The customer service was great. I need an 02 sensor, and they told me where to go to buy it into order to save money. They installed it right away, and I didn t wait long. Please reach out to them for all of your automotive needs. Great people.

Great shop! The owner John, is honest and his prices are fair. It's nice to finally find a mechanic like this that is trustworthy and does excellent work. This is the only place I'll be taking my car whenever I need work done.

We had a tire crisis and ended up here. They took us right in even though his lot was packed full of customer cars. Very friendly! The price was what we would expect which included a brand new tire being put on. My Mechanic Joe has gained us as repeat customers!Service: TiresService: Tires

I am old school. I was raised to be trustworthy and honest in business transactions and in life. I grew up where a handshake is a solid as any contract. I know that those ideals probably don t hold up any more but it s what I believe and it s how I conduct my personal business. So when my truck needed repair that was beyond my capabilities, I started the daunting task of trying to find an honest mechanic. What s one of the most important qualities in a mechanic that you look for as a consumer? I would say honesty is at the very top of the list because it s so easy to get taken advantage of in the world of automotive repair. After reading testimonial after testimonial about how honest the staff is at My Mechanic Joe, I decided to take my truck to them. It was one of the best decisions I ve ever made. I had an issue with my truck where he could have very easily told me I needed transmission work and I would ve been none the wiser. Instead, he correctly diagnose my problem as being something much simpler and not only did he fix the problem very inexpensively, he charged a very competitive and reasonable fee for the repair. Like so many other reviews I have read from the multiple platforms, I can add my voice to the rest when I say I found my mechanic for life.

He has become my go to guy. I've been taking my cars to the dealership for the routine maintenance check, but they love to give you a litany of items that are "recommended."So, I just bring it to My Mechanic Joe, and he makes sure that I only do what needs to be done.He was highly recommended by my brother, and now I understand why. My son recommended This shop and they are excellent. We took my car in for bumper detachment. They came out and reviewed the issue repaired it on the spot. Very friendly and kind. They didn t even charge me. I was so surprised at their kindness and quick service. My son says their the best and I agree. I will recommend them to all my friends. John and his team are some of the few honest mechanics left out there. They got us in same week for an oil change and brakes, and even met us on the weekend so we could pick up the car. I had an awesome experience with My Mechanic Joe. I would refer them to anyone. I was informed by Ford that I needed new rear brakes and rotors, but Ford was pricey. After shopping around, I was referred to John by Jeff from Auto Zone. I called John and informed him of the issue. His price beat 2 other places, so I inquired on their earliest opening. John scheduled me for the next morning. I pulled in and was greeted by John. He jumped right on my car. I only had time to eat my breakfast and my car was done. I pulled off, and heard a noise and instantly called John. With all he had going on, he wanted me to bring my car back in so that we could take a ride and hear where the noise was coming from. We drove a good 15 miles and John assured me nothing was wrong, because of course the car ran as smooth as a whistle when he was in the car. Once back at the shop, he wanted to do one more inspection. He put my car back in the air and he walked me through the inspection, checking front brakes, rotors and discussed ball bearings. I left feeling well informed and confident in their work. John took the extra step to ensure I left satisfied. I just wanted to spend money and he stated that he didn t want me to spend unnecessary money if there was nothing wrong. I trust this shop and they have earned a loyal customer.

Such honest people. I could ve been out of a Buku of money thinking it s one expensive thing but they called me up after I dropped my car off & told me it was a minor fix instead. I had no clue. Most mechanics don t do that. Absolutely earned my trust. I will take any of my cars all the way across town just to them. I love the honestly, and for that they have a lifetime customer here. thank you guys!

Joe is not only a great businessman, but a good guy at the core of it. Every employee I speak to though is always friendly despite being either covered in sweat or willingly surrounded with responsibilities.

Great service! Staff is very personable! When I take one of my fleet vans to My Mechanic Joe, I'm greeted like a friend. They always have me back on the road in a timely fashion and don't beat me up on repair costs.IntegrityQualityValueDon't waste your money on an overpriced franchise or dealer. These guys have the same capability for less money and treat me like a friend, not a transaction.

My daughter brought her truck in and just let me say, I was blown away by John and his staff. Very easy to talk to, explained everything so well and for someone to watch out for two women and not feel they are taking advantage of in the vehicle industry, was a major plus. I walked away feeling my daughter and her truck were handled like it was his own. I ve always sought out the best mechanic wherever I ve lived (across six states, from Colorado to Pennsylvania and from Michigan to Texas) during my life (60+ years) and so, I have had some very good mechanics work on my cars; however, John, Ryan, and the crew at My Mechanic Joe put the best to shame! I only wish I lived closer, so I could always take my car, my wife s car, and the cars of my three sons to them. Recently on our 600-mile drive from Ohio to Georgia Tech, my son s car overheated on I-75. Being that far from home with a potentially major breakdown is unsettling at best! I called a friend in Atlanta who gave me the name of their great mechanic, but he was completely booked for the next three weeks. Without hesitation though, he told me to call My Mechanic Joe, because they had great mechanics and were close to where my son s car overheated. Within a few hours, they had the car towed to their shop and had begun diagnosing the problem. Besides being the best mechanics, they are friendly and complete professionals. They clearly explain the diagnostic tests they run, the issues they find, and the repairs. They are honest, do great work, and charge fair and reasonable prices (they replaced a radiator on the car for $330, whereas the very good mechanic I use in Ohio charged me $489 to replace the radiator on the same car four years earlier)! It would be impossible to find a better repair shop. I can t say enough good things about this TEN-STAR place!

The owner, his wife, and the mechanics were all courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Felt like I was taking my car to a small town neighborhood shop as far as customer service goes, but every bit as up to date and technically knowledgeable as a dealer shop. They diagnosed the problem quickly and clearly explained what needed to be fixed and my options. Highly recommend!

You typically want three things in a mechanic: Straightforward advice, reasonable prices, and on-point service. I can confidently say My Mechanic Joe provided all three when I needed diagnostics run on my Toyota and ensuing repairs were made. Will never go to another mechanic again! John, the owner and Ryan, shop manager, were super knowledgeable, personable, and easy to work with. The pricing was fair and direct, no upselling or fishy diagnosis here. I will recommend My Mechanic Joe to all my friends and family. Skip the shiny squeaky clean mechanics - they charge twice as much to put on a show. This place is basic mechanic shop, no frills, just honest mechanics willing to make the customer happy. I am one happy customer and will be back!
