Jt helped to build my dream bike, he was patient and knowledgeable about everything I completely trust his experience and took his advice on what he suggested I do with building my bike for me. I would take my HD to him over the dealership any day. I think he was just as excited about building my bike as I was and it showed. Needed my new tire mounted and balanced and they got it done while I waited a few minutes. I tore the bung out of a hydraulic cylinder. Not his usual area of expertise, but he took pity on me and got me back to work same day. 6 months later it s still going strong at over 3000 psi, 0F to 200F. Good people.

I went to kotic to get him to fix my VW trike.Kept trying to do wheelies.He know exactly what the problem was and fixed it.Not enough wait on the front because of such a powerfully motor. Would take it to him for any thing my trike needs.

The reason they have nearly 5 stars is because they are honest as the day is long. Brought in my slammer and not knowing much history since it was recently purchased, they were really great. A few minor tweaks and JT offered to sell me an old speedometer so I didn t have to drop 5 bills on a new Dakota Digital. Great place. Highly recommend.

Jt long is a very good person and is a reasonable man!! He works gard and lots of people come to his shop. If u ever need your bike worked on or want a custom job on your bike he is definitely the man to see and the shop to be at. So don't hesitate when it comes to your wheels come down to kotic and see JT

I've been going here for years to service my Harley.I would not take it any where elseJT/his wife and his crew do a great job on normal maintenance of my Harley.As well as some custom upgrades that I have asked forHe is reasonably priced and easy to get to.Ride safe

Best motorcycle shop around! If JT can't get it done you should probably just make a paperweight out of it. Kotic has been around for years and has proven to be reliable and trustworthy. I've used them personally and professionally.

These guys found a wallet in the middle of the street and went thru the effort of finding me on Facebook so they could let me know they found it (I didn't even realize it was missing). Characteristics like this usually run deep so I have to imagine they are this honest and helpful in their business... always nice doing business with honest people...

A lot of eye candy for a guy who likes bikes. Speaking from experience. The staff was well versified with the do's and don'ts to your bike. I felt very comfortable and would highly recommend them.

I liked them and thought they would do good work but they ended up damaging my motorcycle. Lied about the damage and then tried to cover it up with some cheap stuff and then lied about that. Very disappointedService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I took my Ultra to them for service and to fix my heated grips, HD wanted to just replace the Kotic Kustoms took the time to see what was wrong and fixed it without have to replace the grips. Great customer service!!!!!!!

I'm from Cali and when I got to GA a lot of shops couldn't perform simple custom mods or was to scared to even try, but JT and his Team at Kotic kustoms don't say no and will make your Kustom Dreams come true. And when it came to my War Horse it was some cutting welding and me calling non stop bothering them, lol and they got it done! I'm from the land of hot rods and custom bikes and now I feel at home. And I have a bike a 3% can be proud of.

This place is not the place to rent a UHaul. They get dates mixed up and forget to tell you they are closed on Saturdays. 2 bad experiences now with themGo to the UHaul on Hey 92 for dependability.
