I brought my truck in for an issue with the coolant system. They diagnosed the problem and corrected it with no issues, addressing the actual issue without any up charging. As always, a very pleasant experience with them.

Thank you to guys! I was having front end steering alignment issue with my truck. They took care of it the first time and then needed to be addressed based on some other issues. They got me in right away and solved the problem. I appreciate their service and professionalism.

We are regular customers at this location. The team is always up front about pricing and what needs to be done with the vehicle, works to stay with in our budget when possible, and is where we go for all our maintenance work.

I was leaving work this afternoon and my tire pressure warning came on telling me that my tire was extremely low. I had a huge screw in it! I was able to make it to a gas station to fill the tire enough to get me to Goodyear. I could tell they were closing and I asked if there was any way they could plug it for me. They were so nice and told me they could get it patched quickly. Doug was more than accommodating and I will be coming back for future services!

DW Campbell Goodyear, 1906 Professional Way, Woodstock has always given me excellent service. Jessie, Service Mgr & Aubrey, Service Writer are very professional & at the same time friendly & explain the Services, Services needed & Cost in an understandable way for Customers, like me. A single female, with limited income & knowledge, can find it difficult to find a trustworthy Store to do business.

I was very happy allowing DW Campbell replacing the mirror on my 2010 Nissan! They matched it perfectly and it looks great! Of course the price was high but c'est la vie,!

Have been going to this Goodyear for YEARS! They are one of those places that fixes what NEEDS to be fixed and tells you how many more miles until other stuff MAY need to be done. NOT one that tries to sell you $5,000 worth of stuff when you go in for an oil change! Will go here forever!

Got my car back in significantly worse condition than I gave it to them in. Waited a month to be given my car back with many issues. Unacceptable. A waste of 3k. Do NOT go here.

The mechanics at this shop really care for their customers, I used to go for the shop with the lowest price only to find that you get what you pay for and that was an untrained shade tree mechanic that breaks more than he fixes. the guys at D.W. Cambell are trained and know what they are doing, do the best job that they can and they treat you as if they want you to come back. I will always bring my car repair needs to my friends at this shop, even if it's out of the way. The Manager (doug) and the guys behind the counter (Jesse) treat you like 'family'

I've been going here for a couple of years for both my cars and always get great service. When you call ahead and make an appointment they honor that time slot is your's and not someone that just walked in. Reasonably priced and honest.

Never checked the flywheel for my ignition issue. Disappointed. But generally, they do a good job.

There guys are great and most importantly very fair. I took my truck in to get my oil pan replaced. Jesse informed me of my back tires and said it s almost time to replace them. There was no pressure or sales tactic. He got back with a quote for 4 tires in under 30 minutes which fit my daily driving and my budget. I will definitely be using them for all my auto needs moving forward.
