I had a camper window break , wind blew the door open. We called Novus, had to wait a couple of weeks. Fantastic job on replacement! Get n and out swiftly, and they listen to your concerns.Now to that. My Clayton home had a uva window, that the inside of look like I clean with brick. Long story short. Got them to give me estimated on the window. Insurance company from Clayton homes---- declining my window--- of course. Novus wrote him a letter about window. Telling him ....the issue!!! After a week of Insurance playing around with me, This is factory screwup! So they installed my new window today! I love it and thank ya!Good people.

After a horrible experience with a big box company, I called Novus Glass. Eddie (the owner) spent almost an hour on the phone with me going over every question I had and honestly, I have never experienced this level of amazing customer service in my life. If you are not sure what to do and you want the job done right, do yourself a favor and call Eddie. Derek was my installer and he was incredible as well. He didn t just rush through the job to get to the next one as fast as possible, you could see that he was taking the time to make sure it was right. It was my pleasure interacting with this company and I could not speak highly enough of them. Thank you!

Not only was the technician professional and courteous but he was the owner of the company. This is the best windshield replacement experience we have ever had. I would like to let Eddie know that after using his company, I'd throw rocks at anyone else. Novus Glass had some of the best costumer service I have ever received. From the person I scheduled with to my repairman! Everyone was very kind and accommodating. Timothy was amazing! He was very nice and professional. He did a wonderful job. My new windshield looks great. I will use Novus Glass again if needed. Eddie and his crew are top notch! This is the only glass company I would refer to anyone. I have called in them to replace many windshields, business (fleet) and personal. They just replaced a windshield in my Dad's '73 F100 and did a fabulous job.They are experienced and they have amazing personalities. Awesome experience from the beginning. I spoke with Rochelle and told her what I needed and she was great, she took time with me to make sure the chip could be repaired and even gave me a quote on the windshield, she was so professional and pleasant to speak with. The repair was wonderful Eddie called and said he was on the way and would arrive in 20-25 minutes and 20- minutes later he was in my driveway treating my mustang like a newborn baby and repairing the chip in the windshield. The repair was $75.00 I would have paid triple that, it s refreshing to deal with a company that puts the customer first with a smile on their face and cheerfulness in their voice. Robbie Stevens. This is my second time using Novus Glass. I requested them from my insurance company again (both times due to rocks hitting my windshield on the highway) because of their fantastic service the first time! They came directly to my home and replaced my windshield, this is a big deal for a mom of little ones. They made the whole process easy, simple and fast! Eddie and his team did an AMAZING job on our glass shower in our master bathroom. It s a large bathroom and the custom fit made a huge difference in making it look complete. They took their time installing it to make sure all items fit the way they should, were even and looked their best. I m so happy with them that I am getting them to install shower doors in my 2 other bathrooms!Services: Installation, Glass installation

Derek came to install a new windshield on my car and I was outside painting trim. We got to talking while we worked. He was quick and stayed on task, but he was great to visit with and I could tell how much he respected his family. Y'all have a great business and a strong team. My windshield didn't need that ugly tape like the last time I got it replaced and it looks perfect! I wish your family and business all the success in the world. Merry Christmas!

Novus Glass came to my house to replace the windshield on my truck. The installer called me to confirm my address and to advise me of what time he would arrive. The installer arrived on time. As far as first appearance goes, it means a lot when people come to your house. The company vehicle was clean, the installer was attentive and did not drive on my grass. The installer was dressed well, spoke well and had a professional presence. He advised me of everything he would do prior to starting his work. The inside of his truck was well organized and his tools were clean. I am very particular with my vehicles and I did not have to say a word while I watched him work. He was very detailed and cautious with his movements and used cloth padding to cover my truck. He cleaned up after himself and gave me follow up instructions of when I could drive and wash my truck. I am a really picky person about my things and I was very impressed by this young mans mannerisms and professional attitude. I highly recommend Novus Glass and the installer ( Derek ) they sent to my house.

