Great experience! Pulled right in, sat in my car for about 15 minutes while they changed my oil. They were honest in saying my car didn t need all the other services yet that they could have tried to sell me on. Everyone was so kind and I was in and out! I ll definitely be back. PSA this is the best place for busy moms needing an oil change who don t want to wait hours or even have to take your kids out of the car.

This place was quick and easy to get an appointment with and they sent me an email reminder. I scheduled to get my tires balanced and the work was done efficiently and professionally. The location is easy to get to and has other businesses nearby should you have to wait for service to be completed. The staff is friendly and I plan on going back as needed.

Awesome experience today with Bryce at the Towne Lake location. Had some engine worries but Bryce put my mind at ease, checked everything out and did what was needed to keep my engine in shape. I appreciate Express Oil because I never feel like they are going to tell me I need something that I don't. Thanks Bryce.

Great service, great price. They are quick and super friendly. It's perfect for introverts bc you can stay in your car while they change your oil.

They took care of my oil change quickly giving me options and Justin took the time to talk through the differences in those options as well as giving me warranty information to optimize my oil change.

My car needed a few things done and I was quoted almost $1,600 at a dealership, but I came here and was told my car didn t actually need something the dealership said I did, and saved me $900. Bryce was super helpful and the mechanic helped me out tremendously!!!!

I had been putting off my oil change for too long and this shop was able to get me in and out within 15 minutes. The tech immediately quoted me for the different types of oil changes available for my car and was fair and didn't push. He and the other employees were extremely nice and professional. Highly recommend for anyone needing a quick oil change especially when you're clueless about cars!

Lee was thorough in checking over my vehicle. He found hoses not clamped properly or connected .from where the dealership had done shady work! Every time I come here the people are so nice! But my best experience was yesterday when I came in for an oil change. I forgot to get the guys name but he s the very tall gentleman with tattoos. He was very personable and had me in & out quick as well as didn t try to upsell me in anything. I have been here for my last 3 oil changes and will continue to come here!Service: Auto maintenance

Sam the mechanic is great and honest. He does a good job and u can trust him. I ve only dealt with Sam and from now on only take my business to Sam. I called and they were able to get me in right away! Seeing as I had a bag with me they were quick and replaced the battery immediately while we waited in the car. We were in and out within 30 minutes. Price was very good! Will go back for my service fromNow on!

WOW.... These guys are the real deal! I was looking for a reputable Chevy dealer that could service my vehicle in the area because I needed a routine oil change, in addition to diagnosing what caused my service engine light to come on after my car cut off while idling in park. I reached out to several dealerships, but they weren't able to take me in until about a week later, so I opted to take it to a quick lube in hopes of at least getting a oil change and performing a diagnostic test for my engine light. Well, not only did they take me in for a quick oil change, but they thoroughly took their time to figure out what was causing my car to lose power while idling, which ended up just being my gas cap being extremely old and not maintaining a proper seal.....THANK GOODNESS it was nothing more severe. Not only did they replaced everything, they save me a ton of money and they were super nice and very helpful! I will definitely return on the regular for my routine oil changes/etc... Shout out to Walter and Logan!

Nothing wrong with the customer service it was actually great. It s just the prices. I know the price of oil has gone up in the past couple of months tremendously but they tried to charge me $80 for an oil change. I have never paid more than $50 for an oil change. Ask the price before you let them touch your car.

Quick oil change even when they're busy. Technicians are professional and nice.Update: I've been going here for two years now. The store manager, Andrew, is quick and professional. I've always have a great experience. If you need a filter replaced, he will show you your current one, give his recommendation, and ask you what you would like to do. My average visit is about 10-15 minutes, and you stay in the car while they do the oil change.

I just took my 2010 F-150 with over 142K miles here for an oil change. The tech that greeted me clearly articulated the pricing and wait time. When I pulled into the oil change bay, Andrew, the manager, was the "top guy" and he again explained the pricing. He also noted that I'd receive a $5.00 "New Customer" discount this visit and that I'd receive a $5.00 discount for future visits for being a veteran (and 10% on mechanical services). He showed me my beginning oil level and color, as well as the finished oil level and color. He did everything as I would have liked him to. He told me that all of my fluid levels were fine, except for my power steering (which was just a shade low and was topped off-part of the service of course), and explained there is a QT top off policy between oil changes with Express. To be honest, it was the most transparent oil change service that I can remember in a long time. The shop has a few huge words plastered on the walls: "Integrity", "Trust", "Honor", etc. I mentioned to the manager that I'm a stickler for those values, and that he'll have done a great job if his team could keep them. He stated that he and his guys take those words seriously and strive to live them every day.Overall, an extremely pleasant experience. Oh, and P.S. He mentioned that they will try to price match any quote on new tires too.

I used to love this place for years. Last time I took my plug-in hybrid in, the tech argued with me that my car was thousands of miles overdue for an oil change. Per the owner s manual, you re supposed to get the oil changed whenever the car s computer says to not what the shop puts on their cute little sticker. So I do. I literally drive predominantly on EV and not gas. Don t lecture me. Learn how a PHEV works.

When oil changes are this fast, you have no excuse to put them off. This is my second visit to this chain, first to this location. Some places use high pressure sales tactics ("ma'am, look how filthy your cabin A/C filter looks!), but here, you're simply handed a printout with recommended services and prices. I appreciate that and will definitely return!
