Highly recommended. I had major issues on my work truck. They diagnosed the multiple issues and fixed everything necessary to get the truck back to work. Friendly staff. The tech assigned to my truck did an excellent job. If you have a car issue you found the place to take it. I don t think you will find a place that can beat the group they have at Christian Brothers Town Lake

We have started using christian brothers for all of our fleet maintenance and it has been a great experience. Oil changes are completed quickly with great communication through out the process. Highly recommend!

Strange and uncomfortable to have an auto shop based around religion, but this is the one AAA took me to. They charged me $300 and took 3 days for a simple battery replacement. Very nice though.Update: They didn t even fix it. I told them when I came in the first time that it was an issue with my alternator. They took forever to tell me it was a battery issue, then when I picked up my car the battery warning light was still on. After my car died on the side of the road that night I had to bring it back in and, what do you know, it turns out it was the alternator. Just because I m a woman doesn t mean I don t know what I m talking about, yet they talked down to me like a child. Charged me another $700 to fix their mistake. They also told me I d be getting a call from a technician to hear about what happened, but they never called, just sent me an estimate for an absurd amount of money with no context.A battery and an alternator for my kind of car are $250-300 worth of parts, not even with labor should I have been charged over $1000. Definitely never coming here again.

These guys are top notch! Not only is their communication great every step of the way, they don't try and scam you into paying for repairs that aren't necessary. They do a diagnostic, and aside from the repairs/services you initially agreed to, they give you a list of suggestions you can either accept or not. It's great because if you would like to do it later, you have the information you need. Incredible customer service. I feel welcomed every time I walk in the door. Lastly, their snack game is on point!!!! They truly care about their customers. That is obvious.

Mark listened to my concerns, scheduled my vehicle for inspection and service asap, and made sure that my vehicle was safe to drive. He is very professional and very kind at the same time! Really difficult to deal with this brand. They differ from store to store, and really are more like used care salespeople in how they price and negotiate. They are constantly trying to change the price and figure out how to charge more. I got 3 different prices from 3 different people. Just sleezy.

To date, my experience with Christian Brothers Woodstock GA has been exceptionally good. I am a elderly handicap person, and they have assisted me in many ways with excellent service for my vehicles. "They have been there for me and my family providing the needed auto care and courtesy service"

They are amazing overall! Their staff is super polite and timely. They were able to squeeze my car in for maintenance same day during a holiday week. Their communications via text and call go above any other automotive shop I ve ever been to and they don t try to upsell you beyond what you actually need.

Love this place! They service my fleet of 4 cars that are older and have managed to keep them on the road and reliable for me & my family. The front waiting room is clean and they offer a free shuttle ride if you need one. Truly one of the most honest shops in the area.

Great, personable and a very trustworthy auto repair shop.Reasonably priced. Complementary test, gave ratings of repairs needed now. Sent ratings of checked items.I had the power steering pump/motor replaced and new fluid. Also, a worn belt, tires rotated, oil change and filter.I recommend Christian Brothers Automotive for all your repairs.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Mark was amazing! I did not have an appointment but they were able to squeeze me in. I was regularly updated on my car's status and received almost immediate responses to my texts. As far as I can tell, Jaime did an excellent job on my car. They're not cheap, but that's because they're not over-selling you fixes you don't need.Been taking our cars there since 2017 (various locations) and the quality and service is second to none.

My first time using Christian Brothers they Definitely performed quality work brought my 2018 camaro ss in for transmission and rear differential service they took care of everything very thorough in the work they performed the staff was very polite and professional to deal with I will definitely be going back for service in the future. The guys over at Christian Brothers Automotive provide a very positive vehicle repair experience. From explaining the issues to transparency in pricing. To courtesy updates & follow up. I was very pleased with the experience and would use them again for regular maintenance & major repairs.

