I showed up to schedule a specific set of tires to be installed, and they offered to do it then. Friendly manager said it would take about and hour, and 40 minutes later it was done and done right. Excellent service.

I was there for oil change and tire rotation, they did the oil change and told me everything was done I asked about the tire rotation and they said they are not sure whether it was done.only to realize it wasn t done, I had to wait for 1hr 30min for tire rotation and the excuse was they had other people ahead of me, terrible service !!

Called to reschedule an appointment the person on the call said hold up didn t speak for 5 minutes and then hangs up the call. If you don t like your job why are you working it?

I drop my car off for tire replacement and went shopping. After 45 min. My car is still outside waiting to go in. A customer walks in and says he has a hole in his tire and they put his car before mine

An hour and a half to close. One car being worked on.Me: Can I get an oil change? Tech: No. (followed by a weak excuse)I don t know why Walmart corporate even bothers having auto centers. They should close all of them. I ve had this happen often at several different ones.

Ian was phenomenal! I had to get a new battery. And I am so pleased with the customer service! The manager was outstanding. This location is clean and organized. I will return!!!

I got an oil change. It was pretty quick, but they didn't do the vacuum like described on their sign.

So I arrived at 4 they web site says that they close at 6. The man at the service desk said that they couldn't tires car because they where getting ready to close. there was nobody in front of me in line and all the bays where empty.

I purchased my tires from Walmart with the warranty and a piece of metal punctured my tire and they would not honor the warranty at this location, they are rude and lazy and you can see their hours of operation differ from the other Walmarts. They come in later and leave earlier. I went to another Walmart they honored the warranty and completed the tire replacement and oil change within an hour and I got to the other location at 6 pm.Service: Tires

Needed to replace 2 tires and get them rotated and balanced. There s usually quite the wait time. Personally that doesn t bother me as much but I noticed a lot of customers who did. Unfortunately I had to go back twice after receiving my services as they did not do a good job of balancing my tires.

I was able to get my vehicle in on short notice for a new battery The change was made quick and the prices right I've always believed Walmart the best place to get a new battery if for no other reason the three year warranty.

Web and sign at the store says open until 8pm. I arrived at 6, there are cars in the bay getting service, but after waiting 15 minutes with no acknowledgement of our standing there and after several inquiries by phone and finding an employee, that auto center employee said "the sign on the counter said LANE CLOSED" we don't have enough help.... seriously Walmart? I understand being short-staffed, but how about better communication? I'm going to give you another chance today... you've already got my tires and I need them put on my car.

The technicians and the rest of the staff always take great care of the cars that I bring in. Very high traffic store so wait times can be long, but that s normal especially on weekends. The last hour before closing is reserved emergency services only such as a flat tire or a battery as long as they have availability, so be prepared to get there earlier in the day.

Asked about tires they have in stock in the size i was looking for and the staff member just said "nope" - asked if that was "nope" she didn't know or nope they didn't have them. The only reply I received then was an empty stare as I awaited a reply which never came. Eventually I just walked away amazed at their staffing decisions. Go elsewhere for tires.

$+ Had a wait of 10 minutes AFTER I went and found a passing employee until someone could come and help me. HOWEVER, I had to replace my car battery and it had an old Walmart battery in it from 2014. After the core charge and pro-rata on the old battery it was nearly 30% off the shelf price. Worth 10 minutes for their warranty to me.PLEASE LIKE my review if it has been helpful to you.Thanks!

It takes maybe 45 minutes max to put on two tires, I got here about 1 hr 15 minutes to spare when they did not have any cars to service. Not only did the cashier (one with red hair) refuse to place my tires but she was absolutely rude about it with an awful attitude. Second Walmart Auto Care Center with awful wait time and service.

I tried to get tires put on my car 4 different times, but they never had employees there. The only guy there said they can't find anyone who wants to work.

Do yourself a favor and use another walmart tire center store because the customer service at this facility is terrible! The first older male associate acted like I was bothering him just asking about tires they had in stock. Then the female manager that tried to help was sooooo rude! Just had a straight attitude for no reason. What a joke of a tire center. Do yourself a favor and go to another store so you don't have to bother the employees at this store.

Have been coming here for years and I trusted them, not anymore. They made a mistake and didn't tell me about it just left a small note on the work order.. granted they did leave a note but when you make a mistake on someone's car it not to verbally tell them too. Didn't catch it for atleast a month when my car started to smoke. They got an attitude like it was my fault. Sorry for being a single mom and not being able to go behind you on your job. Won't be coming back here. Stick to selling food and home stuff because cars aren't your thing.

Came in to get a tire rotation the guy at the counter told me that we are not busy right now. Was out of the shop 90 minutes later. Some of the employees at the tire shop just stand around talking when there are customers waiting. Roughly they waste about 30% of their time they're supposed to be working. Before leaving I mention this to the manager and he told me that he agrees.

I had a dead automotive battery that I couldn't get to charge at home. They tested it, verified that it couldn't be charged, and replaced with a new one with no hassle. Great people and excellent customer service!

Got there before they opened. I needed an oil change. After opening, and no other cars there... . They told me it would take 90 minutes. What??!! No thanks.

Had four tires rotated two of my tires were bought there they could not find four so they rotated there too and rotated the other two and charged me for two of them I asked them where they were going to do with the other two if they didn't put them on my car oh well

Folks there are awesome. They strive to get you out as soon as they can, but getting there early is not a bad idea.

Had to wait 20 minutes for a cashier to check m e out at the car center. Ordered the $29.99 oil change, got charged for $35.99. Bought other things so didn't realize until I got home.

They always either no appointmen or they dont change my oil cuz they left only emergency I came 3 times they didnt do it

Have be sure that they close everything back up properly. Twice I've had to replace my oil filler cap.
