Everyone at Carriage Kia took phenomenal care of me. The establishment is clean and updated, parking was easily found and I was greeted immediately at the door. This is my first new car and I was, understandably, nervous and wanted to make sure I left with what I wanted. James, in sales, went through the entire process with me from start to finish and didn t pressure me once into something that I wasn t completely satisfied with. I had so many questions and he helped answer every one of them, while guiding me towards a car that worked well for me and my lifestyle. (I have two dogs and I need more than the average sedan!) Preston guided me through the entire financial process seamlessly. I left his office feeling satisfied I received the coverage I needed for my big investment. Everyone I was introduced to was so pleasant, helpful and made me feel great about choosing Carriage Kia over any other in my area. Outside of all of the positives, they are incredibly dog friendly! Now I know that when I come in for my first oil change, the dogs can, too! Yet one more thing in my life made easier. I highly recommend that anyone else looking for a car head to Carriage Kia. They took what could have been a headache of an experience and made it so effortlessly simple and I left with a great car that I can rely on for years to come.

It would take me over one hour to tell you about the great experience that I had at this dealership. It all starts with a phone call. Inquiring about purchasing a new vehicle.. That phone call began with my former salesperson that I have done business with for over eight years now His name is Mr Correy Cottle. He has always been an honest, hard-working, , dedicated man of integrity, who will be 100% transparent with you. When I told him that I was interested in getting a vehicle, but I had reservations he just said come to the showroom and look around and see if we have something that you like. Mr. Correy Cottle was patient, gave great suggestions, and with his expertise and knowledge - guided me into making one of the best decisions that I have made when it comes to owning a new vehicle. Mr Correy Cottle did not pressure me in anyway, but yet was very patient allowing my decision be the final deciding factor. On that particular day, he was actually finished working his shift, but did not leave until I was taken care of, and that I had a smile on my face. The vehicle that I wanted was not on the lot, Mr Correy Cottle had a conversation with the management team to see what we could do about the vehicle color that I wanted since they did not have it available. He asked me if I could wait until the following day and promised me that it would be here. When I arrived on that Saturday afternoon , his word was his bond. My vehicle was clean $ ready to go with a bow on it, and I was super excited.If you are not a Kia owner and have been thinking about it, please make your way to Carriage Kia of Woodstock and ask for My sales person. Mr Correy Cottle and I guarantee that he will take good care of you. Well, of course, everyone there was wonderful Sales, Finance and Service everybody has been absolutely wonderful. The place has a clean lounge with snacks, coffee, hot chocolate, beverages it has a business area to plug in your laptop & work while waiting . It has a gym too y all . Hands down the best so far !!!! The process was quick & not stressful at all.The funny thing is, there is actually a Kia dealer 10 minutes from where I live but because I had such a memorable experience I choose to keep that relationship and drive almost 1 hour & continuously do business concerning my Kia here at the location where it all started.

If you looking for new or great used car- look no future than Carriage Kia. This Place is the Awesome!!! I am a repeat customer for one reason- The Car Doctor Eric Robinson. He makes buying a car pleasant and stress free. After going to many dealerships in my search for a car I realized I should have just started here. Eric s positivity and friendly demeanor is just the beginning to my great experience at Carriage Kia. No Pushy Sales tactics here- just great Customer Service. My recent experience with Carriage Kia of Woodstock has left me deeply disappointed and concerned about the level of service and customer care provided by this dealership. Here's a summary of my experience:Worsened Condition: I visited Carriage Kia of Woodstock for a simple tire rotation, but when I received my car back, it had a worse vibration than when I brought it in. This was a clear indication of poor workmanship and attention to detail.Unsatisfactory Response: Upon expressing my concerns, I was asked to bring the car back to the dealership. However, instead of rectifying the issue, I was charged an additional $180 for a diagnosis that should have been conducted during the initial tire rotation.Broken Promises: Despite assurances from the service manager that a refund would be issued for the unnecessary charges, I never received the refund. Furthermore, the service personnel I dealt with were rude and unprofessional in their interactions with me.Lack of Support: When I sought assistance with an engine problem that my Kia car came with, Carriage Kia of Woodstock directed me to deal with Kia corporate. However, Kia corporate has been unwilling to take responsibility for cars that are part of a settlement due to safety concerns, such as the risk of catching fire.Overall Disappointment: As someone who has owned two Kia vehicles, I am deeply disappointed and concerned about the level of service and support provided by Carriage Kia of Woodstock. The service department is poorly managed as is evident by numerous other reviews, but today took the cake. I went in for a recall and was told it would be an hour and a half, just to replace a fuse. After sitting in the waiting area for 15 minutes, I'm told they don't have the part because they ran out last week.Someone in the building knew they ran out of a recall replacement part and didn't think to call customers with appointments scheduled who may be affected and the service department didn't think to check to make sure they had the part before I came in. I took off work and spent an hour and a half of my day to come in for this recall. Nothing was offered except for a car wash. After leaving, I realized there was no timeline given of when this part would be in and no appointment was offered to come back in. There was a huge opportunity for someone to make this screw up right, but nothing was offered.Aside from this situation, I no longer bring my car in for service here and won't be purchasing another Kia because of this service department. A scheduled appointment means nothing. An appointment for regular maintenance is a two hour wait.We own a vehicle from a competing manufacturer and don't have any of these issues. Even when warranty work was being performed and a part hadn't arrived in time for our scheduled appointment, communication from the competition was proactive and on point so we didn't have to go in until the part arrived. To top it off, they gave us a loaner while they performed the work because of the inconvenience. We know this level of service is easy and possible.A good service department is vital to customers continuing to visit the dealership and purchase additional vehicles. Unfortunately, my experience with Carriage Kia will be keeping me from purchasing another Kia or using their dealership for any service needs.

