I never fudge on my reviews... This place has been a God send for us! I have zero complaints nothing but good things to say. There's now 2 laundry rooms. It's peaceful and quiet. There's no playground or public bath houses but if you need a place to live for a few months you'll thank me if you come here! The management team are incredible and respond so quickly to any concern!I love it here.They do long term rentals and have sewer hookups at every sight as well as plugs for 15 amp, 30 amp, and 50 amp.Mostly adults but there are a few kids.

Nice place.. . I've been here a couple of months now, and laundry had been out of order 50% of the time I've tried to use it, so I have to drive 12 miles to laundromat.They have added a lot of spaces since we moved in here. They are almost full. Rates are good. I like living here but there are always going to be people that stretch the rules. They did add a new laundry room with the expansion, although I still drive to a laundromat because I like not having to wait on machines. The only shopping nearby is the Dollar General so after doing laundry I do my grocery shopping and get gas in Barnesville which is about 12 miles away.

This is the best RV I have stayed at. It has 2 fishing ponds, pull through slots, plenty of room for parking , a Dollar General store beside the RV park and offers the best rates in all of Georgia.

This is a great family oriented rv park. Fun for a weekend getaway or to call home for a short time, like I did.

Stayed there a while back. Peaceful for the most part. Owners are reasonable. If you stay there over a month, you may want to maintain your own yard. If it rains a lot, some of the lots get rutted, but they repair them with time. Laundry room is small and usually busy (closed at night). Don t depend on it as your only source if you have multiple loads weekly.

A hiden gem. Clean and quiet. Beautiful over look of farm and lakes. Perfect get away from the busy life.

If you're looking for a campground with lots of amenities, this not it. But if you're looking for beautiful scenery and peace and quiet, along with friendly people, then spend some time here.
