I usually don t do reviews, but I felt like it was necessary in this case. My husband and I visited this location today for a full set of new tires and they were FANTASTIC from the very first encounter when we called to check availability. Within 24 hours they had my new tires in the shop, installed them fairly quickly, the customer service provided by Barry was excellent, and they even helped with new windshield wipers! Seriously, I wish more businesses took care of their customers the way they do at this Pep Boys. We will definitely be using this shop for all of our automotive needs going forward. Thanks again, Barry!

Bought tires with a road hazard and milage warranty 8months old with less than 16k miles on them and was told that based on the tread my prorated cost would be close to $600 to replace them. Maybe that's a corporate thing , Idk but the other is not. ReD FLAGS... Low tread, and plugged the tire that had a screw close to the sidewall and said it was safe to drive. A couple of days later, car wreck. Called pepboys back to make them aware of the issue and what happened but Drew didn't seem to care and went as far as for hang up on me. When I called back, he finally answered and said it was me. His only care was to hurry and get me off the phone. NO, I'm sorry to hear there was a wreck, injuries, etc... We've spent tons of money here in the past on car repair, tires, etc. NO More.

I set up an 8am appt for a Monday morning on a Sunday afternoon. The service advisor proactively called me to let me know they had my tires in stock, but they would have to work me in but committed and delivered my vehicle to me by 12pm on Monday! Very friendly and informative.

Was looking for somewhere to get the oil changed in my son's car. It was the first time he would be getting service on the car and I wanted to take him there so he could see the process and be comfortable going on his own next time. Checked some places, including one nearby where you sit in the car and they change the oil, but there were too many bad reviews for them. Pep Boys is close, so I checked their reviews and they were good. Pricing looked reasonable. They were open until 7:00, so I set up an appointment online for a few days later at 5:30, which was after I got off work. I got a call from Drew the next day asking if I could bring the car in earlier because the end of the day gets really busy. I understand that a shop that's doing more than oil changes may not be able to do an oil change while you wait, especially at the end of the day. I told him no problem. We brought the car in around 10:00 AM and dropped it off. Drew said it would be ready in a few hours. We came back after 5:00 and picked it up. Great experience. One funny thing. I left my son there as I drove home, and I got a call from him that something was wrong. The car was acting funny, and when he moved, the word "BRAKE" kept flashing on the dash. He thought it was the collision detection telling him to brake. I realized after a minute that the parking brake was on. The Pep Boys tech had put it on, and my son had never used it before. :-) I rarely use mine, but that was a good teaching moment to tell him when and why and he should use his.

We love Pep Boys for everything on our vehicles! This particular time, we were getting new tires and oil gaskets. They were more than fair on their pricing and customer service was top notch! We have been back several times and will continue to go back. We even moved further away from their facility but make it a point to drive here for our repairs because we know they are a reliable, honest business.

I came in for an oil change and they checked my engine rotated the tires and checked the overall condition of my vehicle for a very reasonable price. The car dealership charges three times this amount with a lot less work.

I live no where in the area and just had work done to my truck and needed an alignment to get home safely. Initially they were all booked up I was told to try back later and maybe they would be able to fit me in. I did exactly they were able to service my truck and I'm very thankful!

My daughter was driving from ATL to Blue Ridge in a rental car to meet us for Christmas. She realized she had a nail in her tire and stopped at the Pep Boys store #1701. Barry helped her out and expedited her fix in order to get her on the road more quickly. Customer service is a lost art and I am always grateful for those who go above and beyond. Thank you Barry!

10/10 recommend. I have used multiple times for flat tires and minor body work. Noah was awesome from initial phone call! I called early morning frantic, but was immediately assured with great customer service I could be taken care of and on my way same day. I am busy with work and kids, so being able to call and problems solved with ease is a huge win in my book! The service quality and price is unbeatable!

We always receive excellent service at this location. Great Manager and mechanics that you can TRUST! Attention to detail and very thorough. They always remind us of routine maintenance that the manufacturer recommends at certain mileage, but they aren't pushy about it like other places I have been. They just gently remind you so you can decide if you want to keep your vehicle in compliance and in good running order. It's up to you to decide.

If you have to wait and schedule your vehicle there's a reason for that, people that do good work are typically busy and these guys do phenomenal work, I had to leave my truck only for 2 days and it had a laundry list of issues, couldn't pass emissions, I was able to pick it back up go straight to the emissions place and it worked great. Owning a business sometimes I don't always have time to deal with vehicle issues. I was able to leave my truck there, tell them what was going, pay an incredibly fair price, and now my truck is running better then the day I bought it. This is the place to go!!!

Amazing Experience! I was working in the area (1hr from home) my tire developed a large bulge.Stopping to put on my spare, I discovers my car Jack was missing. Called this location asked if I could use a Jack to change it out. They said sure and said to come in. Once I arrived, they offered to put on my spare tire for me.Amazing Customer Service! Noah was awesome! Very friendly and helpful! Even though I do not live in the area. I highly recommend this location!

We had an excellent experience. Noah who helped me get my tire fixed was a pleasure to work with. He helped us find the tire we needed and kept me up to date on the status. They folks at pep boys got this done within a day and we really grateful for it.Would recommend to anyone looking for a good local shop.

Very appreciative of Drew and his team! I recently bought a car from a dealership and there were a few things wrong with it. The company agreed to pay for the services to be done and directed me to any Pep Boys location. I made an appointment and let the dealership know so that everything could be easily squared away. However, once I arrived, it was a bit difficult and took a while to get them on the phone to approve the work that needed to be done. Drew was very helpful and communicative while trying to get the green light and, once they were able to get started, they finished quickly and did a great job! Very glad to not have to worry about it anymore. Thanks again!!

I don't recommend getting oil changes here, but I especially don't recommend booking online. I ask for an oil change and tire rotation. At pepboys, that would mean you get charged for an oil change. At this one, apparently you pay $104 because they add a manager special and put fuel cleaners you did not want or ask for into your gas tank. And then expect you to pay the extra $23 for it. Will be going after corporate for a refund. Go anywhere else to service your vehicle and stay with the vehicle instead of dropping it off to make sure they don't add things you don't want.

I needed a tire alignment and after a couple other places questioned my intelligence and took advantage of me and over charge, I settled on this place. The facility was clean and professional. Barry up at the front was super friendly and explained the alignment sheet to me. I definitely recommend

Barry at the front desk made me feel confident in him and the shop he was running. He was accommodating, professional, and respectful. He jumped through some hoops for me to be compliant with my warranty. They were jam packed, but worth the wait for the appointment. Hats off to Noah as well. He made sure I understood everything I was paying for. It was a very good experience for me.