I highly recommend Novu glass company to anyone in need of glass repair of any sort! I will give them a 10 in all areas , professional, excellence quality, on time, amazing value!!Mr. Eddie is awesome, his years of experience speaks loudly in his work! He replaced a 6ft X 6ft window in my home quickly & professionally! He and his son were so friendly, I referred to them as my brothers! :)I am truly grateful for the service they did! I was so stressed out because others claimed they could do the job but they failed. Trust me, if Mr. Eddie says he can do it, by all means trust him!! *1st visit - I needed a fix for rock hitting my windshield .. small ding, but I didn't want it to grow and become a major issue. I these guys are GREAT!! They were actually on time and very professional. They were fast and efficient. Seriously, I shopped around before making my appointment with this company - no contest - price or service wise. You actually get to speak to a person when you call. Safelight wasn't even taking calls - all you get is a recording telling you to make an appointment online or on the app (estimate was 25% more by the way)... US Glass did not return my call like the recording said they would - they emailed me that they couldn't replace my windshield due to the make/model of my vehicle - that I would need to take it back to the dealer ( I didn't tell them I needed a replacement in the message I had to leave- I told them I needed a fix) ... I called NOVUS and a real person answered the phone. I told them what I needed and she set me right up with an appointment. VERY friendly professional people that believe in customer service. Side note - the actual owner of the franchise was the one who came out and did the work and took the time to explain what he was doing and even gave me a little of the company history .(how often does that actually happen?) Thanks Eddie :) I will definitely recommend this company to others in need of this service.*2nd visit (repeat customer) Repeat customer. Timothy replaced my windshield on 04/15/21. Service was outstanding!! He was very professional and willing to answer any questions that I had about the replacement. He did such a good job that when I went to my dealership to re-calibrate the systems, they told me that it was good that apparently the guy who replaced the windshield had put the camera's back perfectly!! (they only allow 1mm margin before you have to re-calibrate) Not saying he can do that every time but he did it with mine :) ..Very efficient!. Did not take as long as I thought it would (of course you do have to wait for an hour to drive after installation - but I was able to do that comfortably in my home. Novus Glass was recommended to repair my windshield after a rock struck it. An appointment was set up and they were not only on time they called and were able to arrive a little earlier. Derek was very professional and efficient and didn t mind answering all my questions. The work comes with a lifetime guarantee as long as you own the vehicle. I would highly recommend Novus Glass for all your glass repairs.

They came to me, as I was visiting from out of town, ON SATURDAY, 90+ degrees; he was courteous and professional. Over what felt like 2+ hours, he cleared out the glass and prepped my vehicle for the weekend. He quoted me a price Saturday & replacement glass arrived on Monday as he said. I went to the shop to have it installed. He had it installed and sealed and ready to go for a low (my opinion) price in less than an hour. Had a rock kick up and put a nice crack in my windshield. Novus Glass ordered a new windshield and came out to my workplace to replace the glass for me. Great experience with this company. First contact with Rochelle was very friendly. Appointment scheduled in timely manner. Follow up call before appointment to verify time and place. Came to my place of work. Very kind, friendly. Mr Eddie and Carlos greeted me, handled introduction, info of what was to be done. Very well satisfied with the full experience of this company.

Rochelle was very helpful, quoting me the cost (cheaper than competitors near here!) and setting up the appointment. The morning of the appointment the installer (Timothy) called to advise their suppliers hadn't delivered my window in time, but nevertheless he wanted to assure me he was still coming, and would do the cleanup and preparation, and install cling-wrap over the gap (It's the lift-gate glass back of my van). He called on the way to tell me what time he would arrive. He pulled out every little bit of the old window glass even pulling panels off to make sure he got it all! The cling-wrap is clear and tough and will do fine until the proper glass arrives in a day or two! Thanks Rochelle, thanks Timothy and thanks NOVUS!

I had a crack in my windshield. The insurance company gave my wife two window replacement companies to choose from. After reading the online reviews of both companies, she chose Novus. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. After replacing the window, they were even kind enough to come back to install some new trim work around the window since the old trim had dry rotted. This is a family run company that takes their business and good name very seriously.

Only person who could do mobile repair on the same day! Prompt response and friendly service. We had a side window break and they worked to take seats out of the car and vacuum up the glass before placing the new window. Eddie was professional, kind, and did what he said he'd do when he said he'd do it. Would definitely recommend and use again!

I had them put a windshield in my truck several years back. They came to my job and did the job in about 30 minutes. These guys are the best. And the cost wasn't bad as I expected. If I could rate this 10 stars, I'd give them an 11.

This is the second time in less than a month that Novus Glass has been to our home to replace or repair a windshield in one of our vehicles. I have to say that the service the family from Wrens has to be one of the most friendly and accomplished businesses I have ever had the pleasure of working with; not only are they very professional and good at what they do, they are really outstanding folks to meet and talk with. They always seem to care that the job is done right and go out of their way to make sure the customer is totally satisfied. Thank you for a jobs well done.

What a nice gentleman that performed our "windshield surgery" today :) He let us know when he was ready to take the shield out so that my kids could watch! The company itself called me literally within minutes of hanging up with my insurance company to schedule, and were able to come to my home right away for the service! The job took a very short amount of time to finish, and with a friendly smile! Never had to have this done before, this was such a convenient option! Thank you! Would absolutely use them again and refer here.

These guys are VOLUMES better than Safelite AutoGlass, do yourself a favor and use Novus!Safelight damaged my front windshield by being too rough installing the back windshield. When I asked them to replace my front windshield free of charge, they acted like a child and said they didn't have proof that wasn't there. I showed pictures, and they STILL didn't own up to busting my windshield!!! Crooks & liars & my attorney's fee is 450$ so I just paid NOVUS out of pocket. Eddie and Derek came out to repair my window from a break in. They were able to fit me in quickly and did a phenomenal job, they were even able to match the factory tint. All said and done it was the best window replacement I ve had and will definitely be calling them the next time I need glass repairs or replacements.
