Purchased 4 new tires at this Mr.Tire in December of 2022 for My 21 year old daughters car. One of the tire s blew out on interstate I-20 last week (completely rotted) and have two other rotting tires. We went to the location to report it and they said they conveniently couldn t find our purchase in their system!! We took it to Mavis on Towne lake after realizing we could not trust this Mr. Tire. Mavis let us know that all the tires were dated for 2015!!!!! I can t speak for all Mr. Tires, but I can tell you to avoid this one. They re obviously trying to buy low and sell high on their products to make the most profit. Thank god nothing happened to my daughter. Do not trust Mr.Tire and do not visit this location. Beyond disgusted!

Took my car in for an alignment. They called and said I needed two new front tires as well. Fine i purchased them. Had my master mechanic friend look at it after the alignment was complete. IT WASNT DONE PROPERLY! Took the car to Christian Brothers down the road they too said the alignment wasn t done properly and that I already had ware on my brand new tires. Now, while taking my daughter to school this morning I get a flat tire. We ve called for weeks trying to get this worked out. We re always told the GM is in a meeting or they would have to call us back. Finally my husband has a meeting tomorrow. I will update my review with the outcome then.

I just had 2 rear tires replaced. They did a perfect job, no scratches on my new wheels. I appreciated that a lot. Very friendly environment, informative staffs. I have few local tire places around me but decided to come here for a good experience. Definitely recommend!Once again thank you Mr. Tires.

One of the worst tire shops and mechanics around. They will lie and scam anyway they can for a buck. Completely ruined my alignment, did not rotate my tires and had to go back for another rotation. Then when I asked why the car is pulling very hard to the drivers side after they finally rotated my tires , they said it s because I ll need new tires and that they did not touch the alignment . Took it to Mavis down the road where they said the alignment was adjusted but incorrectly! Mavis also gave us a discount on 4 tires, and fixed the alignment. I d recommend Mavis before I ever trust this shady shack to even do an oil change.

Love this place! The guys are so friendly and informative! They always have smiles and seem to enjoy what they do. I love they have a workspace for someone who may need to work while waiting. They are reasonable with prices and always thorough with their work. Thank you! Definitely recommend them.

They were able to order the tires I needed and put them on within 2 days. Staff was nice and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

Had a 5 star experience. Called them an hour before closing and told them I just picked up a bolt threw tire and I was 25 min away and they said they would have a mechanic ready for me and they did! Rich was amazing and such a nice person. Tire was fixed and I was on my way. Thank you again Rich.

The staff were very friendly attentive, quick and efficient. Some thing I would consider changing is the waiting area. Its not up to par and could use some sprucing up. Friendly staff, quick and efficient. Coffee, water, sodas, TV and comfortable chairs would add to having a better experience.

Friendly, honest, and good prices. I staryed going here as I tried 3 different competitors in the area which broke stuff or where I caught them lieing. Mr Tire has been amazing.

Bunch of tardasses in there. Took over an hour to change the oil, asked them to also rotate the tires which is apparently complimentary, they never did. And on top of all that, the tan interior of my car was covered in black streaks. Awful service

On Wednesday morning my girlfriend called to make an appointment to get two of her rotors changed. The person who answered the phone told her to go online to make an appointment. When she arrived they told her the the online system doesn t work and that they wouldn t be able to take her. They told her they could do it first thing in the morning. The following morning they called saying that it wasn t the front rotors that were the issue like our diagnostic said but the back ones. So she ubered around to get the new parts and bring them in. Then, whenk she brought the parts in, she sat in the shop for over two hours before they told her that the mechanic who was in didn t know how to use the cars system. No one in the shop communicated with her about the problem, the shop owner called her directly to apologize and said he personally would do it first thing at 10am today and I asked them to call as soon as they were starting it. He also offered her $30 off the service and a free oil change. Then, after 11am today, the shop owner called and said that his tech s socket wrench broke and they wouldn t be able to complete the work. Over this three day period we emphasized over and over again that time was of the essence because she needs her car for work and if they couldn t do it when they said we would have to go elsewhere. Now it s three days later and we have to go somewhere else anyways. Our families have been coming to this shop for years but we will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

TESLA MODEL Y. what can I say about my experience today besides phenomenal! Everyone from the time you check in to that technicians were very friendly and more importantly, very knowledgeable. I had my doubts about taking the car anywhere besides the Tesla center but this experience was great. Thank you for such great service. Looking forward to coming back.

I am single mom working 2 jobs I have 6 year old daughter and after work yesterday I had a nail in my tire and thank god I had a spare.I called around every one was closed at 6 pm I have no time to wait.I called MR TIRES and he said comeI will put it on for free and I went super professional and nice amf saved my day! Thank you sirI will be back for my maintenance on my car! I m so pleased that I found you guys! 5 stars! Great job and service need more people and shops like you !

