My experience was great!!!! I purchased tires here last year and I was getting an oil change at another location, and they noticed a nail in my tire. I went straight to Mavis, and Kaitlin was super helpful and extremely nice. She got me in and out very quickly and I was able to return back to work on my lunch break. I recommend this location to anybody that has any tire or brake issues.

The Manager of this store, Cody, is absolutely phenomenal. Not only will he work with you on what you need, but you can tell he is really dedicated to caring for the customer. His personality and informative delivery are exactly what you need. As a woman, sometimes I feel I will get treated differently for my lack of education on cars and its counterparts. Cody treated me no differently than anyone else and educated me on what it was I needed instead of him looking to make a good sale. Highly recommend this location!

I was in from out of town, & on my way back home when I noticed I had a nail in my tire. Went to Goodyear (closest tire store near me at the time) and they told me it could not be repaired and needed to purchase a new tire. Called Mavis, spoke with Cody, & was told to come on by. He had the nail out, tire plugged and me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. He was honest & sincere and a true joy to work with. Thank you Mavis for hiring people like Cody!! I will be a loyal customer for life all because of Cody.

Cody is excellent and passionate about helping his customers. Went to get a flat fixed. Initially he said $30 and I agreed to the price and by the time he was done, he was kind enough to not charge me for it. That made my day. I will definitely go back to this Mavis tire location for all my vehicle maintenance needs. Thank you Cody.

Nothing is more stressful than having to go to an auto shop. This was such a great experience. Cody did a great job respecting my budget and did not try and upsell me on tires. He quickly replaced a tire that had a bubble. Additionally he found a baby nail in a different tire. Rather than taking advantage of the situation he repaired it for free. I honestly did not know that you can repair rather than replace. Thank you to the whole staff.

I will always come to this location. I had my first great experience several years ago late at night, right when they closed. My tire had just started going flat, and this was the closest place I could get to. They were so kind to make sure I was safe and taken care of that night. I am back over here today for tires because they are always so kind and helpful to me. Please consider coming to this location. You will be as happy as I am with your service.

Cody did an awesome job diagnosing my issue which turned out to be a damaged valve stem. He was able to replace for me at no charge! Super friendly & very professional! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic place to get your car repaired. The manager Cody was tremendous. Decent guy. Empathized with my situation. Was actually able to save me some money. Down to earth, decent, tries to give you good work for a fair price. Many things that other shops are not. Actually ran into the regional manager Zack as well and he was in there working and seemed to prioritize customer service and treating people well. Therefore, he sounds and seems like a great guy. This shop was tremendous and I know I'll be back. Highest recommendation!

I made it a point to go in person to schedule an appointment as I needed an alignment for a custom suspension setup. I provided specs and photos of what I needed and was told it could be done. I was told to come back days later for my appointment.Upon showing up I m told that they can t guarantee the alignment will work, and that I should go to a custom shop. More knowledgeable staff would be nice so that customers don t lose out on their time. I will not be returning here.

The team at this location is incredibly knowledgeable, communicative and efficient! They put the extra effort in to really explore issues and find expedient and long lasting solutions. I truly am impressed, as someone with poor experiences in the past at other businesses. I do not trust easily, but the team at this location has finally broken through and given me somewhere I feel confident in again! 10/10 would highly recommend.

Stopped in because of a tier sensor light was on in my car.I have to say the customer service was great the gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and engaging.I have been to other tire places were they are only looking to sell you tires no matter what is going on with your car. But I am happy to say at Mavis everyone here was professional, truly listened to what I wanted to have fixed and surprised when I did not hear "Well you need to buy a tire to replace the sensor and fix the issue"From my experience, the Staff earned my future business as well as the 5 stars I am giving them.

I ve gone to this Mavis Tire twice in the last two months and I can t recommend them more! I got the best deal on 4 new tires for my Ford escape and today when one when flat they fixed and changed it quickly! They are friendly, fast and accommodating! And they don t try to upsell you, they just are there to be helpful!

My wife s Kia telluride needed new rotors, brakes, and tires before we went on spring break. I got a same day appointment and they were able to diagnose and have it fixed the same day. Great communication and price as well

Absolutely amazing service at this store. Cody took great care of me and went above and beyond what was needed. They got me in and out with 4 new tires in less than an hour and a half. Will definitely be back here for all my tire needs.

My car started to wobble on a way to my oil change so I immediately pulled over and saw my damaged tire. PJ and the team immediately took careof my tire and price matched the oil change I was going to get from a competitor down the street.They also looked at my other tire that had damage that would soon lead to another blowout. Recommended I change that one as well and gave me all the price options to make the best selection.I was in at 3:00pm on a Sunday and out at 4:15 including the oil change.Thanks to PJ and the Sunday evening crew for taking great care of my BMW.

I ve been bringing both of my work trucks to mavis for the last 2 years. Never had a complaint. Straight forward and honest. Today I noticed I had a screw in one of my tires and called ahead as they were about to close in an hour. They were able to take it off and patch it. I believe the manager is Cody, and he s awesome. Will continue to bring my trucks here for all tire needs.

Came here after another repair shop was unable to solve my issue. Cody and his team successfully diagnosed the problem, addressed it, and tested it all in one day. Absolutely terrific experience and this will be where I bring all my vehicles in the future.

I have been going to this Mavis for years but it has gone downhill recently. They put in a bad cv axle on my van and I ended up having to go somewhere else after they sent me away to get a second opinion. (Christian brothers diagnosed the bad cv axle right away)I just recently had to ask the manager to put my spare back under the car bc one of the workers said they weren t able to do it after I payed for a new tire. While I was there I saw one of the guys vaping inside someone s car as he pulled it around. I m looking for a new tire place now. I m bummed because they used to be so reliable.

Called their corporate they called back and left no name. When I called number they told to call said I have to have a name. Then when I called the 1-800 number response was oops. Stay away from Mavis at all cost. I imagine the 5 star reviews are fake.

Cody & the guys at Mavis are true professionals. Attended me promptly and throughly explained the issue with the tire on my Tucson. Plugged the leak tested it and had me on my way in 20 minutes at a fare cost. Highly recommend.

Awesome!!! Showed up with a screw in my tire and a very hectic day!!! Cody helped me immediately and I was back on the road in 14 minutes!!! They are rockstars!!!!
