Buyer beware: great service, staff was exceptionally polite great service. Unfortunately to add to that after service, a month later I found my oil filter loose only because is leaked lots of oil all over my driveway. Make sure they take good care of your vehicle you might get a bigger problem.

This place is great! Not far from my home for convenience on towne lake exit 8. I have an older high mileage GMC and they handle my vehicle with the care it takes to keep it running. I have 350,000 miles on my truck and they maintain it so well. They tell me what I need to do to keep it running and it drives better than most of my friends new vehicles. They ve done numerous oil changes and changed my spark plugs, they ve done transmission flushes and tune ups. I trust them with my vehicle. Thank you all! The crew is always polite and professional and prompt and the manager runs a smooth operation. I m impressed every single time I m here!

I had my emissions inspection done at Grease Monkey. This was my third time going there for emissions inspection. So quick and easy. No waiting. Everyone was very professional, courteous and had great customer service. I definitely recommend. I will be back again!

If I was able to leave a 100 star review I would. These guys went above and beyond from what I expected. They are so nice and actually care for their customers. This is my first experience at an automotive shop where I wasn't over charged and taken advantage of simply because I am a woman. They never tried to push products or services that weren't needed and made sure I understood what was wrong with my vehicle. Thank you so much to the guys that helped me today! You made a life long customer out of me today.

The Guys located on Hwy 92 in Woodstock were AWESOME! Friendly, professional and quick service. I am definitely going back to this location for my oil changes

David was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle. By far the most reasonable price for an oil change, and also gave quality advice on what needed to be done. Even better, he was honest about what I didn't need to worry about. I found my new lube spot!

Aways been my favorite place to take my car! This one specifically never makes me feel like I need more work than what I came in for. I m a woman, so most places make me feel stupid and over charge me. Not here. The people are always nice and speedy!

Service was quick and all the employees were very accommodating. However, I was confused with the pricing for an oil change. Grease Monkey doesn't list the prices for their services on their site; however, several unrelated sites do list a price, and it's not accurate. So, even though I had a coupon, I still wound up paying more for an oil change than I thought reasonable and I'll find another shop for my next oil change.

I used to go to this place for many years and enjoyed the convenience and service they provided. However, during my last visit, the technician informed me that the oil pan was stripped and they couldn't remove it. I was willing to give them the time to fix it, but they refused and questioned whether they were responsible for it. I suggested that they check their service records, as I have been taking all three of my cars to them for oil changes since 2014. Unfortunately, they still refused to take responsibility for the damage and offered no solution. I left the place extremely disappointed and will never go back again. It's a shame that they would treat a loyal customer like me in such an unfair manner.

Staff is always professional and friendly. Always great service everytime, I go there for service. Highly recommend going to them to get your all your car maintenance ... You won't be disappointed. 5 star service and out in an efficient time.

I want to say thank you to Anthony ,Mark and Matt for taking me so last minute. They took really good care of my car and were very thorough with everything. Shoutout the Anthony he was amazing and went over all the details of what they did to my car and made sure I understood everything being done. You guys were so nice to me there I really appreciate it!!!

They always ask me if I ve ever used their services before and I said yes everything went like normal except this time I paid after everything was done when I usually pay once they get started. My bill was almost double what I usually pay and I asked why it was so and she said the prices went up and last time I probably use the deal. I ve never used the deal. They ve always given me the same price, and when they went up a couple years ago, they told me the price before they got started. I wish I would ve known and somewhere different because it wasn t in my budget for the week!

Anthony and Chris Mitchell were so welcoming and professional. They took such good care of me and my car. Got my oil changed done quickly and the recommendations Chris gave were spot on. They got the air filter and fuel injection done quickly. Thank you Tiffany and Daniel!While driving nearby --something hit the underside of my car. My child was in the car and I was scared to drive much further, so I saw their shop and pulled over. Luckily, Tiffany got me in, Daniel took a look and my car, and made sure everything was in working order. They were very understanding and helpful. I will be back for my oil change for sure, I hope Tiffany is there!

I've gotten an oil change here a couple of times and they did an excellent job. Today my car died in front of cfa. An employee from grease monkey came to the rescue to help out. She knew exactly what she was doing. I got my car started and they were able to figure out what was wrong and get my car going great again. Efficient, fast and extremely great customer service today. I will definitely be back, because in my experience fast oil change places are very generic and bland .experience.
