I ve been very disappointed with the service at The Collision Center. I brought my car here because of a recommendation from my insurance company. They take forever to fix anything on your car. I knew it may take a long time to order parts, but even after the parts were on the car they had it for a week to paint it. They told me the guy just didn t do it last week. Every time I ve called to check they ve been extremely rude or transferred me to a voicemail. They ve put off the pick up of my car three times. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you can

Do not use this place. Go to Tidwell. Steve was horrible and a liar. I only went here because Geico recommended them and assured me that the process would be seamless. Steve lied about getting the resistall reapplied, he lied about the decals not coming in and he lied about getting the rental car extended. His supervisor Tom also decided to lie to me as well. I m still waiting on his return call. Both Steve & Tom had no remorse the continued lies. Stay away from this place.

Krause Ford Collision Center was exceptional, service manager was helpful and accommodating. Truck looks great, fast turnaround 4 days from drop-off to pickup. Replace drivers side passenger door, truck bed. Great service attitudes.
