Paid for 4 new tires and had to wait a week for an appointment. An hour prior to my appointment, Tire Department left me a voicemail to tell me only 3 of my tires came in. Advised me to call customer service.Called customer service, they told me "Tire Department needs to handle this."Called the Tire Department, they said again we can t don t anything on our end. Call customer service . Called customer service back the second time and they were able to refund my order. I have two different order delivery notifications showing all four tires were delivered in two different shipments. Either the Tire Department lost the one tire or sold it to another customer. Delivery confirmations for both orders signed by the same employee.Disorganized and not helpful.

I got new tires at this location and it's been a mess ever since. My sensors weren't checked when my tires were installed, even though I asked them to. Now I have a bad sensor and it costs more to replace a sensor without a tire install at the same time. Scheduled appointments don't mean anything here. At my first scheduled rotation, my vehicle didn't even get taken back until 45 minutes after my appointment. It took 2 hours for a rotation and I also asked them to repair a leak. They did not repair the leak, and I am not about to make another appointment to get it fixed here. It has been such a disappointing experience, and I will stick with Discount Tire for future tire needs.

James was great and he is the reason for the 5 stars - Impeccable customer service. However upper management at this Costco was not great. Would not honor my tire price quoted over the phone. At pick up had to pay a higher price. Not good customer service from that end.

I inquired about getting Costco bought tires rotated and mentioned what vehicle I have, I was told I need to make an appointment and it shouldn t take more than an hour for me. I showed up at the scheduled appointment that I made a week in advance and now I am told that my vehicle is too large and there s only one bay for large vehicles and it s going to take two hours. Sorry I m not going to wait that long for a simple tire rotation after making an appointment. I used to work in tires and this is ridiculous. I m not sure these folks have any clue what they are doing, another classic case of good work is hard to find eh?

Can't beat Costco tires prices (when on sale) and free rotation, pressure checks and flat fixes have long term value to top it off.

James in the tire department was so helpful and polite. Came in and needed my tires checked and he was able to help me right away. Thanks James!

This is a great place to get tires at good prices with excellent service. They also do wonderful job with free rotations and fixing flats.
