Great staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. I rolled in without an appointment with a small child for a fix on a recall and they had the service manager come out to do the work instead of sending the car into the bay. Saved lots of time and got me back on the road. I really appreciated it.

People are friendly but trying to get an appt. is ridiculous. Over a month & 1/2 to get a diagnostic done is crazy, then you have to schedule to get it fixed.Oil change, a month out, to get a recall software update almost 2 weeks. That is if you drop off and come back to get it or over a month to wait for it. Not acceptable.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

I have always loved Carriage Kia, bought my car from them, and traveled 30 miles to have them service my car. For the most part, all of my interactions with them were good. Until this last time. I made an appointment for 7:40 a.m., dropped my car off the night before, and planned on picking it up around noon. This should have been no problem. After all, it was only a tire rotation and oil change. WRONG!!! I got a call at 12:30 and expected her to say, "Your car is ready", instead she says, "I'm calling to let you know we are starting on your car." Long story short, 2:00 p.m. my car was finally ready and all I got was, "things happen." I'm thinking I will no longer be using Carriage Kia for services or to buy my next car.

This was one of the worst experiences we've had with a service shop. Our car had to go back to them 4 times. They tried to blame the issue on a previous oil change, so we allowed them to do an oil change. Did not resolve the issue. Instead it created another problem. They cracked our oil pan and refuse to admit fault. Again tried to blame the previous service place. Even though ni cracks were noted when the car was orginally.brought to them.Once we made it known we were contacting a lawyer they decided to "end our working relationship". That gave me a pretty good chuckle. As we had no inte tion on allowing them to further work on our car. All we wanted was them to make it right.While there, we notice another car outside in the rain with the back window down. When I mentioned this to the service advisor "Mary Echols", said the car was kne that was stolen due to the recall and the owner didn't want them to do the body work so they left it outside...... Because as a reputable company they left the car outside in the rain and weren't going to add some sort of protection to keep rain from getting in.Spite does not equal reputable.

I love the service at Carriage Kia of woodstock! They are super friendly and they help you right away. This was my first time coming here. I had a problem I didn't know what it was and when I brought it there they were very helpful and found out it was a recall. My fiance brought it in when they got the part and he told me he liked it there as well. Nice people, they had coffee and snacks and you were able to watch out of a big window while they worked on your car. They were done In a timely manner! It's a distance from my house but I would definitely take it back there in a heart beat. I appreciate you guys!

You have a meaning when you are buying ...after that you loose meaning! The reality of who you are dealing with hits you...I have tons of videos where is was even asked to get a lawyer to deal with them ..and I did ... they are doing some shady business and costing the owner money!Every customer matters! Maybe go to cobb Parkway and visit any dealer there even the used car dealers they are polite to everyone! ....The star is for the cleanliness

Everyone here is very kind and helpful, but it is way WAY overpriced. Even when I had a Toyota and went to Toyota to have my car serviced it wasn't this expensive! $40 for wiper blades and $77 for an oil change and tire rotation. I only came here because I dont know the area very well and needed the oil change badly but I am definitely putting in the time and effort to research more affordable options.Services: Tires, Oil change

Requiring an appointment for just an oil change and living 80 miles away makes it difficult to schedule since I never know when I might be in the Woodstock area and definitely not worth a special trip.

Excelente atencion de su personal. Hablan espa�ol y se esfuerzan en adaptarse a tus posibilidades reales de compra. Ambiente muy agradable.Actualizaci�n un a�o despu�s: tuve una falla en la c�mara de retroceso y me dirig� all� para su revisi�n, me informaron que deb�a cambiar todo el sistema (c�mara y pantalla), 2 horas de espera, Me informaron que la reparaci�n costaba $1.500 pero que la garant�a venci� a las 30.000 millas. Me dirig� a mi casa para revisar en los documentos donde dec�a eso ya que el vendedor me inform� cuando compr� el carro que la garant�a era de 100.000 millas. No consigo nada. Me dirijo de nuevo a dealer y pido hablar con el gerente, no me atendi�, me atendi� otra persona en medio del pasillo, muy poco amable, hablamos de pie, no me invit� a sentarme. Me informa que lo especifica la garant�a que est� en el manual del usuario el cual te entregan despu�s de comprar el carro. Recomiendo leer bien en el manual del usuario el desglose de la garant�a antes de comprar. No todo esta garantizado por 100.000 millas pero no te lo dicen. Luego me dirig� a otro taller de un amigo y sustituyo solo la c�mara por $250 la cual funciona perfectamente. No me siento conforme con el servicio pos venta. Muy decepcionado por el trato. Gran diferencia entre el antes y el despu�s.
