My interaction with Krause/ARBA Auto Body in Woodstock started in early October 2023. My employer was at fault for damaging my car and my dealership recommended them. While I was receiving my free estimate, I told the representative that the damage was unique: steel barricades hit my car from underneath. Despite sharing these details a couple times, and voicing concern there could be more damage under my car, only a visual inspection was done in the parking lot.Thankfully, expectations were set early, as I was told receiving parts would take about 2-3 months. However, after waiting a little over three months, I still hadn t heard anything from the body shop. I called in mid-January 2024 and was told Oh, didn t my receptionist call you already? The parts are here. That should have been my first clue of how this was going to go.I dropped my car off the morning of January 15th (a Monday). That Tuesday, I get a call from my rep stating there is additional damage and another part needed to be ordered. I m left a little frustrated here, as I wonder if a more extensive reivew/estimate was done back in October, would this have been caught? I m given two options: a new part from the manufacturer (which would take at least a week to receive) or a recycled part that would be there tomorrow. Reluctantly, I agree to the used part, as I needed my car back ASAP. I ask for an estimate for getting my car back, which I m told Thursday afternoon, Friday morning at the latest (so 2-3 days).Friday comes and goes without any calls or texts. The following Monday, I try to call my rep, to no avail, and then asked the front desk if they could provide an update. It s at this time I m told they are actually on their *third* attempt of getting a recycled part, which I wasn t aware of. Later that day, my husband calls on my behalf, and is able to speak to my rep directly. The rep confirms with the parts department that the part is now there at the shop. He stated they would start working on it the next morning (Tuesday) and my car would be ready later that afternoon. My husband asked him to keep us in touch either way about my car, in which the rep agrees.Well, if you re reading this far along, you already know what happened next. I receive no calls or texts. I finally call back Wednesday afternoon, and am told by the front desk that my car will be ready that afternoon before 4pm and, with a little attitude, Don t worry, WE LL call you .It s now Thursday at 1pm, and again I ve heard NOTHING about my car. My husband calls again for me (as I m stuck in meetings) to find out that my car WAS ready yesterday. My husband remarks that no one called, and he receives a quick sorry .There was a huge hassle for my employer to pay over the phone (something I confirmed was possible when I dropped it off), which I won t go into here. My employer was finally able to pay late Thursday afternoon. This resulted in my finally being able to pick up my car Friday morning. Funnily enough, I get my first text from the auto shop almost two hours later, stating my car is ready for pick-up.I would not recommend this collision center to anyone, and will actually contact my dealership to strongly suggest they stop recommending them as well. If you do use them, please know that you ll probably never hear from them and you will have to constantly chase after them to provide updates.

Went here to drop a car off for a customer It took over two hours to drop the vehicle and all they were worried about was someone cut a head off a deer. They didn't want the work or whatever. I understand they are in a bit of the country down there but I had already waited 7hours to drop off a vehicle after driving it down from NC

After an incident, it took them 3 weeks to get a tire, rim and mirror and then proceeded to take 3 days to install them. It's been 5 weeks since my incident and it's not even in the shop for the body work. Kind of ridiculous. Then come to find out, they didn't even put the spare back under the truck, it's in the bed.