I am shocked at the service department. My car stopped working due to the engine. Thankfully we had purchased an extended warranty. We could not get a straight answer on estimates or prices. They stated that they did not know how much a part cost until it actually came in. As a business owner I am shocked that they do not know how much Kia items cost or that they order them without knowing the price. Our warranty carriers also told us they were difficult to deal with. The car was there almost one month. There was poor communication at every turn. The service department representative told us it was because they were so short staffed and had implemented a new call system. The last straw was when they text us that the vehicle was finally ready to be picked up, I took off work to pick up the car, only to be told that the warranty had not paid them yet so we could not pick up the car even though we were prepared to pay our portion. We called Kia corporate to assist and they promised a call from the service manager but a week went by with absolutely no communication. We ended up going there to try and pick up the car and was met with an upset associate stating that she was letting us pick up the car but the sales manager told her she would be on the hook for the 4K engine repair if they didn t get the check. Our warranty company said that they absolutely approved funds and communicated it several times to them. We were also not told up front that the turn around time for just diagnostic was 3-4 weeks. Which is honestly shocking. I mean who can rent a car for 3-4 weeks. I felt horrible for the associate because she was taking the brunt of the dissatisfied customers and the fact that she was stressed that she would be personally responsible for a warranty. I asked for the service manager but you guessed it , he was standing near the situation, glanced in our direction, but retreated to his office. Every time corporate would call, no one was able to speak on the situation. I am saddened not only for the poor customer service but also putting your employees in a very difficult situation. If this is the way you treat your employees no wonder you re short staffed and before you can t find the record of my service, as in your other reviews I will be happy to share my invoices if necessary. It seems to be your blanket response to call you to discuss, but honestly they probably were calling before hand but never were extended the courtesy of a call back. Due to this experience I doubt I will ever own a KIA again.

Great experience with the team at this dealership. Our sales rep, Austin, was very knowledgeable, had a great attitude, and was easy to work with. Not pushy at all, really let us make decisions and did his best to meet our needs. Very happy with our purchase.

Usually great service but today guy in corner desk basically refused to help or do anything to provide service. I came in to simply schedule an appointment because my AC in the car they sold me stopped working.basically said figure it out yourself, talked to one of his coworkers who says he s also rude to customers and to other coworkers. Everyone else there is great but he is definitely the last person I want to deal with.

I feel as though the employees are more concerned with the survey than the customer satisfaction. They are constantly pressing the fact that these surveys need to be complete in order for them to keep their job. When I pay for an oil change I expect all fluids to be topped off. Leaving Kia after an oil change, I should not be completely empty on washer fluid. Also, placing a new oil change sticker over the old sticker is simply lazy.

I have never walked into an auto dealership to buy a car in my own. This team was excellent! Listened to my needs and showed me what i wanted. Fair trade in amount, no hassle. Nate the sales person and Ryan the manger took the time to get to know me personally and helped with decisions. Thank you for taking the anxiety out of the car buying process.

