The flat tire cost me $20 but the broken off Lug bolt & nut (their mistake) cost me $240I ve used this place within the past few months, in fact, twice. The first time was to repair a flat tire on a Nissan and the second time was for tire rotation on a Lexus both times the guys using the compressor tools, broke off Lug-nuts and bolts from both cars and did not inform the customer, allowing the customer to leave the shop with a safety issue A few weeks after using this shop, I purchased a new set of tires from Sam s located directly across the street, and was then informed that the last service personnel technician overtightened the lug nuts on the Lexus (compression gun) and broke studs from the hub, (2 on left, one on right rear hub) leaving the rear tire with only three bolts instead of five The service mentality had to be, don t say anything, oops, because the customer will be long gone before they realize what happened !The first time it happened I said nothing, older car, probably rusty/aging, and then, shocker .. as it happened the second time to the other car, newer Lexus .. I decided then never to visit this shop, ever again.Tip: I would re check the Lug-nuts after service has been performed or watch these technicians like a hawk!These are nice people, old-schoolers, country types but the dishonesty is blatant & ridiculous Tip: So many people will have their tires repaired by a hole in the wall place, and never realize until miles later that a lug bolt & nut was broken off at this shop, I would recommend INSPECT services you EXPECT !They charged me $20 to fix a Nissan flat tire with a plug September, 2023 and they charge me $40 to rotate tires on an Lexus, October, 2023.

As a neighbor of this business, I went there just now for my third and final time. Walked in with a big smile, started to briefly explain how I was just across the street and they don t repair Continental tires there, and she responded by shaking her head and demanding what was it I actually wanted, and that I need to think about rephrasing things, etc. She is clearly a miserable woman who succeeded in quickly turning my pleasant demeanor into deciding they do not ever again deserve my business. I told her thank you, but I think I ll take my business elsewhere. Have a great day . I live almost next door to this business in downtown Woodstock, and plan to spread the word there.

Had a flat tire, came in for a plug and these guys had me back on the road in 10 minutes. Added air to my sorry spare and helped put it back up for me. Great service and overall very nice people. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful experience with this business getting an alignment and tire rotation done. They are very genuine and honest and reasonably priced and I will definitely start coming here for future tire needs!

If I could rate this place zero I would, went in to request used tires, they had none, so I bought new tires. $500+ on the set (4) I paid for disposal of my tires and all and finally when they go to install them they aren t able to remove my lug nuts which isn t their fault (I understand that) but how can you claim to be a tire and alignment shop and not have any equipment to help your clients in situations instead of sending them to other places AFTER they bought the tires. That s so wrong and of course they don t offer a REFUND policy. Please if you have any little love for your car don t come here; the good reviews are from a long time ago and it shows and the recent ones must be from long time customers that have already made relations with B&P tire. This is not a tire shop this is just a place that will sell you tires and MAYBE INSTALL THEM IF THEIR EQUIPMENT ALLOWS THEM TOO!Spend a little more and go to a place that WILL take care of you! These folks are struggling and it s noted! Their bay is all types of dirty with no organization. I d stay away! Go to discount tire or mavis, hell jiffy lube is better

I been here twice now and both times have been great! Friendly and affordable. I had my rear brakes replaced the first time and just got front tires on this visit. Both trips were way less expensive than other shops I've used before. I will be bring my cars here and will tell everyone I know to use them. 2 big thumbs up!

These little hole-in-the-wall place are the best. You not only will talk to the owner of the shop but you get to know everything about them and what they do with their grandkids on the weekends

Great experience! Needed 1 used tire to replace a flat. We showed up and got helped immediately and we were in and out in about 10 minutes. Fast friendly service! We will definitely be recommending B&P tires!

Every time I've been here they've been nothing but AWESOME! Friendly folks, good pricing and excellent work. I usually go for tires but as I was driving past one day noticed that it says oil change as well. Just went today to get both and the man who worked on my car was very helpful and informative and the woman in the office is just as sweet as she could be. Highly recommend, thank you again!

great pricing and the guys who work on the card are amazing. been going here for tires until i just went and the front desk lady was so rude. her attitude just put an awful taste in my mouth. i work retail and i just do not understand how people are rude to people who literally ask questions lol.

GREAT customer service, speedy service & affordable pricing. I brought my jeep there today with 2 nails in the tires. I had brought it into two other tire shops in the towne lake area and all they wanted to do was to sell me new tires. Turns out one of the nails was small and hadn't even punctured the tire, nail simply needed to be pulled out and patched. Second nail was a simple pull and plug. I was there less than 30 minutes and they only charged me $10! You saved me hundred of dollars. THANK YOU for being honest while your competitors chose to focus on selling me new tires. Great work, we are lucky to have you in the community!!

