Ordered a set of 4 of the 1 retractable straps and love them. Had one that just didn t want to act just right (things happen). Figured I d give them a call, I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Joe on the phone and with just a few simple questions to verify purchase, he got me a replacement out and even set up my lifetime warranty. Hands down great products and even better customer service. Ordering the 4 now for larger trailer. Customer for life.

I stopped by in the new shop before they had their store front established, which I was fine with. I was swarmed with three knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced gentlemen to help me with my recovery questions and needs. They all provided pertinent information and ideas on the items I was looking for. When I examined the products, everything I put my hands on were heavy duty, well built, sturdy products. What else could you ask for in an experience? Good customer service with quality products. If you are looking for anything recovery or need to secure anything, Rhino USA in Woodstock is your go to. Stopped in today and was greeted by a couple of the workers. I bought some shackles at JeepFest and wanted to swap them for some different ones. They swapped them for me and I checked out some of the other stuff they had for sale. They just opened this location and are in the process of getting it set up.

Man I tell you guys who like to ride get stuck and play hard!! This gear Rhino USA offers is the best investment iv ever made. Not only do they have lifetime guarantee they have amazing customer service and are very knowledgeable pluss supper nice. I've put all thir gear to the test and I have about everything they offer and this stuff just doesn't break and has made my life so much easier out on the trails!!! I'm worry free because I know I'm never stuck with thir gear!! It may take you sum time to buy all you want and need but once you have it you will not ever get stuck or stranded useing thir gear!!I'm telling you this because thir gear is amazing and well worth the $$ spent.!! ROCK ON RHINO USA. KEEP UPP THE GOOD WORK I a lifetime costumer for shure. Now you guys need to come up with a compact jump box and air compressor for the unspec Ted flats.!! ILL BE WAITING!!

Went there and the staff is very friendly and knowledgable, but never pushy. Love the Rhino gear!