Do not buy from this dealer! You're not provided copies of any paperwork, even if you ask, and the few things you re shown are snatched away. The salesperson and cars are fine. It s management that is the issue. They misrepresent the truth and have no problem contradicting what s online.I bought a car at another dealer. It was like day and night. The process was much quicker, yet they were pleasantly open and explained everything. Most importantly, they were straightforward and consistent with what is online. You feel like an important customer and that closing a deal at the highest profit is not their paramount goal.

First car buying experience, I went to Kia not knowing what to expect. However, my salesman Angel really made the experience smooth. He was very knowledgeable so It didn t take him long to find me a car that fits my needs. It feels great to have a car I m actually enjoying driving, so I can t thank him enough. This is a great place to buy a car definitely will use this dealership again. Ask for Angel!!

Absolutely loved my experience here. I was expecting to be stressed at the process, but it was so easy. They were so nice, helpful, and fast. I was able to take my leased car home quickly and I love it. I didn't even know what I was looking for, but they narrowed it down for me. Super clean and nice waiting area there. Even has a gym etc.

Dishonest and unreliable. First, their service team did not return any phone calls for two days, or to call me and let me know my replacement key arrived. I called in 4 times before finally being connected to someone. They scheduled me for a 1 hour appointment to program a key (actually takes about 10-15 min), and then after 1.5 hours of waiting, told me that they should have scheduled me for a 2 hour appointment. Because I did not have the ability to keep giving away hours of my day, I left. It could have simply been Kim's fault, as she seemed very incompetent and lacking customer service skills, but needless to say I will not be returning, even for my remaining "free services" that came with the purchase of my vehicle. Even in comparing them to other dealer service centers they stand out in a bad way. As a side note, the building and waiting area is beautiful. Just expect to be sitting there much longer than you will be told.

Very nice environment and a great location just up the hill from Olde Rope Mill Park. Sales staff is very nice, and they provide nice amenities. So why the low rating on my review? The service department is extreeeemely slow! They book way too many appts in one day, so they're always behind. Appointment times mean nothing at all. It's always at least 2 hours for basic service, and in my own experience, as much as 4 hours just for an oil change and tire rotation. There aren't enough free coffee and snacks to make up for that.

Love this dealership. I drive over 30 miles because the service is amazing. I bought my Telluride from here in 2020 and have been coming back for service ever since. I could right paragraphs about everything they do but to sum it up... it's worth your time and money for the quality of service they provide.

We worked With Marc Taylor and he made the buying experience SO straightforward and easy. We weren t even local and he worked out all shipping details no problem. Definitely recommend buying through this dealership. We are extremely happy with our purchase and our experience with Marc!

I wish i could give this place zero stars. The absolute worst customer service i ve experienced. From the purchase of my car to now having my vehicle serviced, i will be switching dealerships. Every time I speak with anyone at the dealership i m told i will receive a call back and never receive one. Scheduling and communication is a nightmare, and do not expect anything close to decent customer service. Very unprofessional.

Drove 2 and 1/2 hrs yesterday to test drive a car I d been looking at online. When I arrived, I was greeted by a young gentleman named Cody Hill. My experience with Carriage Kia was beyond the best experience I ve ever had dealing with a dealership. I knew what I wanted and knew the budget I had and I walked out satisfied and felt no pressure into looking at anything else except what I came for. Cody stayed in contact with me even making sure I arrived home safe. Next day, came to buy the car and they had it washed, shinned up and even an air freshener hanging on the rearview like I jokingly told him to do. He even had the gas tank full. So if you go to Carriage for a new ride, ask for Cody, cause he s the absolute best! Thank you guys for such a smooth process. Took a lot of weight off this mommas shoulders!!~S.Womac

I purchased a 2020 kia telluride at carriage kia in Woodstock about a month ago. I haven t even paid my first car payment yet. I haven t even got a tag in the mail yet on this car. As of today I had a battery light come on. I took the car to Woodstock Georgia. And they had service look at the car. The service tech came out and said my alternator was bad and I may not make it back to where I need to go. Remind u I had both of my small children with me. The kia dealership wanted me to pay $1400.00 to get this fixed. They didn t care that I had my children with me and that my car would possibly not make it home. My $34,0000 car didn t make it home it broke down and me and my two kids sat on the side of the road waiting on a two truck for over a hour in the heat. I took a picture of my car and my two kids standing beside it. I was treated like pure trash at this place. And can t believe that a human being would treat another human being this way. The manager Ross was a completely rude to me and I wish I would have recorded the conversation of how selfish and careless this man was to me. I shouldnt have to pay $1400.00 for this to be fixed when I have not even got to my first payment yet. It s heartbreaking to me I spent months and months to be able to get this car for me and my kids. What a shame to be treated this way. And not to mention the paint on my roof is peeling off and won t stop getting bigger and bigger. Such a inhuman way to do someone in business.

