dash.

I go to these guys all the time. Very professional, friendly. I bought a reverse camera w/touchscreen display. Just came back to buy a viper alarm. Highly recommend this place.

I had a small issue with my radio I had previously purchased from them a few months ago and with simply bringing in a photo of my receipt along with my car of course, they were able to solve it within minutes, all while the owner I believe, was helping answer a few questions I had about the system and its capability for upgrade.
