I ordered 2 tires initially and the system kept cancelling my appointment (Cancelled twice despite the tires being there) so I called and made one with the store directly. When I arrived for my appointment I was told I didn't have an appointment (mind you, it was the same person I spoke to on the phone that I was dealing with in person). Long story short, they got my tires on that day and despite the week of frustration, the service itself was fine.I ordered the 2nd pair of tires to match a week later, and chose not to schedule online so that my appointment didn't get cancelled again. Once they arrived in the store I went in person to schedule the appointment and was told "we don't schedule appointments for anything less than 4 tires. It's first come first serve." I'm a counselor and work a normal 9-5, so first come first serve doesn't work for me. Despite having purchased all 4 tires at this location within a week of each other, the guy at the counter (the same guy who set my 1st appointment for 2 tires and didn't actually set it) refused to schedule me an appointment to have them installed until a store manager walking by overheard him and told him to schedule the appointment.The day of the appointment I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment and was there for 2.5 hours for 2 tires to be installed. I didn't play the "I managed a tire shop for several years" card, because I don't want to be that guy. However, as someone who managed a tire shop on the west coast for 3 years and spent 7 more years in the industry, this place is a disaster. I'll not be back in the future, and I'll gladly pay $20 more per tire somewhere else.

I come 3 time for want to make headlights restoration but they always tell reasons busy, full, today not sun, sun not hot enough.And when I try to make a call to set an appointment, the guy answers they ran out don't have supplies to do.What the hell with headlights restoration service?Update on 11/17/23 => They call back to me and make headlights restoration

Bought a set of new tires online and called around for prices to mount and the cheapest I found was 175.00. Because I am a Walmart plus member I got them done for 80.00 total.

I needed a battery last minute on a Sunday. I got there close to 5 and they serviced me and had me out before 6pm. They were efficient and courteous.

Best auto experience have ever had. Kenny and Ricky deserve a raise!!!! They were forthcoming, knowledgeable and so helpful. Awesome. Appreciated all their work more than I can say. We have found a new auto place to bring our cars!!! Hurray!!

Hot garbage. They have stripped a lug nut before. It took me 5 shops to find someone to be able to take off the lug nut they stripped(Walmart doesn t take off stripped lug nuts, they only strip them). Today I m here to get an oil change at 7 am. It s 7:12 and not a sole is in the shop. I ll never go back to such a careless shop.

Went in for an oil change. 30 min wait. No problem. I did some other shopping. Jack checked me out at the auto service center. He and the other associates were great. I have always had a great experience and quick service when I come here. Thanks.

(Not Reccomended)This place has gone downhill employees can t be found. When employed are there they are not very knowlagable. There are always Very long wait times.If you make an appt you are still having to wait in the back of the line if you don t get 4 tires.Wonder what happened to their manager Mr Hartley seemed like he had everything handled knew what was going on and was very knowledgeable last few times I got my cars serviced here. Regardless I took my cars to the dealership for maintenance because this place is very unprofessional and ridiculous.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

The worst service you can hope for will be received on this site. It doesn't work, they are disrespectful of customers' time. they do what they want over time. Very bad service. If you want to have a bad experience go to this place. I lost 2 hours and they didn't even start work

Not recommend any auto care of this place people have no idea worst customer service if you like your car stay away They are not change your oil filter. Plus they re not using right oil. Say synthetic, but they using regular oil People working They don t care .job Not professional Basic

Bought two tires and had them put on. Although they completed the job, it took hours. I had an appointment but they started more than 30 minutes late- why even make one. Took three and a half hours. Won't go again, there are auto shops that cost the same and are much more efficient.

I made an appointment to get my tires put on. They got me in and out. Same guy at the same location put these tires on that put the last tires on one of my other vehicles. Did what he was supposed to do. I paid him and left. Pretty simple.

A little disappointed that making key copies were no longer being done because key copy machine just wasn't as accurate as a person doing it.

Worst customer service ever! I needed an emergency tire and they weren t willing to help even though I have road hazard coverage and they weren t closing for over an hour. I was 20 mins away! Also, the supervising technician was rather rude

They claim to be open till 8 however I arrived at 7:15 for a standard oil change, what maybe 20 minutes max? Until I was informed they were done for the night as they had a full 4 tires to replace and that was going to be the last car because it was going to put them there past 8pm. 2 gentleman working and all 4 old tires were off and you re telling me it s going to take you both 45 minutes to put 4 tires on?

I have shown up multiple times before 6 PM only to be told they re done taking cars for the day. When they do service my vehicle they do a good job, it be nice if the hours were accurately reported.

Their posted hours on Sunday said open until 6pm. I got there at 5:45 with my dead car battery looking for a replacement. The lights were off and there was nobody around. Had to lug the battery back to my car and go to O'Reilly instead.

DO NOT COME HERE! I have been doing my oil change here for two years and last time I went to the store I was told my oil drain plug was stripped so they couldn t do the oil change. Nobody but them have touch that drain plug in two years. Talked to store manager but nobody seems to care. Now I have to figured out how to fix the problem, probably a expensive repair.

If I could give this store a half * I would. Really bad experience there tonight,the cashier and manager couldn't provide a receipt for our meal and my wife was told and seen that if a receipt isn't give to the customer at request then your meal is free. The manager was very rude about it and said that isn't here. Bad thing is the food was cold and old French fries were handed to us,we plan to call corporate on the problem to make this right and to report the unprofessional staff this night

I don't think I've ever been to an auto service center where they can't even recommend an oil type to me. A simple question of high mileage vs synthetic was unanswered, I drive a very common vehicle (2GR Toyota engine).I went up the road and had my vehicle serviced elsewhere.

Tire center is slow, always take forever. They do not know how to answer when receiving a phone call. When we they do answer they do not give the correct information. I do not recommend them at all! But that has nothing to do with the actual Walmart just the auto center!

Says they're open at 7am, and I told a gentleman I'd be there first thing in the morning to get a new battery replaced. I was waiting for 25 min until finally at 7:25 someone opened the garage and helped me. I was late for work after they took so long

Great experience with getting 4 new tires. Manager was very nice and makes you feel appreciated. Highly recommend.

Went to buy a new set of tires around 12pm Sunday and was told they weren't doing any tire installs. Had to go somewhere else.