Ben was very helpful in diagnosing and resolving my car's issue. He provided excellent service despite being in the shop by himself due to two fellow employees having to leave early. I've taken my car to the Mr. Tire / Goodyear Service Center for 10 plus years and recommend them to friends and family because they are always accommodating.

I went here complaining about my vehicle shaking. They said I needed new brakes, and new struts. They took 8 hours to do brakes, because people kept interrupting them to look at something. Then with the struts ($1600.00) they wouldn t let me buy them of EBay. Then I happened to stroll past, and see it was parked, and done. When I came in, they began all this backstroking that they just finished it(15+ minutes ago) and didn t have time to call. Then I had someone doing maintenance on it, noticed a rear lower control arm, did not have a nut on the securing bolt!!! I did a process of elimination, and Mr.Tire would have been the last(only) person to touch it. I Don t recommend them.

Both New York And Woodstock Georgia Mr Tire shops are awesome. They treated me right, quickly and they are now who I will use for my auto needs that they can help me with. A++ service and today for Halloween the service crew were in crowns LOVE IT!

Stopped by this morning around 7:45am and wait until just after 8:00am for an oil change. Building sign and website said they were open. Bay doors were open and lights were on except waiting room lights were off. Nobody to be found.

I was leaving work and discovered I had a flat tire. The closest place was Mr. Tire, but I had never been there before so was a little nervous thinking about cost and time. Not only were they fast but they were kind, courteous, and best of all they did not charge me. After a stressful day those guys made everything better. I could not be happier with their service. Amazing

I've been taking my vehicles here for about 20 years (first it was Goodyear, now Mr. Tire). I've never had a bad experience. Nick, Scott & the rest of the guys are professional, friendly & honest. I brought my daughter's car in a few days ago because she felt like it was pulling and also losing oil. They thoroughly checked out her car & topped off her oil. The best car care place in Towne Lake.

Nick advised me my vehicle available for pick-up much sooner than expected. He was very courteous and informative. Even short-staffed due to current events in this country, service was excellent! Thanks! Mr. Tire for restoring faith with the average customer :)

My wife took her vehicle in for a tire rotation and balance. Nick and the rest of the techs were very polite and courteous. They identified some other issues and were able to take of them the same day and quickly. Very professional service. We were very pleased with the service we received.

Great service and repairs! I used these guys a while back for my grandson's car and had a terrific experience so took my own car to them. Ron and his team are wonderful! They listened to my concerns and made me feel like a valued customer. Ron kept me updated throughout the day and I drove away a very satisfied customer! They have my business going forward! Love them !!!Ron answered all of my questions, explained the repairs to me in language I could understand, and was extremely helpful. Thank you!!!

Mr. Tire was awesome, I needed to get my two front tubeless tires for my riding lawnmower beads sealed up and aired up. I called them up and explained the situation and they said sure so I got there in 15 minutes and they completed the job immediately for no charge! They were very helpful in a time of need. I would strongly recommend them, they are professional, friendly and just want to help people. Thank you and well done guys!

Mr Harold was great he kept the safety of the customer first always had his mask on any time he went to the shop and back always changing his gloves and in this time of uncertainty it s great to know that they take this seriously. I took my vehicle to the dealership for regular service and the list of repairs they quoted me was 1900 dollars . Harold was able to cut that number below half for two tires and rear breaks also advising me on what needed to be fixed right now and what needed to be taken care of at my next vehicle service interval.The atmosphere he has created makes you feel like your not being overcharged or taken advantage of and to me that is top priority. I have recommended this location to several friends. This is now my new repair shop . If I could give it more than five stars I would

Big shout out to Ben and the techician who helped me out today. They discovered a safety issue that they were not obligated to fix and took care of it anyways. This consistent level of quality service and care is why I enjoy being a loyal customer here!

Best tire place I have ever found. Ron is a pleasure to work with and doesn't try to up sell unnecessarily. When I brought my Mazda in I was saying so how much does a new tire cost and Ron was like well let's first see if we can salvage your current tire and save you some money. He is def always looking out for the customer and they get the work done quickly Can't say enough good about this place!

On 9/7/19, my husband and I were almost 4 hours from home when our ac stopped working. Being that it was late on a Saturday afternoon, no one would let us bring our car in to be checked. I finally ran across the number for Mr. Tire in Woodstock and it was close by us. I called and spoke with Angelo, who told us to come on in. When we arrived, our car was promptly taken and inspected. The manager, Ron, came out and explained what the issue was and that it may be an easy fix. Turns out that it was and we were quickly back on our way. I really appreciate Angelo, Ron, and the technicians for a job well done.

From Dana D,I've been having problems with my car recently and Angelo has been so kind and professional. He has gone above and beyond to help me. He's been the one who has helped me with all of my car issues over the past year, and he always is so nice and courteous. Being a single mother, It's hard to find someone I can trust to take my car to, however, I don't have to worry when he's there. I highly recommend this store because of him.
