Brian is a unicorn in the world of luxury car servicing. He is honest, reasonable, and more knowledgeable than the dealer service centers. If you drive a used bmw of any era it is a no brainer to go to Brian. I live in Atlanta and I still bring my car to Brian rather than go to Global Imports that is ten minutes from my house and provides loaners. That should tell you something.

So glad I found Brian. I received an honest assessment of my car s condition and the cost of repair - he replaced the fuel tank on a recently acquired Z3 (a previous owner had accidentally drilled a hole in it and tried to fix with an epoxy patch). It was a huge job which was completed at a very fair price and within days of receiving parts. He also diagnosed and fixed an engine rattle with the minimum of fuss. I am now enjoying the car and will rely on Brian to keep it running.

Don't buy an old BMW without Brian! A friend referred me to Brian in the spring to do some work on a 2006 E60 I had, and Brian respectfully told me he couldn't justify doing the work it needed in relation to the value of the car. Imagine that! A fair mechanic who actually doesn't do pointless work?!I then used Brian for a couple pre-purchase inspections on used E39s that I was looking at, and he helped me feel comfortable buying my 2001 E39 540 w/6 speed stick.I now drive 30+ minutes to Brian even for oil changes and wouldn't consider letting anyone else touch my BMW.

Took my 03 M-Sport here for brakes that were BAD as well as a bad power steering pump. Workmanship was impeccable. Communication was outstanding. He used genuine BMW parts and didn t cut corners. Only place I m taking my car.

All the other reviews are real. If you own a BMW even if you live far away drive to Brain. How many mechanics do you know that are knowledgeable, HONEST, down to earth who wont try to RIP you off...None or 1 I bet.Brian just worked on my car, gave me advice and I even gave him a small tip just for being honest. I will be taking my car back to him in a couple of months for some routine stuff. The only thing with Brian is he only works on BMWs no other type of car even if they are German like a Mercedes. Also I saw a mentoring award among his work qualifications on the wall in the waiting area which shows he must be a good man outside of work. I cant believe I have written this about a mechanic but it's all true.

Brian is professional, efficient, and courteous. I have brought my '08 335i to him twice now and each encounter has exceeded my expectations. Not only does he know his stuff, he also communicates his recommendations in a way that is not belittling or pretentious. I VERY much appreciate this being a female and an engineer. His prices are fair and he's honest about what your car does and doesn't need. I will continue to bring my baby to Brian for any future service needs!!

Brought a 2009 hardtop convertible 3 series to Brian after taking it to a BMW dealer and getting a quote for $7,400. The ABS and Airbag lights were lit. Brian discovered that the ABS failure was due to the vehicle sitting for an extended period of time and cleared the computer - tested it - problem fixed. The passenger side airbag sensor had to be replaced. He tried to get it fixed via a recall, which covered all 2009 BMW models except convertibles. Anyway, total out the door cost was just $1,700. That's a savings of $5,700 compared to the dealer quote. Brian is as honest as they come. His professionalism, technical knowledge, and integrity are second to none.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Belated thanks to Brian for saving my E60 M5 from BAT. When the car needed a new clutch the local BMW dealer said that they would have to replace the entire hydraulic system to replace the clutch at a cost that exceeded the value of the car. I saw Brian s name mentioned on the M5 forum and called Brian and he agreed to check the car. The hydraulic system was good so he replaced clutch, flywheel, and related parts at a fair price. The car now runs and shifts better than ever. Later Brian replaced the throttle actuators again at a better price. Thanks to Brian for keeping the Black Beast on the road. Brian is top gun for BMW service in Atlanta.Robert LeethService: Transmission

Brian is an awesome knowledgeable, mechanic. This is my first BMW and once I start having a couple of issues, I had my car towed there and Brian worked all day to get me some results so that I could have the actual dealership fix those issues, as it was still covered by warranty. If you love your BMW definitely check out Brian Motorworks because he s very knowledgeable, honest, super friendly and his prices are very affordable.

I Needed some help with my x5 recently. I took it to a popular independent BMW shop in my area and spent well over 1k just to have my initial issue return just weeks later... I decided to let Brian take a look after reading some of his reviews. He came up with a plan to address my main concerns while taking care of only the things I needed. No extra fluff here. I found him to be knowledgeable and super professional. Not to mention his pricing is more than fair for the quality of work you get! I will be back.

Brought my wife s 528i in because of a no start issue. Brian diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it in very short order and for a very reasonable price. He is very knowledgeable about his craft and super nice. Both of my BMWs will only be coming here for work.

Went to Brian today for an alignment on my 2005 330Ci convertible! Serious hard working professional! Best alignment around and not a set toe and go. He adjusted front and rear all specs. He even gave the car a quick look over without even asking. Will be back for more! Thanks Brian

Fantastic service! I walked in with an appointment for one BMW, but had to bring in the other. Brian stopped what he was doing to immediately take care of what I needed done. He identified a problem associated with a noise I was hearing and let me know which things were really necessary and which were no problem at all long term. The honesty was refreshing. I can tell I won't take either BMW to anyone else.

I had an appointment with one of the mechanics on a specific day. I arrived early before working hours ready to drop my vehicle with my mechanic. A young well dressed young man drove up next to me, got out of his car, strided his way to my car and asked what he could do for me. I told him I was waiting for my mechanic, he said I was at the wrong property. I said no I wasn't, he said he owned this property and no mechanic would work on my car. I offered the name of my mechanic, he told me it didn't matter, no mechanic would be working on my car that wasn't A BMW. I've never been humiliated like that from a man in any service oriented business. My guy is not out the money I would have paid him, my friend who referred me to him, and we all spoke and knew what I drove, is furious, and my air conditioner is still stuck on defrost. Thanks Brian, you've got a real jewel of a manager there.

Went to see Brian based on a recommendation made by a client. I came in for a regular servicing, as well as a parking light and right brake light malfunction. I was in and out in an hour, and this was including the time that it took for him to order the part. I repeat, he ordered the part upon my arrival, and still received and installed the part in an hour. He also gave me a few tips on how to keep my BMW 328i (2014) in optimal condition. Great business etiquette, very knowledgeable, and an amazing mechanic/technician. I'd give him 10 stars if I could.

I learned of Brian's Motor Works when I needed some immediate service done to my 3 series BMW about a year ago. I was at a client's office in Woodstock, and didn't want to drive far, not knowing the issue with my car. I am really glad I did find it! Brian is extremely knowledgeable, and very trustworthy! I don't live close to the shop, but will gladly make the drive for all my future service needs. Thanks a lot, Brian!! Keep up the Great work!

Brian's Motor Works is a trustworthy BMW mechanic shop. Brian is a nice and to the point guy. His shop and waiting room are cleaner than is traditional for a mechanic (suggests he cares and does a good job). Furthermore, his multitude of certifications through BMW inspires confidence that he will do a good job on any bimmer no matter the problem.

Brian has been the best. I have worked with him in the last six years I've owned my '08 528i. I first started to have service done at Global. What a mistake. Brian is BMW certified. Professional. He truly cares about BMW vehicles. I won't go anywhere else with my car.

Brian is just about one of the most honest and skilled BMW mechanics you'll ever meet. He's worked on my M3 and my wife's 328i and every single time he's come in under budget and quicker than he'd originally promised. He even took pictures of the things that needed to be replaced in the future to show me what I needed to do soon. I live all the way in Cumming and I still make the trek across SR20 to have my problems diagnosed and fixed. I work in the car industry (including 6 years at BMW dealerships in parts, service, and sales) and finding someone you can trust to work on your Ultimate Driving Machine can be tough. Brian is that guy and I send my friends and family to him.
