I am so glad my boss recommended me to Mike! Amazing work on fixing some issues my car had. I have more work to be done on the car and will definitely be brining it back to him. He is so kind and just truly cares. Thank you so much Mike! I recommend him and his team 1000%.

I was having some major problems with my car after leaving another mechanic shop, and Mike and his team were very pleasant and understanding, kept me informed each step they were taking and the price and making sure it was okay. My car is running beautifully again and at a much more affordable cost than I was planning. Thank you Mike and Team, I appreciate you.

This place is garbage. The owner is a pompous cheapskate. He docks employee's paychecks without any prior notice whenever he gets the notion to do so - the majority of the time it's in retaliation for things unrelated to job performance. He has hard working mechanics who deserve paychecks that reflect the amount of knowledge, level of service, and constant dedication they bring every day, but instead their paychecks are just a reflection of his mood swings.

I have found my new mechanic! Mike did an excellent job on my daughter's car. He did some body work as well as some maintenance. Mike kept me informed of cost along the way and was very fair. He takes pride in his work and the operation of his business, which is hard to find these days. The car looks beautiful and we are more than happy with the work!!! He was great! Honest and trustworthy. Fixed my F150 o2 sensor and was a reasonable price as well. Very great fil for all the things he showed me as well on my truck. Thanks Mike!

Mike has been great at keeping my 08 Honda on the road! He is kind and courteous and gets the job done when promised, when a part he installed broke he replaced it no charge as you would expect. Providing a loaner on occasion is definitely a bonus. Pricing seems reasonable as well in these inflationary times.

My truck's engine went out and I had to have a whole new one installed. Mike did great work with the new engine installation! He was very thorough and keep me posted on the work the whole way. Once the work was complete he continued to follow up with me any the truck! Very good work and I highly recommend him for any of your vehicle maintenance.

I brought my Expedition into Mike for the first with a coolant/fluid leak. He looked over the car with me and explained the issue, the process for fixing it, and a good price. I brought it in on a Friday and he said it would be done on Monday. He called me on Saturday saying that he was finished and the vehicle was ready to be picked up. And the final price was cheaper than his quote! They did a great job and I appreciate him making me a priority!

I am very impressed with Mike! He took the time to speak with me at length about his process and pricing, even though it was toolate for me to remove my car from another shop. I appreciated his transparency and ultimate goal for everyone to be able to walk away happy. I will definitely use him in the future.

Taking another of our vehicles to Mike today!Mike is the BEST! We use the Holly Springs location and Mike is always honest and reliable. We go ONLY to Mike with our family vehicles.ALL of my business will come here now, and I'm telling ALL of my friends to come here.After dealing with a national chain, we'll call them "Radials PLUS", I was told that a lot of brake work needed to be done on my van. The quote I received was over $1400. I found out after reading this quote that I was being charged 150% more than the cost of parts. Now, I know garages need to make money on parts they buy/sell but let's be realistic here.I was able to bring in MY OWN PARTS, that I purchased new and have Mike do the work. It was done quickly and for an excellent price. Mike the Mechanic saved me nearly $1000! I'll be driving here from now on for everything, even my oil changes.What convinced me to come here in the first place was when Mike asked me, over the phone, "What can I do to EARN your business?"You don't here that very often nowadays. It's nice to know that in my 30+ years of being a Cherokee County resident, someone actually cares about customer service.

I just wanted to write this review to say Mike the Mechanic has been the biggest blessing I have came across in a long time. He is very honest and so dedicated to his customers. He will go above and beyond for his customers. I'm a 29 year old single mother and I have been having a lot of car trouble for quite some time. It got so bad to where I almost lost my car. The first repair shop looked at my car and supposedly found the issue. I was told it was piston damage and that I would be charged close to $4,000 for all the work that needed to be done to my car. I'm currently unemployed so I knew I wouldn't be able to afford that. I almost gave up hope completely as far as getting my car fixed but then I was introduced to Mike the Mechanic. He explained to me that my car didn't have piston damage and I was lied to and that there were only minor issues with the car. These minor issues were way less that $4,000! He has saved me so much money and been so patient with me and my situation throughout this whole process. I understand he is a very busy man so the fact that he took the time to really find out what was wrong with my car means so much to me! He is the best person I have ran across in a long time and I hope his business continues to thrive and succeed because he deserves the best!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Great staff at Mike's in Holly Springs. We always get the car back within the defined timeframes he indicates. When that timeframe exceeded days in the past, he offered a loaner car. Quality of work is excellent and he stands behind his work. The invoice we receive usually exceeds the estimate but typically by less than 10%.

mike was very nice and my car works great. there was a little confusion over price though. i heard $215 over the phone and when i went to check out he said it was $250. may want to make that clearer over phone calls so as to resolve issues. luckily i had someone who could help me with the difference. they were a little slow on the phone (mostly the receptionist) but she's nice so i didn't mind waiting. basically price confusion is the only reason i am giving 4 instead of 5 stars.

It s rare these days to find an honest, affordable and trustworthy mechanic, but Mike and his staff are the exception. I had thought I needed a tune up and they found that I needed much more. He worked hard with my warranty company, gave me a loaner car and went to work. When it was determined that my most needed part was on back order, he search the country high and low to get my truck fixed. I am extremely happy with the work and the price that I was charged. I won t take my truck anywhere else. I can highly recommend MTM for any of your vehicle needs.