Less than a year ago I brought a truck in for transmission problems and was charged over $2300 to get the transmission fixed. Since then the truck continues to throw the same check engine codes that I brought it into them to fix in first place. All they did was clear the codes and say that they cannot replicate the issue - then proceeded to tell me that I would need to replace the transmission. Every time I brought it back for inspection, I had to call them for updates since they were not communicating with me regarding their progress or diagnosis. They may be good at changing oil but do not trust them with other engine/drivetrain problems.Services: Transmission, Transmission repair

Took my Prius in for a cooling issue. The car was overheating at highway speeds and losing some coolant. However, it ran normal at lower speeds. Due to the intermittent nature of the problem and the complexity of the Prius cooling system, I suspected it might be difficult to diagnose. However, they found the problem (faulty water pump) and fixed it. No more overheating or fluid loss. I appreciated the text updates and the customer care/communication from Mark was excellent. By the way, I took the car to the dealer the day before. They said it was a leak in the exhaust heat exchanger which needed to be replaced for a minimum of $3000. Didn't even mention the water pump. I decided to get a second opinion at Christian Brothers. Glad I did! They saved me a bundle and actually fixed the problem. Seems like an honest, professional, and competent shop. I highly recommend them.

This place is a total rip off . My local small shop mechanic was too busy and couldn t get me in until the following week. I unfortunately had to get my son on the road with his car so we needed a quick turnaround. I needed a blower motor and probably a resistor. This place charged $140 for diagnostic and then does not roll that into the repair. Even dealerships generally roll the diagnostic fee into the repair if you fix it there. My mechanic doesn t charge a fee at all!!!They charged $170 for the blower motor and $400 for the resistor. I checked with Ford and online and they marked up over 100%. They also charged for a 3 hour job that likely took about 30 minutes.I gave them 1 because the people I actually spoke to were courteous and friendly. It was also a fairly quick turnaround.I would have saved $500 by going to my local shop had I had the time.My advice: Go somewhere else.

Don t send your daughters here!! Went in by myself as a young female for an oil change and tire rotation. I received an estimate of $1,158 for the recommend work. I was also told much of it was urgent. Obviously, such a high bill for my car, which runs perfectly and which I regularly take in for maintenance, raised concerns. I denied most of the services due to my skepticism, and only approved the most urgent. After consulting with a trusted mechanic, I was told that the work they portrayed as urgent was not near as urgent as suggested. I went to pick up my car, with which they had not finished with the urgently needed work, but was told to bring in back in the next few days and they would do it. However, they tried to charge me for the $200, in addition to what I paid for the oil change and filter change, for the service not even completed. I certainly will not be going back, and will be making a much longer drive to go to a trusted mechanic. It s a shame this is such a common practice among mechanics!Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

My car died, and I had it towed to CBA here. The mechanics and staff were AMAZING. Pleasant to work with, EXTREMELY accommodating with my strange requests to pick up my car on off days, with extremely prompt and peasant communication.Leonard and Kathy went above and beyond to take care of me. They explained everything, gave me first class service, and were overall simply wonderful.I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the area. In fact, I live over an hour away, and it is worth it for me to drive over and see them. Excellent service! They did a thorough inspection which included sending me links to photographs and analysis of all issues, breaking it down by those requiring immediate attention and those that will need to be addressed soon, and those items that were OK. Then when I called, he patiently went through each item and discussed them with me. Best of all, there was no pressure to get things done that I wasn t ready to do. I couldn't recommend this place enough! The service was fantastic, they always kept in touch keeping me updated and fixed my truck extremely quickly. I mostly spoke with Brian, he is great! Each team member goes above and beyond. They have the best communication philosophy and methods. I feel educated regarding my vehicles being serviced.Recent edit:6 months and 3 additional vehicles later, I still love the service my family and I receive here. If I could give 1000 stars I would. This place is awesome. The communication is great. They inform me about everything, when the parts came in, when they started working on my car. Everything was just great. My car running like a champ again. I found my new mechanic shop. I would definitely recommend!!!!! Hands down the best shop I've ever been too.Service: Engine repair

I had never been to Christian Brothers before, but I needed an issue with my car diagnosed and fixed. I came to the Towne Lake location based on their reviews and can say they are well deserved. My boyfriend and I brought his car here for an oil change and tire rotation and everything seemed fine. Fast forward in time to when he needed to get another oil change and tire rotation, he brought it up to another place. When they attempted to rotate his tires they told him that the lug nuts were completely stripped and that they d have to be broken off. He called back up to this place, told them what happened and they said they could break them off but he d have to pay because it had been so long . You only get oil changes every 10,000 miles, so yea it wasn t yesterday, but the car has never been taken anywhere else, so there is no question about who did it. This business not only handles cars improperly, they then won t fix their mistakes. We now have to pay to have the lug nuts broken off because at the end of the day as ridiculous as it is, they don t have to fix their mistake if that s how they choose to conduct business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY COMING HEREServices: Tires, Oil change
