Brought my car to Total Quality Service for a major issue and was very happy that they weren t trying to overcharge me. The owner was very professional and knowledgeable. My car was not there for long and I have continued to use this shop for basic maintenance for a good price as well. Highly recommend!

Called yesterday about an ESP light that came on my dashboard, Travis was able to get me in the very next day, he was very quick and had me in and out in no time. Such a great mechanic, very honest with you as well, which I know can be hard to find somedays. I Will definitely be brining it back for my next problem

I posted this morning on Facebook looking for a mobile mechanic for an emergency repair for my Dodge SUV with no luck however TQS commented that he could help me. When I tell you I was impressed I was IMPRESSED. In less than an hour I was in and out and back in my office. Travis was very friendly, and his prices were more than fair. For the same service at other auto body shops, I was quoted double and over. If you re looking for a mechanic, I would highly recommend checking him out.Service: Engine repair

I have been using this car repair shop for about 12 years. Stan the owner is fantastic! He goes above and beyond. He not only does excellent work, but he is as honest as the day is long. I have a 2001 Toyota Corolla, and he just replaced the back brakes, with 130,000 miles on my car. He wouldn't do the front ones, because he said you can get more wear out of the ones you have now. About six months later, he just replaced them. He also has very fair prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Stan, is very professional & gives an honest opinion, his prices are too.He''s been our go to mechanic for over 15 years for all our Toyota & Honda vehicles.Customer service & satisfaction are his priority.That's why we drive 25 miles + to him.Can't say enough positive things about how he runs his business.Give him a call.

Going to auto shops is not my favorite pastime but it's a necessity and finding one that operates with honesty seems to be a one in a million. I was not asked to write this review, but I wanted to. Stan is exceptional and I can see how he has had returning customers for years and years. He is genuinely honest and is willing to let customers go elsewhere if that is better for them. He is looking out for the best interest of the client and that in itself speaks volumes. Many Kudos to Stan and TQS for operating with this level of integrity!!!

The previous owner of this mechanic shop passed away in 2021 and is now run by new owners (two brothers). Also, the level of work they provide is sub-par and they are only interested in money instead of quality.The new owners no longer specialize in just Honda, Toyota and Nissan. Now they work on everything which means they are far more prone to problems and lack of knowledge (which is extremely important compared to a mechanic that specializes in particular brands/makes of vehicles).It's sad that they try to piggyback business off of a business owner that would go the extra mile for customers instead of choosing less quality for more money.When I explained the previous service that was offered to me by the previous owner, they laughed at me and were more than willing to offer less of a service for double the money.All previous reviews before 2021 are in regards to the exceptional quality of the previous mechanic and owner.Stay away from here!