Mike and Don helped me out with my son's car. The timing chain stretched and got off time and had an interference with the valves. They took the head off, replaced all the parts including a valve job. Mike worked with me on price and parts and got us running. Don, the mechanic is top notch and I highly recommend this shop to get the job done right. Was a little longer than I expected but the car runs great and I have confidence in the repair.Service: Engine repair

Mike and Dyan were awesome today. I thought my car needed new front brakes, so I took it to Mike's at 451 Toonigh road in Woodstock. Mike inspected my car and showed me that my brakes will be good for at least 15,000 or 20,000 more miles before replacement. Very honest man. Thanks Mike! Definitely will come back.

I needed a diagnosis on my car and wrote down the issues I was having. Mike told me it was going to be $55 while other places were almost double that. I dropped the car off and there was no communication. It seemed like I was the one having to call them and not the other way around every so many days. He said he would call me on certain days but never did. I got my car out of there after almost 2 weeks later because estimate seemed very high overall and I didn't know what they were doing to it for that long. I ended up paying about $120 after it was said and done because they had to drive it multiple times to diagnose it. What happened to the original $55 diagnosis? I wanted the estimate on paper and the lady up front said she didn't have one yet but could email it to me later that day. She never sent me the estimate and I called several days later and asked Mike for one but it never happened. All I wanted to see was the cost of parts vs labor on the estimate as there were multiple things that needed to be fixed. How can a business survive without communication to its customers and performing what the customers have asked for. I have never been to a mechanic shop like this that has had such horrible communication. It seemed like a bunch of empty promises. I will never be going back there again!

Thank you AGAIN Mike! And your amazing crew! Saved me from a $8,000 repair bill. If anyone needs catalytic converter or engine work to pass emissions this is your place! They worked through every issue and problem and saved me so much money. The honesty with this group is unlike anything I have seen. Great work, on time, under budget, professional, I can't say enough about them. Highly recommend these guys.

Mediocre experience. They market for a $39 synthetic oil change, which got me in the door. I get there and am advised that labor and parts aren't included... price went up to $60ish. Also, after getting my car back there they told me I am going to be charged extra because I have an "oil-shield" which will require more "labor". I have had my oil changed before and nobody has ever charged me additional for this. Then, naturally, they tried to get me to get a new air filter for $25, which I declined. Why is it so hard to just find a straight-forward mechanic that doesn't try to nickel and dime you? It's funny how mechanics never try to nickel and dime me when my dad goes with me..I will say the lady that helped me check in and out was very polite. I will likely not return and just take my 2018 Hyundai to the dealership.. it's the same price and at least they will tell me up-front.Update: They kindly refunded me a portion of my money and notated my account for my next oil change to be the amount agreed upon. Extremely satisfied with the way they handled my situation. They will continue to receive my business.

I, personally, will never be coming back. I brought my car in for one specific problem, and I kept receiving calls from Mike telling me I needed to get x-y-z problem fixed. I politely declined each one and told him to just fix the initial problem I brought the car in for. I also had to keep calling to ask for updates on my car's progress because Mike would only call me to try to get me to pay for more services, not to update me on my car's current status. I did get my car back after 3 hours, which is the only positive I can say about the experience. I was still over charged, though. After picking my car up and driving away, I was forced to pull over to the side of the road after only a few miles because my car was spewing oil everywhere; my car leaked out 4 quarts of oil in under 6 miles. It, clearly, was not doing this before I dropped my car off at Mike's establishment. I checked under my car, and I found my oil filter's seal had, somehow, come unattached from the filter and the filter was then put back on to look as though nothing was wrong. I cannot say with certainty that this was done deliberately to tamper with my car, but I can say, however, that it was enough reason for me to never come back to Mike's shop ever again.

I brought my celica in to get the clutch replaced and the same day, Mike called and recommended a few maintenance parts related to my original labor. He was extremely helpful and professional in the handling of our business. I will definitely be using Mike and his team for any future work! Thank you guys for getting the job done right!

LIAR, THIEF & BLACKMAILER! Mike's staff told me he wrote his own positive review because there are so many bad ones. I was visiting Woodstock and needed my brakes done. I have annual service on my car in Florida, so I know what it doesn't need. After they did the brakes, they charged me twice what was quoted and did things I did not authorize.Additionally they told me my transmission was going to fail and had to be replaced before I drove it again. I called the dealer who services my car and he said that was a ridiculous scam! Mike had already started to take it apart without my approval and charged me to reassemble.Even worse, I heard Mike talking to a staff member about how he planned to blackmail some guy to get out of paying a bill for the work that was done for him! I hope the guy that got blackmailed sues the pants off of Mike the Liar! Wish I knew his name so I could have warned him about this loser.

I've been going to Mike the Mechanic off Toonigh rd in Holly springs for 3 years now... And i wouldnt take my car anywhere else.. I recently got into a bind with my vehicle.. Called mike and he was there to help me out.He is very accommodating to his clients and definitely fairly priced.. Mike does GREAT WORK AND BACKS UP HIS WORD!!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MIKE THE MECHANIC TO ANYONE...