Wow. The most trustworthy and honest mechanic I have ever worked with. I thought I needed an Alignment and went in. He fixed my tires which fixed the issue. And where most Mechanics would have still done the alignment and charged me. He told the truth and let me go on my way. I have come back multiple times and it has always been great. Thank you Jace!

While out working in Woodstock, on a Saturday, I noticed that I needed a right front tire. I pulled into B&P and asked if they had something in my size. The young man found a tire, swapped it out and sent me on my way. That evening when I got back home I saw that the tire had gone flat. I had a look and the valve stem hadn't been replaced and was leaking. The next morning (Sunday) I stopped at another tire shop and paid $20 to replace the valve stem. Monday morning I went back to B&P with my receipt and asked to be compensated for the cost of the valve stem. Long story short, I was told that it wasn't their fault, and was begrudgingly offered $6 which is what they charge to replace a valve stem. The last time I checked, that's included in the cost of mounting a tire. At any rate, I will not be doing business with this shop ever again.

I would give a zero if I could. I was spoken to rudely from the time I got there until the time I left.We were going on vacation and I waited until the last minute to get my oil changed and tires rotated.I was driving by and saw a sign that advertised that they did oil changes. I called to see if I could bring it up right then but was told "not today" by what sounded like an elderly lady who answered the phone. I asked if I could schedule an appointment for the next day and we agreed on 10 am. I specifically said I wanted an oil change and my tires rotated.The next day I had to drop my son off at camp and arrived 10 min late. Honestly my fault, I did not realize I was running late. When I arrived the man to service my car very rudely said, are you my 10 am and I said I presume and very nasty he said you're late. He walks over as I'm getting out and demands my keys. After about 10 min he drives the car back to me and I asked if he did the tire rotation and he said No bc I didn't know I was suppose to, I said I scheduled an oil change and a tire rotation. He got out and went inside the office then came back out and said you can go ahead and pay inside. I went into the office and there was this little bitty elderly lady with the meanest blue eyes, I told her my name and she said, I know who you are, she said you did not ask for a tire rotation when you called and I was surprised and said yes I did, she said, no you did not and I said I'm not going to argue with you, I did request an oil change and tire rotation and she said no you did not and next time you schedule an appt and you're going to be late you need to call and tell us and I said There won't be a next time.When I talked to my husband I asked him if he heard me make an appt with B&P he said yes and I said what did I ask them for and he said an oil change and tire rotation.Personally I will not be talked to like I was by anyone im paying to do a job for me. Apparently it doesn't bother them to lose business. I wasn't aware that mean old lady is the owner but reading other some of the other reviews it sounds like the lady with the mean eyes is the owner.I'm hoping you were able to read all I wrote, I know its long bc I wanted to make sure everyone who reads it reconsiders having any work done at that place.

This has got to be the most honest and reliable place that there is..you want new tires, they have them, you want used tires, they have them or if you need a patch, plug, valve stem, oil change, alignment or brake job, yes you can go in and get your rotors turned...if anyone should know about B and P Tire, it is me.. Great price for alignment. The gentlemen aligned my vehicle in less than 30 minutes and I was out of there. He did a great job for a fraction of the costs elsewhere.

Very helpful when I got a nail in my tire. Didn't push me to spend or buy more, just recommended what would be best for my situation. In and out in 15 min, would go back if I had other tire problems.

Was given an over the phone quote of $15 per tire to put our son's tires on his truck. After they installed one tire he said that it would be $20-$25 per tire. Ended up charging our teenage son $25 per tire for a total of $100, which was $40 more than the original quote of $60. When I called to discuss the situation, I was spoken to very rudely and told not to ever come back to their shop again. I tried to work with them and even told them that we would be willing to split the difference and the $20 was not going to send them out of business but that our son was a college student on a very limited budget and that was a lot of money for him. The owner called my son next and when he tried to speak he was told to "shut up and listen" by her. We feel that they took advantage of a young adult and was most unprofessional. We encourage others to do business with another shop or at least get a written quote before having work done here.

Found a nail in my tire while I was at the gas station and thought it was going to be a big pain to fix because of where it was located close to the sidewall. Pulled into B&P tire off Main Street and hoped for the best. The guy there had my tire patched and back on my truck in less than 30 minutes. It was very affordable too. I would definitely go back there again if I had a problem with any of my tires.

Since December 2013 I've lived in Marietta off Canton rd. This entire time thru 2020 this shop has had the tires ive needed and or provided other services for my Acura RSX, Infiniti G35, Chevy camero , and now Lexus IS-F. Ive used them to correct balancing issues other nearby shops did poor at. I know I can count in their service. They treat me with respect and like my business matters!
