This place is amazing. If you are looking for a trusted shop to do your oil changes, brakes, or minor repairs, this is the place to go. Ask for Miguel, and he will take care of you. They are quick, professional, and knowledgeable. Their prices are fair, and the work done is excellent. They use name brand products, not cheap products. All the people who work there are very professional and knowledgeable. You can tell they like their job and enjoy it. They go above and beyond for their customers and truly appreciate your business.

Well I pulled up and the guy asks me what kind of oil I use. I'm sorry isn't that the job if the techs to know that. Also I was asked about my air filter and I declined because I know I can do that myself. I was told I need brakes and I knew that. It's on my list of things to do. Tech said I need rotors as well. I then told him I'll get those rotated. I was told that can't be done but I know dang well it can be. So I go get my filter and the case that covers mine wasn't even put back on right. Now I'm worried about if the oil change was done correctly. SMH... Oh and also they didn't check any of my lights or horn.

We stopped at this location for an oil change because of a friend s recommendation, and service and price were great. Miguel recommended to change the air filter as well and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. We will go back to do other services soon!

Excellent and prompt customer service from Chase at Woodstock location. Diagnosed the need for a wheel hub within 30 minutes, ordered part and made repair with his team - all for a fraction of the price quoted from a dealer and another auto shop. Referred by Lester at Sandy Springs location who always gives me honest guidance on car care. Express Care is a rare gem - honesty, low prices, no appointment needed, good work and friendly. I normally don t do reviews. I just had to this time! If you re looking for 5 star service look no further. It s hard finding a good honest shop these days, but this shop is just that. I refuse to take my car anywhere else.

Stopped in for an oil change today. Miguel was there to greet me and ask what I needed. I had a synthetic oil change and the cabin filter (which was nasty) replaced. Miguel found a leak of the manifold gasket. He showed me where it was leaking and explained the need for a repair soon. I will have them make the repair this week.

The folks that work at this location are fantastic! They're always super friendly and honest. They are quick too which is great when I have my little girl in the car! Was here on 6/6 to get my AC FIXED.Met ROGER the Manager for this location. GREAT guy, knowledgeable and with an awesome TEAM! Excellent customer service and they get the job done quickly! I give them 10 STARS! Facility is clean, great vibe, professional and no long wait times! If ever need service for your vehicle. I STRONGLY advise you stop here 1st! The Hwy 92 location of Valvoline Express Care provides friendly, efficient, cost effective options. They will recommend what may be needed, but are not pushy. Very polite staff, I have not been disappointed yet.

This place is great. They always have very fast and quality service. The employees are super kind and informative. They will give you tips on how to make sure your engine lasts longer and other advice. They have been informational about additional services, but never made me feel pressured. I have been going here for about a year and dont plan on going anywhere else.

This place destroyed my car my oil light came on after the oil change and then my car wouldn t start for the first time ever and then one of the men came to my house and told me it was a problem with my battery, got it checked battery was completely fine. Now I went to the mechanic and they said whoever did my oil change last ruined my oil pan and it leaked oil in the engine control harness &fuel injector harness. Both need to be replaced and more tiny damages quoted me $5500 to fix it. I found a cheaper place but still $3300. I m a student and this is obviously devastating. Worst experience I ve ever had with any company ever.Service: Oil change

I have been bringing my car to this location for years for my oil changes. I live in Acworth, but I make the trip over because I don t feel pressured to buy additional services or parts, reasonable prices and little to no wait time for my service. I will continue to drive by many others to bring my business here.

This Valvoline Express Care has exceptional and fast service. They were knowledgeable, friendly & respectful. I felt great about trusting them with my vehicle. My experience today: no cars in any bays being worked on. Traffic cones were blocking two of the three empty bays. I pulled my truck into the bay that was not blocked. I get out and walk to the door where I'm finally greeted by an employee who starts by scolding me for driving into the bay without being directed by an employee and tells me it's company policy that a customer can't drive in alone. Maybe the bay should have had a traffic cone in front of it? Maybe the customer shouldn't have to be so concerned with a policy they know nothing of? I think this will be my last trip to this store.Service: Oil change

This is my second time here and the service I received the second time was just as great as the first time. I love the fact that the waiting area is so clean and they follow pandemic guidelines also. Keep up the good work.I have been using this location for a few years now and I always get the best service.