Do not use this service center!!!! I left my 2013 Kia Optima there after another technician told us the motor was bad. It broke down while driving on the interstate and I had it towed to the closet repair shop. I then had it towed here because I needed to go to a dealership for it to be replaced. My car had a lifetime engine warranty, 2 recalls on the engine, and a class action lawsuit on that engine. They had my vehicle since 11/20/23. Then at the beginning of December they called and said the engine was just fine and it just needed a new starter. I knew this was not the case. No amount of speaking to them would convince them otherwise, even though my husband is a technician told them that wasn't true and the first technician that looked at it told them otherwise. They wanted to charge me over 700.00 to replace the starter. Instead I purchase a starter and sent it to them agreeing to pay for the labor only, 370.00. I finally was able to pick my car up on Jan 27th. They also tried to tell me that it also needed a battery, which wasn't true. I picked up my vehicle and got maybe a mile down the road and the check engine light began blinking and the engine began sputtering. JUST LIKE IT DID THE FIRST TIME IT BROKE DOWN. I could not drive over 25 miles per hour and I almost got hit several times on the interstate driving from Woodstock to Thornton Road, Lithia Springs. I drove it straight to another Kia dealership that same day and when they inspected it a few days later, they IMMEDIATELY said "Yep, you need a new engine. I will order it today and it will be done in 2 weeks." Carriage Kia let me drive off in a VERY dangerous vehicle and had me pay for repairs that were not needed. They insisted my engine was just fine and it was only my starter that needed replacing! NOT TRUE! Also, it took an act of God for them to return my calls. AWFUL experience. I also asked them to do the recalls while they had it and they just ignored the fact that I asked them that and didn't do them. And I am floored that they let me drive off in a vehicle that dangerous. I could have been seriously injured, or worse. They do not know what they are doing.

Looking for a no-nonsense car dealership, then contact Kia of Woodstock and ask for JJ in Sales. He is a no pressure salesman who will do his best to find you the right vehicle at a price that you can afford and will fit your needs. JJ's professionalism, technical expertise, and customer service skills are second to none and he will make your purchase easy and carefree without the pressure one experiences at other dealerships. JJ will also be available after the sale should the need arise. In my 55 years of purchasing vehicles, I would place JJ in the top 1% of all salesmen ever encountered. JJ sure made this young man smile knowing this would be his first car and yes he too is now wearing a KIA Hat.

I took in my kia Sorento to get it check out because I was having some issue of the 2 gear shifting to hard and no check engine light was on or anything , they did diagnostic on it and was told it was the transmission and they said it didn't have any warranty because it was over the 100,000 miles and couple months before I had took it and they said nothing was wrong . After I was told by Cody Mclmore that they were able to help put a transmission on my Sorento I ask him when would they have it and he told me he could not give me a ETA because transmission was in back order . Cody told me that he would keep me posted every week and I would always had to text him for any update because he never gave me update or didn t answer my text or call until after couple days after . That went for almost 2 months and still didn t have my transmission installed I went to the Kia to pick up my Sorento and told Cody I wanted it back because nothing was being done . After that he started being very rude very unprofessional and slamming things .Cody told me that I had pay restocking fee because I no longer was going to get the transmission there ,but thought you would only pay the restocking fee only if they already had the transmission on the way but they didn t have and still wanted to charge me the restocking fee . When I payed what I owe to Cody I ask for my keys for my car and he told me they were inside the car and didn t hand them to me personally and didn t never apologize for the inconveniences but yet another customer enter the office Cody personally gave that person there car keys and his attitude towards that person was better then the way me and my husband were treated . Every time I go to this location the staff there are very unprofessional . But they do want to charge and arm and leg on and doesn t solve the problem .

We transferred our car to Carriage KIA from SW Florida where we moved from. We worked with Cody in Service & he took excellent care of us ! We were able to set an appointment easily & reminder communications by text & phone are second to none. We arrived on time & check in for service went quickly. Our service was completed within the time given to us & the waiting area was nice & comfortable. Snacks & drinks were provided & power for charging devices is available. Our car was well looked after & prices are competitive. We would highly recommend Carriage KIA ! M & L Himsworth, Canton GA
